The paper considers the possibility of using complex logic to create shorter and clearer models for the purposes of intelligent agriculture. Some aspects for developing a suitable environment for program modeling of scenarios and processes of intelligent agriculture have been explored. Creating an interpreter of hierarchical complex logic will greatly facilitate modeling and decision making. Here is presented an opportunity to interpret complex logic using the logic programming language Prolog and its inference machine. The results are illustrated by an example of creating an irrigation plan. © 2021 IEEE.

data mining, as a new driving force for the development of the knowledge economy, has been applied in many fields such as finance, retail, insurance, and medical treatment, and has achieved remarkable results. However, the application of data mining in the field of human resource management is still in its initial stage. There are many limitations in the implementation, popularity, and technology maturity. In this context, taking the management of turnover as an example, based on the perspective of data and risk, the gray correlation analysis method based on data mining technology is used to quantitatively evaluate the turnover factors. The empirical analysis results are used to guide managers in making decisions. The need for business and human resource managers. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2021.

Task scheduling problem has attracted a lot of attention since it plays a key role to improve the performance of any distributed system. This is again more challenging, especially for multi-cloud computing environment, mainly based on the nature of the multi-cloud to scale dynamically and due to heterogeneity of resources which add more complexity to the scheduling problem. In this paper, we propose, for the first time, a new Hybrid Bi-level optimization model named HB-DBoTSP to solve the Dynamic Bag-of-Tasks Scheduling Problem (DBoTSP) in heterogeneous multi-cloud environment. The proposed model aims to minimize the makespan and the execution cost while taking into consideration budget constraints and guaranteeing load balancing between Cloud’s Virtual Machines. By performing experiments on synthetic data sets that we propose, we demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

With the development of the electronic industry, smart meters are more and more required by people. Compared with traditional mechanical meters, smart electricity meters have more functions, such as multi-rate metering, intelligent interaction, data transmission, safe electricity, etc. NILM algorithm, also known as Non-intrusive load monitoring algorithm, can analyze the power consumption data through PC to show more detailed power consumption to users, which can greatly improve the power consumption experience of users. Based on AT89C51 microcontroller, ADE7755 energy measurement chip, LCD1602 display module, etc., this paper designed the overall hardware circuit of smart meter;In the software part, it not only realized basic ability of smart meters, but also realized the load recognition function by using the NILM algorithm. © 2021, The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Ubiquitous Internet of Things devices are increasingly being used by people. However, cloud computing alone cannot solve all the usage scenarios. Edge computing is created to enable real-time computing of small-scale data or Internet of Things devices in underdeveloped regions to function and use normally. The development of blockchain technology (BT) in recent years has made it a distinctive, revolutionary, and popular innovation. Information security and confidentiality are prioritised by the decentralised database in BT. Additionally, the consensus process in it ensures the validity and security of the data. However, it brings up fresh security concerns including majority assault and the double expenditures. data analytics using cryptocurrency sensitive data are needed to address the aforementioned problems. These dataset' analytics highlight the value of recently developed techniques such as machine learning (ML). ML uses a reasonable quantity of data to generate accurate predictions. In ML, data exchange and dependability are essential to enhancing the precision of outcomes. Results from the fusion of these two technologies (ML and BT) may be quite exact. In this research, we give a thorough investigation into the use of machine learning (ML) to strengthen the security of BT-based intelligent systems. The assaults on a blockchain-based network may be analysed using a variety of classic machine learning (ML) approaches, including Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Clustering, Bagging, and Support Vector Machines (SVM) (LSTM).We also discuss how the two technologies may be used together in a number of advanced areas, including smart urban, the national grid, medicine, and autonomous aerial vehicles (UAVs). The difficulties and concerns facing future research are then examined. Finally, a study based with a thorough analysis is offered.

In the big data era, real-time analysis of large-scale spatial data remains a challenging problem since the computational scales of conventional data-driven methods expand rapidly with data volumes. This paper presents display-driven computing (DisDC), a new computing model for interactive analysis of large-scale spatial vector data. The computing units in DisDC are screen pixels for display rather than spatial objects in traditional data-driven methods, and the core task of DisDC is to judge the spatial relationships between pixels and spatial objects. As the number of pixels for display is stable, DisDC is less sensitive to data volumes and can be used to provide real-time data analysis of large-scale spatial vector data. Experiments show that DisDC is capable of handling billion-scale spatial vector data, and an online demonstration is provided (https://***/MemoryMmy/DisDC).

This paper analyzes the data of 31 provinces and cities from 2008 to 2017 to illustrate the development level of input and output of technology change in high technology industry, and compares the province with other provinces, find out where you rank in the country. The study finds that there are problems of insufficient investment and low efficiency in the transformation of technological achievements in high technology industry. Current advancements in medical sciences and pharmacogenomics are focusing on efficient, faster, and economic ways of drug delivery. On the other hand, big data analytics and machine learning are pushing the boundaries of human intelligence. Our aim is to bridge this gap between medical science and engineering by providing solutions that adhere to the requirements. Fields like remote robotic operations or artificial intelligence (AI) system for disease diagnosis and precision medicine are few that bridge this gap. Our proposed work in the field of precision medicine is an effort to contribute for making society healthier and more sustainable by reducing costs as well as reducing iatrogenic diseases by adopting technology advancements. The main focus of this survey paper is to understand the trends in field of biology, particularly in pharmacogenomics for better treatment of diseases by effective medication considering diabetes as an example.
