We consider a method for preventing e-Fraud in which a binary image is encrypted with a floating point cipher using a convolution operation and the output quantized into a 1-bit array generating a binary image ciphertext. The output is then `embedded' in a host image to hide the encrypted information. Embedding is undertaken either in the lowest 1-bit layer or multiple 1-bit layers. Decryption is accomplished by: (i) extracting the binary image from the host image; (ii) correlating the result with the original cipher. In principle, any cipher generator can be used for this purpose and the method has been designed to operate with 24-bit colour images. The approach has a variety of applications and in this paper, we focus on the authentication and self-authentication of edocuments (letters and certificates, for example) that are communicated over the internet and are thereby vulnerable to e-Fraud (e.g. modification, editing, counterfeiting etc.).

This paper presents the error concealment (EC) feature implemented by the authors in the test model of the draft ITU-T video coding standard H.26L. The selected EC algorithms are based on weighted pixel value averaging for INTRA. pictures and boundary-matching-based motion vector recovery for INTER pictures. The specific concealment strategy and some special methods, including handling of B-pictures, multiple reference frames and entire frame losses, are described. Both subjective and objective results are given based on simulations under internet conditions. The feature was adopted and is now included in the latest H.26L reference software TML-9.0.

3-D model based objects matching is a fundamental in image processing and computer vision, especially for object localization, tracking, and recognition. In this paper a new deformable models with commonly 9-12 length-angle shape parameters are used for matching, which can represent rich shape details for traffic vehicle classification. A Weighted Modified Square Haudsorff Distance (WMSHD) is designed to suppress the noise brought by the low quality of object in feature extraction, and then the weight is defined in the models and object edge points. Estimation of Distribution Algorithm (EDA) is used as the evolutionary algorithm to search the best parameters of model shape and localization with shape parameters and pose parameters. Experiments are made with histograms, curves. The matching results show that the proposed method is effective.

With the proposal of ubiquitous power internet of things, the demand for the smart grid for spectrum resources is increasing. In order to improve the utilization of spectrum resources, spectrum sensing technology can be applied to the smart grid. Aiming at the problem of poor detection performance of energy detection algorithm in spectrum sensing in the presence of noise uncertainty, a three-step cooperative spectrum sensing (CSS) algorithm based on historical sensing information prediction is proposed. The algorithm divides the decision-making difficulty area caused by noise into three reliability levels and uses fuzzy logic (FL) to make the decision. When the output of FL is uncertain, exponential smoothing prediction (ESP) is used to make the decision on historical information. The analysis results show that, compared with the soft decision and reference algorithm, the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the performance of noise uncertainty and spectrum sensing without increasing the transmission overhead and computational complexity.

With the development of intelligent algorithms on the internet and the widespread application of signal recovery technology in the current mechanical industry, signal recovery systemsbased on fuzzy adaptive sliding mode algorithms are becoming increasingly important for improving mechanical bearing fault diagnosis. In the construction of the entire mechanical bearing signal recovery model, how to improve the accuracy of signal recovery and reduce the time for model signal feature extraction is currently a key issue that needs to be urgently solved. This article conducts simulation experiments and analysis on the parameter dataset of mechanical bearing components that are prone to faults. based on the fuzzy adaptive sliding mode algorithm process, combined with adaptive law parameter calculation and fuzzy system model design, the following conclusion is drawn: the application of improved signal recovery models on the sampled four bearing component parameters has an average improvement of 6.65% in recovery accuracy and 9.25% in recovery efficiency. This method uses fuzzy adaptive sliding mode algorithm to adaptively extract fault features, accurately identify fault types and degrees, innovatively suppress noise and interference, and improve the accuracy of vibration signal recovery.

The indoor imaging visible light positioning (VLP) technologybased on the image sensor (IS) utilizes existing indoor lighting infrastructure to provide high-precision indoor positioning services. However, due to the high complexity of traditional image processing algorithms, existing VLP systems are unable to provide real-time positioning services. In response to the above issue, we propose an image processing mechanism based on the inter-frame color feature matching method, which includes the equidistant sampling processing, low complexity decoding algorithm, and color feature matching-based LED region of interest (ROI) determination method. The results show that the system average positioning delay is 80.2ms, indicating better system real-time performance.

The integrated detection and jamming signal, which can realize radar detection and jamming functions at the same time, is an important research content of multifunctional RF systems. In this paper, we propose an integrated detection and jamming signal with convolution modulation of LFM signal. This integrated signal can form coherent smart noise jamming to the enemy and achieve radar detection by deconvolution and matched filtering of the echo signal. By optimizing the convolution sequence, the performance of the integrated signal after deconvolution and matched filtering is similar to or even better than that of the original LFM signal. Finally, the simulation results verify the performance of the integrated signal.
