The healthcare sector has undergone a transformation with the advancement of the internet of Things, facilitating the seamless incorporation of medical imaging devices within the industry's data systems, leading to faster diagnostics and treatments. Maintaining the privacy of patients is crucial and complex, especially when medical images can reveal intimate and private details about a patient's medical history. We explore the usage of advanced Deep Learning methods for encrypting medical diagnostic images, leveraging a cryptographic-based image encryption and decryption framework. The Proposed approach uses a simple key learning model built on ResNet-50 architecture to convert one visual format into another. This model specifically incorporates a domain known as "hidden factors"during the encryption phase. To revert the encrypted image to its original form, we employ reconstructive networks. By extracting relevant data from the encrypted content and enabling direct data mining from the personal data ecosystem, we offer a system that ensures a good return on investment. Additionally, the suggested method incorporates the Enhanced Encryption technique using a stream cipher. We validated the new approach using two publicly available datasets. Preliminary evaluations suggest that the method provides superior security and impressive operational efficiency. © 2023 IEEE.

This research aims to optimize the deep learning network by combining three-dimensional imaging technology and multidimensional signal processing methods to improve the processing capabilities of complex three-dimensional data. We propose a model based on 3D convolutional neural network (CNN), which is structurally and functionally optimized specifically for 3D image data. In the model design, we introduced an efficient feature extraction mechanism and an improved network training strategy, including batch normalization and regularization techniques, to improve the model's generalization ability and training efficiency. Experimental results show that this model exhibits higher accuracy and robustness than traditional two-dimensional CNN and multi-layer perceptron (MLP) models when processing three-dimensional imaging data. Furthermore, we provide an in-depth analysis of the model's performance and discuss its potential issues and limitations in practical applications. Overall, this study provides an effective deep learning solution for 3D image processing and lays the foundation for future research in a wider range of application fields. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

In recent years, the detection of illegal and harmful messages which plays an significant role in internet service is highly valued by the government and society. Although artificial intelligence technology is increasingly applied to actual operating systems, it is still a big challenge to be applied to systems that require high real-time performance. This paper provides a real-time detection system solution based on artificial intelligence technology. We first introduce the background of real-time detection of illegal and harmful messages. Second, we propose a complete set of intelligent detection system schemes for real-time detection, and conduct technical exploration and innovation in the media classification process including detection model optimization, traffic monitoring and automatic configuration algorithm. Finally, we carry out corresponding performance verification.

The main objective is to use the internet of Things to build a system for controlling and monitoring equipment in factories, in which it is helpful to improve productions. When it comes to protecting your house, factory, workplace, or public space, monitoring systems are crucial. The integrated framework, Microcontroller, and connected sensors form the backbone of this protection setup. Smart sensors can identify when a person is moving across a room. At this point, the system sends out a signal indicating how many people have broken in within a given time frame and sounds an alert. The person identification Sensor is triggered into action once the protection system is switched on. This highly reactive method requires little processing power. This makes it an excellent component of an industrial monitoring system. This monitoring and protection system was built with a microcontroller and other sensors. These days, more and more business owners are investing in security systems as a means of keeping their assets safe and increasing the value of their establishments. In this effort, data transfer is accomplished through the Global System for Mobile communication (GSM) protocol. When data is collected, authorized workers enter it into a computerized spreadsheet at the branch office. Management merely needs to take action based on the results, which will be permanently recorded in the system. Automatic data gathering is an economical alternative to manual gathering of information for this kind of task. The useful reports for management are much improved as a result. Using this method also shortens the time required to pinpoint the problem. © 2023 IEEE.

Presently the demand for robust wireless communication with coordinated use of mobile systems and the internet result in ineffective use of the spectrum, where a considerable portion of the spectrum is neglected. Consequently, Cognitive Radio(CR) is innovative technology that raising the spectrum usage performance. Spectrum sensing(SS) is an essential aspect in detects whether vacant channels are in the spectrum and renders them to secondary users. The cyclostationary spectrum sensing(CSS) technique is one of the most effective methods able to efficiently detects unoccupied spectra with low signal-to-noise ratios(SNR). CSS involves the use of a large number of samples for detection resulting in high complexity, cost, and processing time. In this paper, a low computational complexity CSS approach is proposed based on using Haar wavelet transform and signed correlator. The proposed method performance is evaluated over Rayleigh flat fading and AWGN channels with low SNR values. The acquired simulation results indicated the proposed method achieved reduced complexity to about 80%, on a penalty a very slight reduction in detection probability Pd of about 7% at SNR equals -25 dB. Then the proposed method is optimized to reduce the detection probability to 6%, and 2% through the use of stratified sampling, and BPF respectively. © 2024, EUROSIS-ETI. All rights reserved.

Temperature, humidity, light, rainfall, wind speed, and wind direction are the main environmental factors influencing the occurrence and spread of the Spodoptera frugiperda. At present, data on the environmental factors of Spodoptera frugiperda life in China are mainly obtained from meteorological data from county-level and higher meteorological stations, and the field microhabitat data collection of Spodoptera frugiperda occurrence is rarely mentioned in the literature. based on the above problems, this design constructs an IoT architecture and designs a field microhabitat environmental factor data collection and remote transmission system for Spodoptera frugiperda habitats. This design uses temperature and humidity sensors, light sensors, rain sensors, wind speed and wind direction sensors to collect data and send it to a single-chip microcomputer, display each data on the liquid crystal screen in real-time and transmit the data to the Alibaba Cloud service. The researchers were able to remotely monitor the Spodoptera frugiperda's living environment's temperature and humidity, light intensity, rainfall, and wind speed and direction way in time. This system can be used to monitor various factors of the mirohabitat environment of Spodoptera frugiperda in real-time, which is vital for further elucidating the suitable environment of Spodoptera frugiperda in my country and developing scientific monitoring and early warning plans as well as prevention and control strategies. © 2023 IEEE.

The terahertz (THz) band radio access with larger available bandwidth is anticipated to provide higher capacities for next-generation wireless communication systems. However, higher path loss at THz frequencies significantly limits the wireless communication range. Massive multiple-input multiple-output (mMIMO) is an attractive technology to increase the Rayleigh distance by generating higher gain beams using low wavelength and highly directive antenna array aperture. In addition, both far-field and near-field components of the antenna system should be considered for modeling THz electromagnetic propagation, where the channel estimation for this environment becomes a challenging task. This paper proposes a novel channel estimation method using a real image denoising network (RIDNet) and orthogonal matching pursuit (OMP) for hybrid-field THz mMIMO channels, including far-field and near-field constituents. The simulation experiments are performed using the ray-tracing tool. The results demonstrate that the proposed RIDNet-based method consistently provides lower channel estimation errors than the conventional OMP algorithm for all signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) regions. The performance gap becomes higher at low SNR regimes. Furthermore, the results imply that the same error performance of the OMP can be achieved by the RIDNet-based method using a lower number of RF chains and pilot symbols.

With the fast expansion of the internet of vehicles (IoV) and the emergence of new types of threats, the traditional machine learning-based intrusion detection systems must be updated to meet the security requirements of the current environment. Recently, deep learning has shown exceptional performance in IoV intrusion detection. However, deep learning-based intrusion detection system (DL-IDS) models are more fixated and dependent on the training dataset. In addition, the behavior changes with the occurrence of attacks. They pose a real problem for the DL-IDS and make their detection more complicate. In this paper, we present a deep transfer learning based intrusion detection in-vehicle (TRLID) model for IoV using the CAN bus protocol. In our proposed model, a data preparation approach is proposed to clean up bus data and convert it to an image for usage as input to the deep learning model. Indeed, we used transfer learning characteristics because they enable us to transfer the source task's knowledge to the target task. Therefore, we trained our model using different dataset including different attacks. The experimental results show that our proposed TRLID achieved good results where the intelligence integration of transfer learning was efficient for attacks detection. © 2023 IEEE.
