The internet of Things (IoT) is interconnecting a large number of devices, some of which are constrained in terms of power and computational capability. Currently, batterypowered IoT devices are deployed in large areas, calling for power-efficient and long-range communication technologies. In this context, the Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWAN) are considered key enablers for such IoT systems. LoRaWAN, an LPWAN technology, is one of the dominant candidates for major IoT communication protocols. Unfortunately, LoRaWAN suffers from various security and privacy issues, which may lead to several attacks on a LoRaWAN network targeting data availability, authentication, and confidentiality. In this paper, we present an effective solution to prevent data and system availability attacks at the gateway level, which is considered the weakest link in the LoRaWAN communication system. The proposed solution is intended to make the LoRaWAN communication between end devices and network servers more secure, resilient, and efficient. To ensure data availability while also reinforcing data confidentiality and integrity for LoRaWAN networks, the proposed solution utilizes the Information Dispersal Algorithm (IDA) over GF( 28) with a dynamic key derivation scheme. This solution assumes that several gateways (n) are deployed within a LoRaWAN network. The security and efficiency tests show that the proposed solution exhibits a low overhead in terms of computations, resources, and communication while offering a high degree of availability and confidentiality. Reversible Data Hiding in the Encrypted image (RDHEI) is an important research topic. This paper improves Korivi and Manikandan's RDHEI method. For each block in the encrypted image, the reverse strategy of MSB is adopted to embed the secret information. Thus, each block can embed a bit of confidential information. In addition, we propose a simplified image smoothness formula to increase the efficiency of extracting secret information and recovering the original image. Experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the ability of information retrieval and image restoration.

The pervasive internet of Things (IoT) technology applications take the quality of the service provided to another level. Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is the sensing layer in IoT-based systems that collects data and sends it to a central component. On the other hand, IoT-WNSs have special characteristics in terms of lossy environment and resource-constrained devices. However, the future internet of Things networks are expected to be characterized by large amounts of data being transferred. In such IoT networks, the main issues come from the need for an efficient routing protocol to provide an efficient forwarding mechanism in congestion-based scenarios. Here, the routing protocol for low-power and Lossy networks (RPL) is a standardized routing protocol for IoT-WSNs. With such conditions, RPL could suffer from reliability decreasing, both control overhead and latency increasing. Reinforcement learning provides a methodology by which a system can improve its behavior to select upcoming actions efficiently by learning from previous interactions with the environment. In this paper, a Reinforcement Learning-based load balancing-aware routing scheme will be proposed to build a reliable path for IoT-WSNs. To do so, a multi-metric reward function based on the Received signal Strength Indicator and Buffer Utilization metrics is designed to form the essential part of the next forwarder selection process using the Q-Learning algorithm. According to an evaluation using the Contiki OS / Cooja simulator in terms of control overhead, network latency, and packet delivery ratio, the proposed approach has demonstrated its efficiency against its counterparts.

In this era of rapid development of information technology, more and more industries are beginning to use information systems to improve the efficiency of their own industries. Websites exposed to the internet are also springing up like mushrooms after a rain, showing a trend of prosperity and rapid development. While informatization brings convenience to people, the risk of being attacked is also increasing day by day. In the face of possible threats, most website builders still stick to the traditional model of protection. That is, preparing protective software and passively wait for network attacks to be protected. However, as technology is constantly updated, attack methods are becoming more and more diverse. In the face of endless attack methods, just using protection software to passively protect is no longer able to fully adapt to complex network attack scenarios. This article attempts to perform protection operations from a new angle and compares it with the traditional passive protection mode to provide a new reference for network security protection in all walks of life. © 2024 IEEE.

With the development of 5G and internet of Things, more and more intelligent agricultural products are put into use, such as solar insecticidal lamps, agricultural robots, intelligent irrigation systems. The efficient operation of these intelligent products deployed in farmland depends on the improvement of ridge information. However, in the existing map system, the gap of ridge information has caused great difficulties in laying these nodes. Because it will be an extremely arduous task to use the traditional method to extract the aerial ridge map, so this paper uses the image processing method to extract the ridge information. To solve this problem, We use the edge detection method to extract the ridge. The main steps include image enhancement, image smoothing and edge detection. In this paper, many experiments have been carried out on these three parts, and the best method has been selected. However, because the traditional edge detection operator can not extract the ridge with high precision, this paper optimizes the edge detection results step by step, so as to obtain an algorithm more suitable for ridge extraction and improve the extraction accuracy. At the same time, in view of the large area of cultivated land, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) can not get all the images of cultivated land in the case of improving the definition, so it is necessary to stitch the images. Therefore, this paper mainly expounds the basic principles of image stitching based on feature points and image stitching based on regions, and selects an algorithm suitable for stitching farmland images through experimental verification. Finally, through the research of this paper, the vacancy of ridge information can be made up to some extent, and the workload of manual measurement can be reduced. © 2024 IEEE.

With the development of the internet of Things and computers, the demand for location services continues to increase. Indoor accurate positioning technology has attracted widespread attention. Millimeter wave radar is very suitable for indoor systems because of its low cost, small size, and all-weather characteristics. This paper proposes a human body tracking and identification algorithm (MHA) based on millimeter wave radar. This algorithm has high tracking accuracy and no visual impact. On the basis of millimeter wave radar, it first makes up for the angle measurement accuracy of millimeter wave radar, add a signal processing chain position estimation module, obtain sparse point cloud data and filter it, form a time-related trajectory, and propose an algorithm for accurate target identification. Evaluation and demonstration with various algorithms in various actual environments showed that the median position error of 5 people was 10cm and the recognition accuracy was 95%. © 2024 SPIE.

With the advancement of internet of Things, WiFi signal-based Human Activity Recognition (HAR) has demonstrated great potential in various domains. Existing WiFi-based HAR systems pursue high recognition accuracy, but often struggle in achieving model lightweightness. To address this issue, we jointly consider the spatial-temporal correlations of WiFi channel state information. Our proposed HAR method employs an encoder-only Transformer with ProbSparse attention to extract crucial global features from time-series sensor data. Furthermore, it utilizes a stacked group convolutional structure to further encode local temporal and spatial features, respectively, thereby realizing effective extraction of key spatial and temporal characteristics, as well as fusion of global and local features. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model achieves an exceptional mean average precision exceeding 99.9% for action recognition across two public datasets: NTU-Fi HAR and NTU-Fi Human-ID, outperforming several state-of-the-art models such as ViT, TCN and BiLSTM. Meanwhile, utilizing ProbSparse attention, our model exhibits a significant improvement in training complexity compared to several state-of-the-art models such as ResNet50, vanilla Transformer, ViT and TCN. © 2024 IEEE.

Because of its relevance and complexity in industry, the industrial control terminal collaborative response system is popular among app developers and users, as well as the main target of malevolent criminals. The rapid spread of malware has caused significant harm to users of the industrial control terminal collaborative response system. In this study, we build a model by combining dynamic and static feature detection, compiling test software output information using Fuzz technology, and training with a method that combines dynamic and static interest-based expert recommendation model (DSIERM) algorithm with Bi-LSTM algorithm. Modeling enables specific analysis and classification of test results. based on this, the TaintBench suite and framework are introduced to compensate for the lack of relevant content for static taint analysis of applications in industrial control terminal collaborative response systems and to increase detection efficiency. © 2024 IEEE.

To further enhance the stepless speed regulation performance of electric motors, improve production efficiency, increase safety, and achieve remote control. A design scheme for a three-phase asynchronous motor speed control system based on infrared light communication for remote control has been proposed. Using HT32F1765 as the control core, using the Variable frequency and variable voltage mode of the SPWM wave to realize constant torque speed control and infrared communication transmission transmitting SPWM signal, and realizing the regulating full digital control of the three-phase asynchronous motor stepless speed. First analysis the motor control theory and according to the PFM square wave frequency modulation theory, propose infrared communication mode, and the generation of SPWM wave,the control mode of variable frequency and variable voltage and the waveform of 6 phase processing are analyzed in theory and make the program design. Final, the experiments show the feasibility of the scheme. ©2024 IEEE.

With the popularization of the internet and the widespread application of digital technology, there are more and more digital products that are easy to spread, and at the same time, copyright protection issues are becoming increasingly prominent. Digital watermarking technology has been continuously developed in this context. This system is based on the FPGA platform to embed image watermarks and achieve hardware acceleration processing. Receive the data of the original image and watermark image through the high-speed transmission interface, perform wavelet transform on the original image, embed the watermark image, and then output the synthesized watermark image data through the high-speed transmission interface. This system selects the lifting wavelet transform algorithm as the watermark embedding algorithm to achieve blind watermarking, which has the characteristics of easy hardware implementation, high robustness and security of the watermark. The system has been verified through simulation and physical testing, with correct functionality and reliable performance. © 2023 ACM.
