Project management goals often lead the project to an ideal quality, standing budget and schedule, and achieving customer satisfaction. Project management in municipal infrastructure deals with accompanying the developer (municipal authority), planning management, approving budgets with relevant regulators, viewing, and removing bureaucratic barriers, coordinating stakeholders, and controlling the contractor until project delivery to the *** this paper, we examine the performance of municipal projects and the degree of stakeholder involvement;the analysis focused on 50 municipal infrastructure projects completed in the last two years and carried out in *** used Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to examine the relative efficiency of project implementation. The analysis is according to the projects' success and characteristics and criteria such as schedule overrun, stakeholder involvement, residents' complaints, risks, and uncertainty at the beginning of the project. Preliminary results indicate the contribution of stakeholders, residents and their degree of involvement in the relative efficiency of projects. This article introduces a Multi-Project management Reference Model (GESMULTI,) designed to enhance project management performance. The reference model addresses the challenges associated with managing multiple projects concurrently, while efficiently utilizing shared resources. It provides practical guidelines for achieving effective multi-project management. The GESMULTI Reference Model includes essential management components such as Strategy, Portfolio, Resource, Stakeholder, Time, Risk, Cost, and Quality management. Through the implementation of these components, operational improvements have been achieved, leading to increased efficiency in a real-world application case. One notable success of the model is the significant improvement in compliance with contractual project dates. Several Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as OTD Ex-Works and PAC indicators have demonstrated impressive increases of 34.72% and 35.94%, respectively. Adopting the GESMULTI Reference Model has transformed the company's multi-project management, providing clarity on projects and enhancing strategic alignment. These adaptable guidelines empower organizations to excel in a competitive business environment, enhancing multi-project management capabilities for greater success. © 2024 The Author(s). The integration of data visualization, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) with human knowledge transfer across teams presents significant opportunities for managing the world's largest programs, commonly referred to as megaprojects. According to the Oxford Handbook of Megaproject management, megaprojects are characterized as "large-scale, complex ventures that typically cost $1 billion or more, take many years to develop and build, involve multiple public and private stakeholders, are transformational, and impact millions of people." These projects often function as mega-systems marked by operational uncertainty, behavioral complexity, pluralistic decision-making, and external environmental volatility. Despite the fundamental role of uncertainty management in megaproject leadership, the project management literature offers limited coverage on this topic. Similarly, the visualization of uncertainties has not been extensively analyzed. In response to these gaps, this study introduces a new assessment framework designed to categorize and describe the dimensions of uncertainty in megaprojects. We developed an innovative megaproject uncertainty framework to use as a project assessment and management playbook for megaproject uncertainties. The framework was tested on historical case studies and ongoing megaprojects. This paper will discuss the development, application, and evaluation of the Megaproject Uncertainty Framework.. The use of specific knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to manage, control and track a project to deliver value to the customer is known as Project management (PM). Managers with little to no prior PM experience or training have been known to struggle managing projects, especially those of a high monetary value with their attendant pressures. Given the increasing projectification of work in the modern workplace, projects of various sizes come with an intrinsic risk of failures such as cost overruns and project cancellation. Also, an inability to deliver a project on time and within budget could have serious consequences for the organization and the manager responsible for it. PM training that goes beyond just the tools of PM and focuses on enabling students to view the consequences of their choices as project managers is therefore required. Studies confirm that companies in sectors that produce physical products when developing innovative projects, seek agility by adopting methods and practices from agile project management (APM) theory. The APM, designed by the software industry, recognized the power to bring rapid results to projects performed in environments with high volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, typical of innovative challenge tasks. In this context, studies carried out in the region with a diversified manufacturing park would benefit from understanding how to make its creative projects agile. Besides, this region is a representative sample to confirm the assumption that the combination of administrative aspects and practices can lead to greater agility. The research aims to evaluate the agile practices, the organizational factors, and their contribution to agility performance in the innovation projects of the manufacturing industry. Developed several methods to evaluate the agility in project management, so performed a systematic bibliometrics review was performed. The results analysis involved the use of the quantitative approach. This paper presents an alternative methodology to the traditional Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) by introducing the Dempster-Shafer theory of evidence into project scheduling. The evidence theory provides a flexible and robust framework for managing subjective beliefs, extending beyond PERT's rigid assumptions regarding activity durations and aligning more closely with the inherent uncertainties of real-world project environments. The proposed evidential reasoning approach enhances flexibility in estimating activity durations by leveraging expert judgment rather than relying on fixed probability distributions. Unlike PERT, which strictly assumes a beta distribution and fixed percentages for optimistic, most likely, and pessimistic estimates, this approach enables experts to adjust these percentages dynamically based on real-time project conditions. Through a detailed case study on a bridge construction project, this paper demonstrates the advantages of evidential reasoning in addressing limitations of traditional PERT. A comparative analysis validates the Dempster-Shafer theory's effectiveness, showing improved scheduling outcomes and adaptability. © 2024 IEEE.

Construction is a sector that plays a key role in economies around the world. At the same time, it faces various challenges that affect its efficiency, sustainability and ability to contribute to societal development. Integrated construction management is a key tool for ensuring the successful and sustainable progress of construction projects, not only in terms of finance, but also in terms of environmental and social aspects. This publication explores the application of integrated construction process management (ICPM) as a strategic approach to addressing environmental issues and optimising resource use in the construction industry. The research explores the current state of the art in the levels of integrated project management in construction companies, The study highlights the importance of a holistic and coordinated management framework that integrates different aspects of construction processes. The primary objective of the research was to ascertain the in-formation on methods and practices that contribute to effective resource management. The research analyses the processes and use of integrated project management tools in construction companies, such as integrated communication, integrated management tools and technologies, risk management options and methods, resource optimization, and examines the main challenges, opportunities and observations related to integrated management of the construction project and the company as a whole. The originality of the research lies in defining key innovations that directly contribute to improving competitiveness, solving problems, managing resources, developing society and implementing sustainable project management. In addition to the above, respondents prioritized specific benefits that will help support sustainable project management. Innovation is an essential factor in stimulating economic growth. However, despite the positive effect of innovation, it is often focused on high-income groups, excluding marginalized individuals and groups, possibly worsening inequality as a consequence. In response, the Innovation for Inclusive Development (I4ID) model has been introduced, drawing on the theory of the conventional Innovation Systems (IS) perspective to help the marginalized benefit from innovation. In this article, we use the Event History Analysis (EHA) research method and causal loop diagrams (CLDs) as an analytical approach to explore the dynamics of the Stock Visibility System, which was implemented in 3300 clinics in South Africa. The mining sector remains as the principal in the Peruvian industry;its considerable contribution to GDP, its exploration and integration projects with other sectors;determine its attractiveness.
