Big data technology has become a hot research area and has expanded into the field of public safety. Public safety big data uses satellite data for large-scale detection, aerial data for regional abnormality inspections, and ground sensor data for abnormal target positioning, which can realize the prediction and early warning of public safety events. This article focuses on the application of skyland big data in the chemical park, and builds the chemical industry park’s personnel management system, vehicle management system, perimeter management system, and fire accident warning system. Tobacco is a valuable plant in agricultural and commercial industry. Any disease infection to the plant may lower the harvest and interfere the operation of supply chain in the market. Image-based deep learning methods are cutting-edge technologies that can facilitate the diagnosis of diseases efficiently and effectively when large-scale dataset is available for training. However, there is not a public dataset about tobacco currently. A comprehensive dataset is appealed to take advantage of deep learning methods in tobacco cultivation urgently. In this paper, we propose to create a specific dataset for tobacco diseases, called Tobacco Plant Disease dataset (TPDD). 2721 tobacco leaf images are taken in field. The dataset serves for two purposes: disease classification and leaf detection. For classification, we identify 12 classes and provide two types of disease annotations: 1) Whole Leaf Section;2) Disease Fragment Section. For leaf detection, we provide two kinds of bounding box: rectangle bounding box and polygon bounding box. In addition, we conduct baseline experiments to illustrate the usefulness of TPDD: 1) using deep learning model to detect single disease and multiple diseases;2) using YOLO-v3 and Mask-RCNN to detect leaves. We hope that the dataset could support the tobacco industry, also be a benchmark in fine-grained vision classification. © 2022 SPIE.

With the development of science and technology, the intelligent distribution network is making rapid progress and the demand for power supply is also increasing. The classification and analysis of the power outage causes in distribution network is helpful to the prediction of power failure. There is a large gap in the proportion of categories of the sample data of power grid outage causes, and serious category imbalance will lead to the deviation of classification results. In order to classify the original data more reasonably, the sample value added technology based on generative adversary network is used to expand the category data with less data in this paper. In order to realize automatic classification of power grid outage causes, the method of text data preprocessing and the text classification model based on deep learning are studied. Finally, the experimental results show the influence of sample capacity and classification accuracy.

In the process of social development, artificial intelligence has exerted varying degrees of influence on the production mode of modern society or the lifestyle of modern people. Artificial intelligence has been extensively used in many fields, and it will have a certain impact on human resource management. The object of this paper is to study intelligent decision-making of human resource allocation in the era of artificial intelligence. This research mainly use case study and data analysis to explore the artificial intelligence in human resources deployment of the application of intelligent decision-making, analysis of the artificial intelligence and the concepts related to the human resource allocation, artificial intelligence are analyzed based on the background now, in the current human resource allocation in application advantages, explore how artificial intelligence and human resource allocation, to better implement intelligent decision of human resource allocation. The experimental results show that the combination of artificial intelligence and human resource allocation together can make managers real-time monitoring human resource configuration, as much as possible to achieve information-based regulation, a real-time dynamic, and it can fully tap human resources potential, as well as improve management work efficiency and management efficiency, realize the enterprise or the high quality and rapid development of colleges and universities. © 2021, The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

With the wide application of Web applications in many fields, the efficiency of development and the quality of code requirements are also increasing. In the development of the project, especially in the application of B/S structure, there are great similarities between the code structures of each module, and the code writing has become a repetitive work. In order to improve the efficiency of code writing, this paper starts from the user interface code generation technology and combines with the background of big data to study the way of code writing automatic generation. This article first introduces the knowledge of automatic code generation. Then based on MDA, JAVA, JS, HTML code and other abstract to XML, can effectively save a lot of application development time, and effectively unify the application interface and operation mode. The definition of the language is mainly to design the foreground JSP page, which simplifies the preparation of JSP pages. Based on the background of intelligent tourism environment at home and abroad, this paper defines the key technologies and development tools involved in the system, introduces the operation process in detail, builds the system framework, designs and realizes the related function. The principle design methods of the guide system is described from the perspective of information transmission. Then, from the different needs of tourists, tourism management departments and tourism related enterprises, and from the key to the branch, the functions of the intelligent scenic spot information management service system are designed in detail according to the top-down. The system level computing, massive data processing, resource arrangement, natural semantic analysis and other methods are also used to realize the statistics, analysis and prediction of tourism big data, combining with various programming languages, algorithms and technologies. Current electricity transmission and distribution networks can classified as conventional electricity networks because they have not been able to provide excellent services and present real-time data. Increasing cyber-attacks on Internet of Things (IoT) environments are a growing problem of digitized households worldwide. The purpose of this study is to investigate how an intelligent Intrusion Detection System (iIDS) can provide more security in IoT networks with a novel architecture, combining multiple classical and machine learning approaches. By combining classical security analysis methods and modern concepts of artificial intelligence, we increase the quality of attack detection and can therefore conduct dedicated attack suppression. The architectural image of the iIDS consists of different layers, which in parts achieve self-sufficient results. The results of the different modules are calculated by means of statement variables and evaluation techniques adapted for the individual module elements and subsequently combined by limit value considerations. The architecture image combines approaches for the analysis and processing of IoT network traffic and evaluates it to an aggregated score. From this result it can be determined whether the analyzed data indicates device misuse or attempted break-ins into the network. This study answers the questions whether a connection between classical and modern concepts for monitoring and analyzing IoT network traffic can be implemented meaningfully within a reliable architecture of an iIDS.
