Traffic Congestion has been a very big issue due to the large number of vehicles being utilized in cities. It is necessary to control the number of vehicles getting in and out of the crossing such that the city traffic congestion decreases in an efficient way. In this paper, we try to improvise the timings of green signals using fuzzy logic based on the number of vehicles, speed limit, and length of the crossing. We find out the number of vehicles using computer vision dynamically. We validate our system in two different locations in Chennai against the manual green signal duration that is set manually and we prove that our method improves the waiting time significantly. © 2023, ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering.

At present, the traditional underground target positioning technology is passive positioning. It needs to rely on external equipment such as communication networks, hosts and reference base stations with known position coordinates to achieve target positioning. The location system is complex and the ability to resist disasters is weak. To get rid of the problems existing in the passive positioning system, this paper proposes an underground target location method based on a positive image-based camera position and pose estimate. The method consists of two stages: an offline stage and a real-time positioning stage. In the offline stage, a number of identification signboards are arranged at known positions in the tunnel, and the coordinate position information of each identification signboard is recorded, and it is built into the identification signboard-position information database. In the real-time positioning stage, the main body of this stage is the camera, and the camera, video analysis module, and storage module storing the signboard-position information database is embedded into the embedded system, and the embedded system is carried by the positioning target. The embedded system uses the camera and video analysis module to find one of the signboards, finds the coordinate position information of the signboard in the signboard-position information database, and establishes the signboard coordinate system with the coordinate position as the origin;according to the angle The coordinate value of the point in the pixel coordinate system and the signboard coordinate system, as well as the PnP algorithm, calculate the coordinate value of the corner point in the camera coordinate system. Through the different coordinate values of the same corner point in the camera coordinate system and the signboard coordinate system, the mutual relationship between the two coordinate systems is solved by inversion, that is, the camera extrinsic parameters. Traffic congestion is one of the most pressing issues faced by people in urban areas today. Every day, countless individuals spend valuable time stuck in long traffic jams, contributing to frustration and inefficiency. Gridlock not only wastes time but also increases the risk of traffic accidents. Emergency services such as ambulances, fire trucks, and police cars are often delayed due to heavy traffic, making it harder for them to reach emergencies in time, which can result in tragic consequences. To address these challenges, we propose an innovative solution: an IoT-based automated traffic signal monitoring and control system. This system will allow for real-time management of traffic signals and offer manual override capabilities via the internet. By streamlining traffic flow and providing dedicated green corridors for emergency vehicles, this system will reduce congestion and potentially save lives by ensuring that help reaches critical situations more quickly.

Sand table game as one of the most common technical methods in international psychological therapy, also known as box court therapy, in the current scientific research has been paid attention to, and gradually become the most common techniques in the field of applied psychology content. Because the sand table itself is too large, it is not convenient to move during the use, will be limited by the space scope, and cannot effectively save the information of the sand table. Therefore, scientific researchers put forward the use of simulation and other equipment functions in the practice of exploration, to carry out a comprehensive study of the sand table. based on the understanding of the intelligent electronic sand table constructed based on the concept of internet technology, this paper designs and analyzes the informatization psychological sand table simulation system with 3D scenes as the core in view of the development needs of the actual psychology field, and carries out empirical research from the perspective of the application of mobile phone App software. The final results show that the optimization of traditional psychological sand table simulation by 3D scenization and information technology can not only build a high-quality simulation environment, but also perform data simulation analysis and effective storage in the visualization of simulation results.

Pests impact agricultural production, prompting the need for efficient disease detection in plants. Traditional methods, reliant on manual observation, are time- consuming and imprecise. It uses the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for prediction of diseases. The CNNs enhance precision, offering farmers a more effective and streamlined method for disease detection, potentially transforming agricultural practicesUsing transfer learning and pretrained models, the system successfully extracts information from photographs submitted via a user-friendly website. The CNN based algorithm analyzes these photos using powerful image preprocessing techniques, giving farmers and individuals precise insights into recognized diseases or pest infestations. Plant photos obtained with cellphones are processed using CNN, a specialized image recognition system. A CNN is an effective method in the AI, which scans the image and produces the maximum correct output. It is primarily used in image recognition tasks, where it processes input in the form of pixels. The website design not only allows for easy image submission but also provides results and probable therapy recommendations. This comprehensive solution, which combines cutting-edge CNN technology, transfer learning, and an easy-to-use web interface, enables users to proactively protect their crops, resulting in a more resilient and sustainable agricultural ecosystem.

Although farmers are the backbone of this emerging country, they face challenges in their daily lives related to finances and finding a place to work. These farmers search far and wide for the ideal location, climate, crop, and so on. By anticipating possible illnesses through image processing and suggesting appropriate crops based on real-time sensor data, you may use IOT and AI technology to improve agricultural operations. Used Sensors: Use sensors for pH, temperature, and soil moisture to gather important information from the agricultural field. Data Transmission: Create a communication network so that sensor-generated data may be sent to an AI model that has already been trained for analysis. Training AI Models: In order to precisely estimate the ideal crop options based on temperature, sand moisture, pH levels, give priority to training the AI model with pertinent data. Crop Recommendation: Create algorithms in the AI model that take into account the sensor data that has been collected in order to suggest the best crops yield in a certain location. An innovative answer to the growing need for effective and sustainable farming methods is the fusion of internet of Things (IOT) with artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Thus the result of the project is to find a resolution for cost loss issue. In order to improve agricultural operations, this research uses real-time sensor data to select appropriate crops and forecast probable illnesses.

Certain applications of wireless sensor networks require that the sensor nodes should be aware of their position relative to the sensor environment. Generally in the applications of positioning in the internet of things (IoT), there is a deficiency of localization precision and concrete results. It is really important to maintain high-efficient localization schemes for the internet of things, especially for wireless sensor networks. For that, an improved DV-hop algorithm is proposed in this paper to move for more accurate results based on the least square method. Therefore, the weight coefficient is calculated between an anchor node and the other anchor nodes using the mean square method. Then, this weighting coefficient, the hop size, will be applied between the unknown nodes and the anchor nodes in order to determine the distances. The computed hop-size average significantly enhances the positioning accuracy which is approved by the experiments that explain how suitable this improved Last-Square DV-hop Algorithm is for localization in WSN. © 2022 IEEE.

The subject of this paper is passive bistatic synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging with a ground stationary receiver using ICEYE-X2 active SAR micro-satellite as an illuminator of opportunity. During the satellite's flyover with signal transmission turned on, a measurement of the signal reflected from the nearby area was carried out using an antenna located on a hill. The recorded data was processed to confirm the correct data collection and SAR hitchhiking. To achieve this goal, a relatively efficient approximation-based method was used, which is much faster than a time-consuming back-projection algorithm and does not cause significant distortion of the image geometry. This is important for low-cost applications where processing power may be a limitation. After overlaying the SAR image on Google Earth view, it was found that the structures such as river banks, hills, or urban areas are well visible in the results. There are also some smaller objects apparent in the image, such as boat ports on the river or a ship. A possible application of the described approach includes low-cost observation of topography changes in the close-to-receiver area. Passive SAR with a stationary receiver can be used as a supplement to the results of active SAR or as a standalone, undetectable imaging system.
