With the rapid development of the rail transit industry, the running speed of vehicles has been continuously improved, and the operating environment of different types of vehicles is complex and changeable, which makes the load on the vehicle structure randomly variable, and the possibility of fatigue failure is also increasing, which seriously affects the driving safety. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the fatigue life of rail vehicle structural parts by vibration fatigue life evaluation method. In this paper, the random vibration fatigue life prediction method is studied in depth based on the application background of rail vehicles and the vehicle body with large bearing structure. The rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model and longitudinal dynamic model of high-speed train with flexible body are established. And a finite element model of the high-speed train body was also established. Given the limitations of the measured load spectrum of the vehicle body, a low-frequency load spectrum inversion method for the measured acceleration of the vehicle body is proposed, providing a new approach for the inversion of the vehicle body load spectrum. Based on the proposed load spectrum inversion method, under the excitation of the Wuhan Guangzhou Railway track spectrum track, the load spectra of the center of gravity of the vehicle body, including pitching, swaying, expansion, nodding, rolling and yawing, were obtained. The fatigue life assessment of the vehicle body was calculated under various line conditions under this load spectrum. The results indicate that the cumulative damage to the door and window angles of the vehicle body is significant, and maintenance should be emphasized.
