This research paper presents the development of an electronic voting system that utilizes blockchain technology and Zero knowledge Proof to enhance privacy and security during voting. Electronic voting systems have many issues regarding privacy, data integrity, and proper transparency, whereas traditional voting systems face the issue of being cost-effective. This research has solved the previously mentioned issues by using ZKP over the polygon network. Furthermore, ZKP, along with blockchain technology, helps in the decen-tralization, immutability, and transparency of the stored data while maintaining the confidentiality of the voter identity in the process of authentication and vote validation. Moreover, cryptographic verification is aided through role management and a user interface, which results in a quicker verification process than traditional methods. Using a polygon network as the medium for conducting tests has shown a low transaction cost of 0.010 POL to facilitate voting while providing substantial privacy. The approach presented in this research has significantly improved over traditional E-voting systems in terms of cost, security, and scalability, indicating that this approach is better suited for election processes today.

The development of 21 st century skills are essential to prepare students for success in a rapidly transforming world. However, integrating these skills into programming courses raises challenges as it often prioritizes technical expertise while overlooking soft skills such as creativity. Additionally, traditional programming instruction tends to focus on individual tasks which limits opportunities for students to develop their collaboration and communication skills. As such, this research proposes the integration of collaborative learning and problem-based learning approaches to promote 21 st century skills among secondary school students through learning activities about smart farm programming. The results demonstrated significant improvements across all measured 21 st century skills with Authentic Problem-Solving (APS) and knowledge Creation Efficacy (KCE) as the most substantial growth. Besides, there are significant positive correlations between each of the skills. Creativity (CreT) and knowledge Creation Efficacy (KCE) also emerged as key factors driving the development of other competencies. These findings validate the adoption of collaborative and problem-based learning approaches as effective methods for enhancing 21 st century skills in programming studies and also highlight their importance in the curriculum design to address future challenges in education.

Online exams are a general aspect of education nowadays. However, they are still suffering with several security problems such as data breaches, result-changing cheating, and impersonation scams. Some of the modern systems utilize blockchain technology to improve security but come with problems such as being difficult to integrate, taking time to process, being costly, and lacking adequate privacy protection. This work introduces a blockchain-based structure that addresses these concerns. It utilizes smart contracts in a more improvised manner, employs zero-knowledge proofs to secure privacy. The system provides safe sharing of questions, decentralized storage of answers, and tamper-evident grading. It also has seamless integration with learning management systems (LMS). In comparison to traditional and blockchain-based examination systems, this method provides upgrades in security, efficiency, and speed. With the integration of decentralized technology and state-of-the-art security methods, this system provides internet-based exams that are secure, transparent, and economical.
