The aim of this paper is to present SymPyCAP software for the symbolic analysis of linear time-invariant electric circuits. This software is written in Python and uses modified nodal analysis to solve equations in Laplace Transform domain and in Phasor Transform domain. How SymPyCAP solves electric circuits is demonstrated using several representative electric circuits. © 2023 IEEE.

Today in the world of the software industry, the use of libraries and frameworks has become very common to abstract complex implementations in modern software. This gave rise to a new challenge of tracking and monitoring external dependencies due to various reasons like security, company/team design philosophy or both. In this paper, we delve into the tools provided by the Go language to solve this problem and some of its limitations. Based on those learning, we have created a library for visualizing internal and external dependencies for Go based projects. This library generates a tree-like structure to give users a better visual representation about how dependencies are used across projects. We also delve into how popular tools and frameworks by different organizations and individuals make software design choices around the use of external libraries or dependencies. © Grenze Scientific Society, 2024.

This article aims to provide a method based on image recognition that can quickly locate power curve abnormalities of wind turbines. Power curves are often used to evaluate the power generation performance of wind turbines. Wind turbines with abnormal performance can be detected by observing their power curve images. This project uses the existing labelimg software and yolov8 architecture to classify, label and train a model for a large number of power curve images with abnormal characteristics. This model is then used in batch power curve characteristic screening. In application scenarios that require large-scale screening, compared with the traditional use of human eyes and brains to reason about power curve pictures, the application of this model can quickly locate abnormalities and abnormal types of power curves in batches. © 2024 IEEE.

Approximate computing plays a crucial part in error resilent and multimedia applications. This study presents the design and analysis of a 4:2 compressor that employs a Dadda multiplier to reduce output power and inaccuracy. The approximate compressors are utilized to design 8∗8, 16∗16,32∗32 multipliers. The goal of this work is to develop a compressor with low latency, low power consumption, and fewer product stages. By reducing the number of transistors and gates the low latency compressors used to serve as multiplier design applications. The adders and product stages are to be considerable power consumption in multiplication process. The reduced compressors consume less power and it could be applicable for designers. © 2023 IEEE.

In any communication network, for regular maintenance the service provider, needs to manage individual device by login into the specific device. This can be avoided by using software Defined Networks which gives easy access and the facility of core network management to service provider. This is achieved by separating Control and Data plane of the hardware devices. Using SDN Controller managing the devices is simpler, but it is exposed to attacks making the system vulnerable. The most prominent attacks for SDN are DDoS attack and ARP Spoofing attack. Detecting these attacks at early stage is necessary for every communication network. This paper focuses on designing a method to detect DDoS attack by investigating various network parameters. It is observed that it is possible to detect DDoS attack by monitoring specific parameters CPU process, CPU system, number packets, etc. An effective mitigating strategy can be devised based on these parameters. © Grenze Scientific Society, 2024.

Federated learning is a decentralized machine learning approach that enables multiple devices to collaboratively train a global model while keeping their data localized, thus preserving user privacy. However, the presence of non-independent and identically distributed (Non-IID) data across clients presents significant challenges, including performance degradation and difficulties in model optimization. This paper proposes a novel Federated Client Selection and Attention Aggregation (FCSA) algorithm, designed to address these issues. FCSA improves client selection by considering factors such as training time, data diversity, and historical performance, thereby prioritizing clients that can contribute the most to the global model. On the server side, an attention-based aggregation mechanism is introduced to assign different weights to client updates based on their contributions, optimizing the model aggregation process. Experimental evaluations conducted on the MNIST dataset under Non-IID conditions demonstrate that FCSA outperforms traditional methods like FedAvg, improving model accuracy by approximately 17.5%. Future work will focus on dynamically adjusting weighting strategies to further enhance efficiency across various training stages. © 2024 IEEE.

Cloud computing is a technology that allows the utilisation of a vast network of computers that are distributed and run in parallel with one another. The management of the multimedia files presents challenges and the significant of which is the prevalence of attackers and users with malicious intent. This article presents the conceptual foundation for a four-tiered data security paradigm that can be implemented in cloud computing. The proposed framework employs a DNA-computing-based password or secret key with a length of 1024 bits for the purpose of encrypting the user private multimedia file or correspondence. The DNABMS algorithm is applied in the cryptographic generation of digital identities as well as pseudorandom number generators. The results of the testing that was done on the model have validated both its reliability and its efficacy, demonstrating that the model that was developed is both reliable and effective. Experiments have demonstrated that the developed method is superior to other well-known existing strategies in terms of both effectiveness and efficiency. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper aims to enhance cloud computing security and mitigate privacy risks by investigating optimized compiler models. Through extensive literature review and analysis, we have selected a compiler model based on the Porcupine privacy computing approach and a component called Quill, which translates plain text specifications into equivalent implementations in homomorphic cryptography. Concurrently, we propose additional optimization strategies that improve the efficiency and cost effectiveness of homophobic encryption. Our work signifies a step forward in the realm of secure, private cloud computing © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents the development of an automated analysis platform for the bottom-hole flow field of Polycrystalline Diamond Compact (PDC) bits, utilizing secondary development techniques within ANSYS-Workbench and CFX software. The platform integrates pre-processing, solving, and post-processing modules to streamline and optimize the numerical simulation process. By separating the user interface from the underlying technical implementation, the platform simplifies the workflow, reducing the complexity and improving the efficiency of hydraulic performance analysis. Key features include parameterization, automation, and the ability to rapidly conduct simulations, significantly lowering the barriers to using CFD software. A case study using a PDC bit demonstrates the platform's implementation and effectiveness. The results indicate that the platform enables efficient and intuitive flow field analysis, reduces the time and effort required for analysis, shortens the development cycle of PDC bits, and delivers enhanced drilling performance. Field tests further validate the hydraulic performance improvements achieved through the optimized bit design, showcasing the platform's potential to support oil equipment companies in standardizing and improving their drilling technology. © 2024 IEEE.
