In recent years, more and more people have used big data analysis to study the protection and value of China’s cultural heritage. China’s historical and cultural heritage is rich, with distinctive regional characteristics and precious historical and cultural values, and its research value is extremely high. high. Among them, China’s Great DaYing Zhuotong well has a relatively high level of development and has been included in the "World Cultural Heritage List." This article takes big data analysis as an entry point, and tries to emphasize the identity of DaYing Zhuotong well’s cultural heritage, and studies the protection and utilization of value. Taking cultural heritage as the main research purpose, and put forward separate recommendations for the protection and utilization of Chinese DaYing Zhuotong well cultural heritage. The data analysis of my country’s historical and cultural heritage, Great DaYing Zhuotong well was carried out, including the explanation of related concepts and the order of protection process. Secondly, taking DaYing Zhuotong well as a research case, analyzing its cultural heritage resources one by one, protecting the status quo and threat factors, the results show that DaYing Zhuotong well cultural heritage resources are extremely rich in types and types. And the degree of cultural inheritance is very high. The quantitative evaluation method is used to evaluate the value of resource use in different ways, and to evaluate the four indicators of resource funding status, economic growth status, environmental quality and social participation. Industrial robots are widely used in current production lines, and complex pipeline processes, especially those with different assembly requirements, are designed for intelligent manufacturing in the era of industry 4.0. During the new crown epidemic, a large number of car companies used the production line to transform production of medical materials such as masks and protective clothing, which provided a strong guarantee for fighting the epidemic. In this scenario, a pipeline is often assembled from robotic arms from multiple suppliers. The traditional methods is complex and takes a lot of time. In this paper, we propose a novel deep learning based robot arm 3D pose estimation and calibration model with simple Kinect stereo cameras which can be deployed on light-weight edge computing systems. The light-weight deep CNN model can detection 5 predefined key points based on RGB-D data. In this way, when the assembly line composed of different robot arms needs to be reassembled, our model can quickly provide the robot's pose information without additional tuning processes. Testing in Webots with Rokae xb4 robot arm model shows that our model can quickly estimate the key point of the robot arm.

Current manufacturing trend of the data-driven process and delivery is moving fast to bring out the new generation into the manufacturing industry, but still presents gaps in power plant process. The computerization of process activities at workstation holds the flexibility in power generation along mass customization to reach the target of intelligent smart process system through the design principle of Industry 4.0;a new industrial revolution which is data exchange model found in intelligent technologies, cyber-physical systems, and the internet of things, cloud and cognitive computing. This paper present and review a generic framework maturity models and challenge for intelligent power generation feasibility to maintain the process activities including smart process design, smart control, smart monitoring, and smart machines. The similarities and current differences in power plant operation within this framework will be analyzed through the strategic plans of design principles as structured in previous research on Industry 4.0 assessment/maturity model and SPICE-based Industry 4.0-MM. The result is to create a common base guide understanding to implement Power plant 4.0 to achieve the high process control, autonomous process benchmarking and process standardization. © 2019 IEEE

Conventional grid moves towards smart Grid (SG). In conventional grids, electricity is wasted in generation-transmissions-distribution, and communication is in one direction only. SG is introduced to solve prior issues. In SG, there are no restrictions, and communication is bi-directional. Electricity forecasting plays a significant role in SG to enhance operational cost and efficient management. Load and price forecasting gives future trends. In literature many data-driven methods have been discussed for price and load forecasting. The objective of this paper is to focus on literature related to price and load forecasting in last four years. The author classifies each paper in terms of its problems and solutions. Additionally, the comparison of each proposed technique regarding performance are presented in this paper. Lastly, papers limitations and future challenges are discussed. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

This paper combined cognitive theory, motivation theory, competitive intelligence management and control theory with theory of planned behavior to optimize the model of employees’ environmental scanning in big data, and proposed the research hypothesizes. And then using the questionnaire survey to collect data, we tested the research hypothesizes by using AMOS17.0. Internet of Things (IoT) comprises of networked computing devices that can sense and even actuate. It has been widely used in many applications such as smart cities, smart factories, supply chains, smart grid, and precision health. One of the key challenges in practice is to find a suitable lightweight authentication protocol with concerns of security, performance, compatibility, and usability for resource-constrained IoT devices. Due to the lack of security standards for such IoT devices, it is challenging to choose a suitable authentication protocol in practice. For example, many lightweight authentication protocols provide theoretical security analyses, but practical feasibility is not discussed. The integration between a new protocol and the existing standards is non-trivial. It is hence important to develop a novel paradigm for comparing and selecting lightweight authentication protocols considering both theoretical and practical factors. In this paper, we first show the importance and challenges of finding suitable lightweight authentication protocols. Then, we demonstrate how such a paradigm can be built with DTLS, describing a methodology of selecting a protocol and integrating with industry-standard libraries. In our demonstration, the protocol implementation is conducted not only on resource-constrained devices but also based on OpenSSL libraries. The result shows the feasibility, though with difficulties, to integrate a strong security protocol with the existing standards.

The significant advancement of blockchain technology in the field of industrial networks has created a meaningful impact and for this, it comes to the field of the military where blockchain can have a greater impact. In the military environment, a lot of machines and smart devices are connected. Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) combined with mobile edge computing (MEC) can offer real-time services. However, through the UAV, smart devices and intelligent machines, attackers can easily access. This leads to disruption on operations and revealing the data confidentiality to an adversary. To prevent this issue an architecture is proposed based on blockchain technology. The architecture is applied to provide a solution for malicious cyber-attacks and prevent data loss to ensure the security on device-to-device (D2D) communication in the military network to provide maximum security. Simulation results illustrate that how efficaciously the applied method can work for restorative the security on D2D communication. Finally, in conclusion, how the proposed framework can be enhanced by applying other feasible techniques along with future research directions is discussed.

In order to adapt to the integrated operation characteristics of the power grid, some advanced IT technologies (cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence, etc.) are applied to build the dispatching and control cloud. Based on the aggregated various data resource on the cloud, this paper proposes the power grid operation data association analysis method, which mainly describes the relationship between the dispatching and control operation data information and the health status of the equipment. According to the historical data, the obtained comprehensive score for a certain equipment exceeds a certain threshold, indicating that power grid operation data reflects that the device repeatedly has similar defects, and the device can be diagnosed. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2020.
