In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, especially the development of information technology represented by mobile Internet technology, blockchain technology, and cloud computing, information technology has been widely used in the business field. Therefore, it makes the traditional management mode into a new industrial form. Supply management is currently facing a serious trust problem. Traditional technologies cannot provide effective solutions, and the blockchain for commercial applications can effectively solve the trust problem. it is difficult for scientific researchers to extract strutted knowledge from massive data and clarify the process and complex connections between it. The proposed system collects scientific and technological intelligence via data mining. Then we conduct information extraction, knowledge fusion, and knowledge processing to build Knowledge Graphs of scientific and technological intelligence. Finally, we can realize visualization of scientific and technological intelligence. The knowledge base constructed by the system can help researchers more intuitively understand the history, status, and future of discipline development. It can help researchers better understand the classification of disciplines and deepen their understanding of knowledge. Also, the system can conduct empirical research through citation analysis, bibliographic coupling analysis and other bibliometric methods. Via trend extrapolation, Tri-training and other algorithms, we can predict the trend of the frontier.

Processing-In-Memory (PIM) is an emerging technology that addresses the memory bottleneck of graph processing. In general, analog memristor-based PIM promises high parallelism provided that the underlying matrix-structured crossbar can be fully utilized while digital CMOS-based PIM has a faster single-edge execution but its parallelism can be low. In this paper, we observe that there is no absolute winner between these two representative PIM technologies for graph applications, which often exhibit irregular workloads. To reap the best of both worlds, we introduce a new heterogeneous PIM hardware, called Hetraph, to facilitate energy-efficient graph processing. Hetraph incorporates memristor-based analog computation units (for high-parallelism computing) and CMOS-based digital computation cores (for efficient computing) on the same logic layer of a 3D die-stacked memory device. To maximize the hardware utilization, our software design offers a hardware heterogeneity-aware execution model and a workload offloading mechanism. For performance speedups, such a hardware-software co-design outperforms the state-of-the-art by 7.54 ×(CPU), 1.56 ×(GPU), 4.13× (memristor-based PIM) and 3.05× (CMOS-based PIM), on average. For energy savings, Hetraph reduces the energy consumption by 57.58× (CPU), 19.93× (GPU), 14.02 ×(memristor-based PIM) and 10.48 ×(CMOS-based PIM), on average.

Cyber-physical Systems of Systems (CPSoS) are large complex systems where physical elements interact with and are controlled by a large number of distributed and networked computing elements and human users. A SoS is an integration of a finite number of constituent systems which are independent and operable, and which are networked together for a period of time to achieve a certain higher goal. In order to specify and model such kind of systems, we need develop specification and modeling methods which would be capable to encompass the systems of systems (SoS) specific properties of cyber physical systems. In this paper, we propose a new paradigm for specifying and modeling cyber physical systems based on system-of-systems approach. We propose an approach to support specification and modeling cyber physical systems based on systems of systems engineering by integrating AADL, Modelicalml and other modeling language. On the basis of the hierarchical concept of industrial CPS system, a hierarchical design scheme of industrial CPSoS system based on OPC UA heterogeneous data integration processing is proposed. This paper will also use AADL for modeling CPS on three levels: 1). robot on the unit level;2) workshops of smart factory on the system level 3) intellectual factory on the SOS level. For the physical aspect of cyber physical system, this paper will propose a method to combine modelical, Simulink and AADL model to model a unit robot which can interaction with real environment.

The data volume of large-scale applications in various science, engineering, and business domains has experienced an explosive growth over the past decade, and has gone far beyond the computing capability and storage capacity of any single server. As a viable solution, such data is oftentimes stored in distributed file systems and processed by parallel computing engines, as exemplified by Spark, which has gained increasing popularity over the traditional MapReduce framework due to its fast in-memory processing of streaming data. Spark engines are generally deployed in cloud environments such as Amazon EC2 and Alibaba Cloud. However, storage and computing resources in these cloud environments are typically provisioned on a pay-as-you-go basis and thus an accurate estimate of the execution time of Spark workloads is critical to making full utilization of cloud resources and meeting performance requirements of end users. Our insight is that the execution pattern of many Spark workloads is qualitatively similar, which makes it possible to leverage historical performance data to predict the execution time of a given Spark application. We use the execution information extracted from Spark History Server as training data and develop a stage-aware hierarchical neural network model for performance prediction. Experimental results show that the proposed hierarchical model achieves higher accuracy than a holistic prediction model at the end-to-end level, and also outperforms other existing regression-based prediction methods.

High Voltage Direct Current(HVDC) transmission technology can not only transmit electricity over a long distance, but also help to realize the interconnection of asynchronous power grids and promote the development of power industry. Modular multi-level converters are widely used in HVDC and distribution systems due to their advantages of easy cascade, easy commutation and low harmonics. Firstly, the working principle of Modular Multilevel Converter (MMC) was introduced, and then the shortcomings of full-bridge module and clamp-type double-level module aiming at the self-cleaning measures of DC side faults were analyzed. To obtain the ability of DC fault clearance, a kind of new type MMC was designed with adopting Reverse Blocking Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(RB-IGBT), and the above simulation results are then given. By designing a half-bridge module with RB-IGBT, the use of power electronic components is reduced, and the self-cleaning of DC side faults can be realized effectively. Reverse Blocking Half Bridge Sub-Modules (RB-HBSM) is installed at both ends of the arm. When the fault occurs on the DC side, the RB-HBSM is blocked. When the fault is eliminated, the DC voltage can be quickly restored by unlocking the sub-module.

Resistive random access memory (ReRAM) addresses the high memory bandwidth requirement challenge of graph analytics by integrating the computing logic in the memory. Due to the matrix-structured crossbar architecture, existing ReRAM-based accelerators, when handling real-world graphs that often have the skewed degree distribution, suffer from the severe sparsity problem arising from zero fillings and activation nondeterminism, incurring substantial ineffectual *** this paper, we observe that the sparsity sources lie in the consecutive mapping of source and destination vertex index onto the wordline and bitline of a crossbar. Although exhaustive graph reordering improves the sparsity-induced inefficiency, its totally-random (source and destination) vertex mapping leads to expensive overheads. This work exploits the insight in a mid-point vertex mapping with the random wordlines and consecutive bitlines. A cost-effective preprocessing is proposed to exploit the insight by rapidly exploring the crossbar-fit vertex reorderings but ignores the sparsity arising from activation dynamics. We present a novel ReRAM-based graph analytics accelerator, named Spara, which can maximize the workload density of crossbars dynamically by using a tightly-coupled bank parallel architecture further proposed. Results on real-world and synthesized graphs show that Spara outperforms GraphR and GraphSAR by 8.21 × and 5.01 × in terms of performance, and by 8.97 × and 5.68× in terms of energy savings (on average), while incurring a reasonable (

Scenario test for advanced driver assistance systems function based on V2X technology is the most important step before any application to be put into practise. Lots of advantage V2X applications were intended on warning the threaten from blind spot of driver which are much more strict than the other function based on cameras or microwave radars always. Because of the high safety risk induced by drivers and vehicles, it has to avoid these scenarios with only software test or even vote of experience. To test the original design fully, this work offered a method which was integrated by cooperative navigation and wireless communication technology. By using the structure of cooperative system, the Kalman Filter was selected for the estimator for tracking the moving target and a novel virtual-real interaction concept was suggested for high speed, high accuracy and high risk test scenario. The designed system can play as a vehicle of a crowed of vehicles to accompany with the test vehicle, so not only the wireless network can be offered, but also the motion simulation. Each part in the system was detailed by mathematical model. Compare to other test methods, the suggested method has advantage in low risk, high accuracy and high efficiency. And the relative navigation keeps a desire distance between the scenario design and real time information.

With the major development of sensor technologies and advancements of communication network infrastructures, there is a growing interest to add more intelligence in the e-health monitoring for facilitating an effective healthcare system. While IoT devices are capable of continuous health-parameter sensing and providing notifications to the user, an effective business process management (BPM) facilitates effective system integration and data processing workflow. This paper proposes an efficient framework for managing emergency situations (specifically, health-related) through the analysis of heterogeneous data sources. The proposed framework, named CLAWER (CLoud-Fog bAsed Workflow for Emergency seRvice) aims to bridge the gap between process management and data analytics by providing an automated workflow for personalized health-monitoring and efficient recommendation system. Here, the IoT devices are used for collecting the movement and health data. The smart phone can act as an edge device to acquire data with user movement information. The accumulated data is initially processed inside the fog device, and finally the analysis and recommendations are generated by the cloud. In this paper the indoor health-status of the users are analysed in small cell cloud enhanced eNode B, which is used as fog device. The generated recommendations are stored in the fog device to provide the recommendations to the users with low latency and in timely manner. The experimental analysis of CLAWER yields better precision and recall values than the existing methods.

Recent research in machine learning has led to significant progress in various research fields. Especially, the knowledge discovery using this method in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been becoming a hot topic. In this paper, we studied on the herb compatibility rule of insomnia using some machine learning approaches. We have extracted insomnia data set with 807 samples from the real-world Electronic Medical Records (EMRs). After cleaning and selecting the theme data referring to the prescriptions and their herbs, we constructed the herb network analysis model using the theory of complex network. In order to explore the hidden relationships among the herbs, we trained each herb node in network to obtain the herb embeddings using the Skip-Gram model in word embedding theory. After acquiring the vocabulary of herbs with the formation of vectors, we calculated the similarity among any two herb embeddings, and clustered these herb embeddings into seven communities using the Spectral Clustering (SC) algorithm. The experimental results shed light on that the methodologies used in this paper can objectively and effectively discover the relationships among herbs, and reveal the herb compatibility and herb clusters for clinical treatment research of insomnia.
