The utilization of industrial robots and cameras in industrial manufacturing has become widespread. However, the high cost of industrial 3D cameras, in particular, poses a significant challenge in the selection process. The advancements in RGB-D camera technology, which is significantly involved in the development of robotics and more affordable than industrial 3D cameras, are noteworthy. In this research, the Intel Realsense L515 RGB-D camera and the NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX single board computer were selected for the implementation of an object pose estimation application. The object segmentation algorithm, YOLOv7, was proposed for object detection, which enables the calculation of the X, Y, and Z position of the object. Subsequently, a master and object segmentation point cloud was generated, and a point cloud preprocessing and registration methodology was proposed to determine the R-x, R-y, and R-z angles of the object, utilizing the Open3D library. In addition, an industrial robot interfacing via TCP/IP and serial communication to enable the transformation of the object pose into the robot pose for subsequent transmission is proposed. A web-based application was developed using the Django framework to facilitate RGB-D camera monitoring and parameter setting. The experiments were conducted using a three-way tube with a diameter of 25.4 mm. as the object, resulting in the RMS error in X, Y, Z, R-x, R-y, and R-z are 5.3, 4.3, 4.3 mm., 2.2, 1.4, 2.5 degrees respectively. The maximum error in X, Y, Z, R-x, R-y, and R-z are 15.7, 13.6, 6.5 mm., 4.9, 3.5, 7 degrees respectively.

The difficulty of acquiring computer programming skills is a plausible cause for the elevated attrition rates in computerscience (CS). Music and robotics integrated with computer programming are approaches to engage students in CS by prioritizing personal expression, creativity, and aesthetics. This paper conducts a systematic review of using music and robotics to teach CS concepts to elementary school students. The authors aim to identify the existing problem in the literature to make CS more interactive, accessible, and engaging for students to improve their motivation in enhancing CS concepts and develop creative interpersonal skills. This paper also identifies a mixed-methods study to determine ways to promote CS among elementary school students. The mixed methods describe an adaptation of Blockly, Xylophone, and Dash robots for use in an introductory elementary school-level programming course that will be implemented in an open-access camp at Auburn University where American grades 3-5 will participate in pre-, post-, and follow-up surveys while attending the CS camp. The authors want to demonstrate how music and robotics programming can contribute to STEAM (science, Technology, engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education regarding technology and engineering integration and include existing research studies resulting from the search and review processes. These studies were synthesized according to some common characteristics, including their use of educational robotics, preliminary results, subjects, and potential contributions to STEAM education. A few educational implications of educational robotics are also discussed as possible contributions to technology and engineering education. As a result of this systematic review, using robotics and music in early childhood STEAM education is a promising tool and application for integrating technology and engineering. The study concludes with a summary of the findings on the effectiveness of this approach.

This paper intends to use cloud computing technology combined with multi-source heterogeneous data to study extensive data analysis and modeling methods for dense environments. This paper aims to improve the mining and detection of massive Internet of Things (IoT) big data in the cloud environment. Firstly, relevant statistical characteristics and correlation rules are extracted from massive IoT big data. Secondly, a multi-source heterogeneous network model based on block is proposed. This paper uses a multi-source isomer model to process the collected data, and it proposes a semantic ontology decomposition method for big data in dense IoT scenarios in a cloud environment, and establishes its association rule knowledge base. Meanwhile, the multi-source heterogeneous information transmission mechanism, and then the dense IoT in the cloud environment is analyzed and mined with big data. Experiments show the proposed algorithm performs better anti-jamming when applied in dense IoT environments. This method has better mining accuracy and less time cost.
