With the development of science and technology, the intelligent distribution network is making rapid progress and the demand for power supply is also increasing. The classification and analysis of the power outage causes in distribution network is helpful to the prediction of power failure. There is a large gap in the proportion of categories of the sample data of power grid outage causes, and serious category imbalance will lead to the deviation of classification results. In order to classify the original data more reasonably, the sample value added technology based on generative adversary network is used to expand the category data with less data in this paper. In order to realize automatic classification of power grid outage causes, the method of text data preprocessing and the text classification model based on deep learning are studied. Finally, the experimental results show the influence of sample capacity and classification accuracy.

Increasing cyber-attacks on Internet of Things (IoT) environments are a growing problem of digitized households worldwide. The purpose of this study is to investigate how an intelligent Intrusion Detection System (iIDS) can provide more security in IoT networks with a novel architecture, combining multiple classical and machine learning approaches. By combining classical security analysis methods and modern concepts of artificial intelligence, we increase the quality of attack detection and can therefore conduct dedicated attack suppression. The architectural image of the iIDS consists of different layers, which in parts achieve self-sufficient results. The results of the different modules are calculated by means of statement variables and evaluation techniques adapted for the individual module elements and subsequently combined by limit value considerations. The architecture image combines approaches for the analysis and processing of IoT network traffic and evaluates it to an aggregated score. From this result it can be determined whether the analyzed data indicates device misuse or attempted break-ins into the network. This study answers the questions whether a connection between classical and modern concepts for monitoring and analyzing IoT network traffic can be implemented meaningfully within a reliable architecture of an iIDS.

The Internet of Healthcare Things (IoHT) is an emerging intelligent pervasive framework that interconnects smart healthcare devices, stakeholders (e.g., doctors, patients, researchers, healthcare professionals, etc.), and infrastructure using smart sensors. Emergence of novel tools and techniques for data sensing and analysis during the last decade have allowed many researchers to develop and deliver services tailored for the IoHT. This resulted in a considerable number of research outcomes addressing the applications, challenges, and probable solutions targeting secured communication within the IoHT framework. The ever-growing development in communication technology and very fast advances in data science are transferring the power systems in a new era. The level of autonomy is improving by means of Internet-of-Things (IoT), while the level of intelligence is improving through artificial intelligence. The applications of big dataanalytics and cloud computing techniques in smart grids are also new topics, which have been paid particular attention recently. These paradigms can be used in both grid-scale and local-scale, while the central grid operation center has interoperability with an abundant number of sub-controllers, and aggregators in a wide variety of scales. On the one hand, the system operator must deal with multiple parameters with different kinds of uncertainties. On the other hand, the new structures are evolving toward transactive energy trading models in microgrids. In such a circumstance, a myriad of elements is producing critical data, which should be acquired, transferred, stored, analyzed, and finally, proper controlling actions must be sent. These data are producing at different intervals, even in a fraction of a second. This matter makes it possible to maintain grid security and better real-time operation as well as to get better demand responsiveness. A smart grid consists of many embedded or interconnected systems that are linked to each other through various communication platforms in the cyber layer. A flexible, highly-autonomous, and intelligentsmart grid entails an agile communication system, whether wired or wireless. However, cellular networks have prominent benefits.
