In this paper, a dual frequency full-bridge series resonant inverter topology is proposed for induction heating applications. ADC method is employed for power regulation. Each leg of the proposed full-bridge inverter operates at different frequency making it suitable for all metal induction heating applications. The proposed inverter resonates automatically for magnetic and non-magnetic vessel and thereby transferring maximum heating to the vessel. The component count is less. The aim of this paper is to develop a real-time application like security system that is necessary in several platforms. In this paper the real-time face detection and tracking is implemented using hardware devices like Webcam and Arduino board with Microcontroller as input and output devices respectively. The face detection algorithm has been developed on the MATLAB platform which was proposed by Paul Viola and Michael Jones. Image encryption and decryption are important as there is a lot of information transfer in the digital world. An interesting topic of discussion could be the periodicity of the Arnold Cat Map (ACM) used for image encryption. Determining the exact or even approximate value of the period for the particular size of the image is much appreciated. In this paper, the periodicity of the ACM map is analysed to enhance the chaotic behaviour of the Arnold Cat Map so as to overcome the limitation of ACM algorithm owing to its periodicity. Also modified ACM-2D and ACM-3D maps are proposed for image encryption and its efficiency is proved by histogram and key sensitivity analysis.

This paper presents the design and analysis of a coplanar waveguide fed rectangular(CPW) slot antenna with split ring resonator(SRR) and closed ring. The overall dimension is 26 x 31 x1.6 mm(3). The antenna covers the frequency range of 3.28 GHz-4.15 GHz and 5.15 GHz - 5.58GHz with impedance bandwidth(<-10dB) of 1.17GHz and 0.43 GHz respectively. Good radiation performance is observed for both bands. The antenna is suitable for WIMAX and WLAN applications. Parametric study is explored for optimum performance.

In this paper, we present a detailed study on the performance of rectangular patch antenna along with Minkowski Island Fractal (MIF) monopole antenna structures. A modified MIF structure is considered here and compared with the conventional one. The monopole patch antenna structures are more compact, low profile, and are conformal. The behaviors of these antennas are studied, and it is found that the performance of modified fractal monopole antenna is superlative among all. This antenna can be used for many wireless applications. All the design and simulation process is performed using ANSYS HFSS software, and MATLAB is used for plotting of output data of all antenna performance parameters.

Hand Gesture recognition system is a process involving classifying the given gesture of the hand portion. This paper presents a technique for the recognition of hand gesture from the 11 different static gestures taken from NUS hand posture dataset. Hand gesture detection in the complex background is seen as a challenging task The purpose of this paper is to study and develop a method for the efficient detection and classification of hand gestures in the complex background. Skin similarity measure is used to detect the hand in complex background hand gesture image. The whole of the image is divided into two classes one is hand, and other is background. Subsequently, shape and texture features are extracted from the gestures which form the basis of recognition of the hand gesture.
