After the first age of robotics in mechanical processes rapid development of computer science and Internet causes that AI will overwhelm team management in the future. Both, the rapid development of artificial intelligence in business management and the need of an adequate ontology to represent the organizational world has created a significant research gap. As the result of that the research problem should be solved: if it is possible to create a comprehensive, coherent and formalized methodological concept of the management sciences, which will allow to design and implement real artificial management. The aim of the paper is to present the solution to the research problem in its ontological part, and to show the use of such an ontology to replace the human manager with an artificial manager. The paper describes the definition of ontologies and the considerations for their creation in various software applications, presents the results of theoretical and practical research on the creation of a theoretical concept, called the system of organizational terms, which contains an ontology of organizational reality that meets the requirements for the practice of creating ontologies for software and enables the design and implementation of artificial managers.

In recent years, the rapid development of deep neural networks and their application technologies has propelled autonomous driving systems (ADS) towards commercialisation. However, due to the high safety requirements of ADSs, ensuring their safety and reliability remains a critical challenge in softwareengineering. Existing testing methods focus on simple driving scenarios with few traffic participants, neglecting the impact of high traffic density on ADS driving performance. This paper presents an empirical study exploring how traffic density affects ADS behaviour. We developed a testing framework using two open-source ADSs to generate scenarios with varying traffic densities in a high-fidelity simulator. Our results indicate that changes in traffic density significantly affect ADS performance. Different traffic densities reveal various types of safety violations and help identify potential design flaws in ADSs. This study highlights the importance of considering traffic density in ADS testing and contributes to a better understanding of ADS performance under different traffic conditions.

In this study, we present an innovative educational approach and methodological development that uses the Minecraft video game to expand the technical knowledge of young learners, shape their attitudes and introduce them to the specifics of the engineering profession. This method was applied for three children's university summer camps, aiming to enhance the environmental awareness, safety consciousness, and technological interest of young generations. Participants aged 9-17 engaged in game-based learning in a virtual environment, interacting with various technical fields such as sustainable energy sources, the security of buildings and information security. The application of Minecraft contributed to the students' personality development as solving the tasks required creativity, logical thinking, spatial awareness, cooperation and communication. During the camp, students participated in self-awareness sessions and career orientation activities to familiarize themselves with university life and the specifics of the engineering profession. Quantitative and qualitative research methods were used to examine students' work interests, future outlook and career plans. We found that most students are attracted to methodical and innovative work activities and would gladly choose engineering as a career. The methodological innovations presented can also be useful for other technical higher education institutions as the Minecraft game not only aids in mastering technical topics but can also be beneficial in the career orientation of young learners.

Verifying industrial robotic systems is a complex task because those systems are often distributed, heterogeneous, and only defined by their implementation instead of models of the system to be verified. Some solutions mitigate parts of this problem, like robotic middlewares such as the Robotic Operating System (ROS), development paradigms such as component-based softwareengineering, or concrete scientific approaches. However, they all lack the required modeling depth to describe both structure and communication of the system. We introduce a model-driven approach based on Petri nets integrating communication and structural aspects of ROS-based systems. Using a formal modeling language enables verification of the described system and the generation of complete system parts in the form of ROS nodes. This reduces testing effort because the specification of component workflows and interfaces remains formally proven, while only changed implementations have to be revalidated. We evaluate our approach in a case study involving multiple industrial robotic arms and show that the structure of and communication between ROS nodes can be described and verified.
