Since the beginning of the new century, the rapid development of human science and technology has increased the productivity and energy consumption, which has led to the depletion of traditional fossil energy and accelerated environmental pollution. According to the national strategic plan for future energy development, more distributed generation will be connected to the distribution network in the future, which will transform the urban distribution network from the traditional load-side network to the multi-source network with two-way power flow, which will bring challenges to the operation of the urban distribution network. The distribution network dispatching operation of active distribution network will not only be the operation and adjustment of the sectional switch, but also consider the multi-source optimal dispatching control after a large number of distributed power sources, flexible loads and energy storage devices are connected. By controlling the voltage of optical storage and parallel node, the optimal configuration of optical storage access location and capacity is realized. Based on the operation characteristics of active distribution network, this paper puts forward the overall architecture and application framework of multi-source cooperative optimal dispatching, and studies the key technologies such as multi-source data fusion, rapid simulation of active distribution network, multisource cooperative optimal dispatching strategy and evaluation of multi-source cooperative optimal dispatching strategy. © 2021 IEEE.

The HPCG benchmark represents a modern complement to the HPL benchmark in the performance evaluation of HPC systems, as it has been recognized as a more representative benchmark to reflect real-world applications. While typical workloads become more and more challenging, the semiconductor industry is battling with performance scaling and power efficiency on next-generation technology nodes. As a result, the industry is turning towards more customized compute architectures to help meet the latest performance requirements. In this paper, we present the details of the first FPGA-based implementation of HPCG that takes advantage of such customized compute architectures. Our results show that our high-performance multi-FPGA implementation, using 1 and 4 Xilinx Alveo U280 achieves up to 108.3 GFlops and 346.5 GFlops respectively, representing speed-ups of 104.1x and 333.2x over software running on a server with an Intel Xeon processor with no loss of accuracy. We also demonstrate that the FPGA-based solution achieves comparable performance with respect to modern GPUs and an up to 2.7x improvement in terms of power efficiency compared to an NVIDIA Tesla V100. Finally, a theoretical evaluation, based on Berkeley's Roofline model demonstrates that our implementation is near optimally tuned on the Xilinx Alveo U280.

With the rapid development of edge computing, edge clusters need to deal with a tremendous amount of tasks, making some edge clusters overloaded, which further translates into task completion lag. Previous works usually copy the tasks from overloaded edges to idle edges so as to reduce the task queuing and computing delay. However, the completion delay of tasks copied to different edges cannot be predicted before the replication decision is made, which affects the overall task replication performance. In this paper, we propose an online task replication algorithm based on the predictions derived from multi-armed bandit. Via rigorous proof, the regret is ensured to be sub-linear upon the bandit, measuring the gap between the online decisions and the offline optimum. Extensive simulations are conducted to confirm the superiority of the proposed algorithm over state-of-the-art replication strategies.

A problem currently faced by autonomous systems, learning agents, multi-agent systems and other cognitive systems is the extreme susceptibility to had information and malicious misdirection. In this paper, we propose a strategy to identify trusted agents in a multi-agent system, so that a system can eliminate the knowledge provided by malicious or unknown agents. The strategy is covered in three phases by each agent;firstly sharing information with other agents in the system, secondly calculating the conclusion based on the majority of information received from others and lastly identifying the trusted, malicious and unknown agents in the system. The theoretical analysis shows that the trusted agent strategy (TAS) is capable of identifying malicious or compromised agents if a system has less than 25% of malicious agents. This is further improved in the advanced:FAS which can handle up to 40% malicious agents. The experimental results show that trusted and malicious agents can be identified with high accuracy.

The convolution operation is vectorized by using single instruction multiple data stream (SIMD). The SIMD instruction in the CPU is used to realize the vectorized convolution operation, eliminating the synchronization overhead of parallel computing, and at the same time multiplexing the data in the register, reducing the number of memory reads and writes. Relying on the power production management information system (PMS), it aims to research and establish a set of A complete and unified online monitoring system for the status of power transmission and transformation equipment. The Internet of Things system architecture for power transmission and transformation equipment at the information integration layer and the intelligent application layer, and a detailed discussion of several key technologies involved in the system architecture, mainly including integrated intelligence Monitoring device, coding and identification system, communication technology, panoramic information modeling. The original input data is grouped and allocated to different data node groups to realize data parallelism; for the data of each data node group, pipeline parallelism is adopted.

With the deepening requirements of development for the Internet of Vehicles technology, intelligent vehicles need to complete the complex task in a fast response time to meet the needs, which brings great challenges to reliable vehicle service provision. In order to solve this problem, we propose a task offloading scheme into the Internet of Vehicles, which can reduce the execution time of tasks. In this paper, we introduce a location-aware distributed storage system called LDSS to support task offloading. Data can be written, stored, computed and read out through different mobile edge servers. Firstly, the identity of the vehicle is stored on the blockchain, and then the vehicle needs to offload the data to the nearest mobile edge server. Then, the storage node and computing node are selected based on the time optimization strategy. Finally, by predicting the location of the vehicle, the mobile edge server nearest to the predicted vehicle location is selected as the access node for result downloading. After validating the identity of vehicle based on blockchain technology, the output result is returned to the vehicle. The experiments show that our proposed task offloading scheme based on blockchain can effectively achieve the effect of low latency and faster task response, as well as ensure data security.

Power and energy are two key requirements in today's contemporary environment. As the need for energy grows by the day, the final answer to this type of issue is to implement renewable energy sources. Since the various renewable energy sources have varied energy levels at different time durations, it is impossible to connect them all to a single DC bus in nature. Furthermore, this single device is inadequate and inadequate for energy delivery. This sparks the concept of Regional Energy Sources. This gives rise to the idea of distributed Energy Sources. Thus, dispersed electrical power is described as the substitution of one UPS unit with numerous smaller UPS units operating in addition, increasing the supply method's dependability as well as energy capabilities. A Second Order boost converter helps to increase the PV system's output voltage. The Second Order boost converter raises the PV organization's output voltage. An Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy (ANFIS) based Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT) technology is used to track the maximum power from PV system. A PWM generator raises the duty sequences on time when the productivity reference signal is given to the dc-dc converter. The PV system's output voltage is increased using the Interleaved Boost Converter. Droop techniques are used in parallel-connected DC to DC converters to distribute power fairly. The droop factor is adjusted to balance the charge levels of energy storage battery devices. Through the use of a bidirectional battery converter, the excess energy from the PV system is stored in a battery and promotes equitable current sharing. An approach known as proportional integral (PI) controller is used to maintain an infinite dc link voltage. The proposed strategy is validated through simulation using MATLAB 2021a /Simulink software. In this paper the comparison between the accuracy of the converter has 92.4%, voltage gain has 10V and the ANFIS tracking efficiency has 93.5% is predicted.

Software systems often encounter various errors or exceptions in practice, and thus proper error handling code is essential to ensure the reliability of software systems. Unfortunately, error handling code is often bug-prone, while sufficiently testing them is challenging as such code often cannot be triggered under normal conditions. Motivated by this, recent studies have proposed to leverage software fault injection (SFI) based fuzzing to discover potential bugs in complicated error handling code. Despite the promising results achieved, their effectiveness and efficiency are still compromised in practice due to the huge search space of error sites, inadequate fuzzing guidance, and the overhead induced by context-sensitive SFI. To achieve effective and efficient testing of error handling code, this study presents AFL-FI, which first utilizes a similarity-based method to identify suspicious error sites, and then incorporates the idea of error site coverage to guide the fuzzing process. Finally, the design of lightweight context-sensitive SFI enables AFL-FI to execute test cases efficiently. We evaluate AFL-FI on eight large-scale open-source projects, and the results show that it can outperform existing state-of-the-art fuzzing tools significantly in terms of branch code coverage. More importantly, AFL-FI has discovered 13 previously unknown bugs, and all of them have been confirmed while 12 of them have been fixed. Besides, our evaluation also demonstrates that all the key designs of AFL- F I are effective that contribute significantly to its overall performance.

With the emergence of CaaS, a cloud service model that can quickly build a production environment, this model has been widely used in the industry. However, the degree of loose coupling of various containers in the cluster and the fine-grained level of function division are often difficult to achieve people’s expectations. In addition, it is difficult to achieve the desired effect in terms of cloud cluster security. Therefore, this paper takes container-based cloud computing clusters as the main research object, and proposes a fine-grained, loosely coupled cloud cluster model based on containers, is called Pervasive-container computing. The experimental results show that Pervasive-container computing not only meets the fine-grained loose coupling characteristics required by microservices, but also adopts the strategy of “created with time” and “destroy after use”, which provides guarantees in terms of endogenous security. In addition, the proposed scheduling algorithm based on Pervasive-container calculation reduces the time consumption of file transfer by 20% compared to the time consumption without the algorithm.

With the development of the smart power grid, the requirements for intelligent, vivid, and real-time power system inspection services are getting higher. 5G, artificial intelligence, edge computing, big data, virtual reality, and other information technologies bring breakthroughs for power system inspection services evolution, but in the meanwhile, making the services more complex and draining large amounts of computing resources. In the 5G networks with collaborative computing enabled in cloud-edge-end nodes, how to reasonably decompose a complex power system inspection service into multiple task clusters becomes a prerequisite for the efficient distributed deployment of the service and its rapid execution. This paper proposes an approach for the decomposition of intelligent power system inspection services. It considers the computing resource requirements of the functional components in a power system inspection service as well as the interactions between them, perceives the computing capabilities of heterogeneous nodes, such as cloud, edge, and collaborative end terminal in 5G networks, and decomposes the service into multiple task clusters which retain the original logical structure. Simulation results show that the approach can produce suitable results, which can reduce the expected service execution time and improve the utilization of network resources.
