Feature matching is a critical step in a variety of vision-based applications. However, it is difficult to customize a general method due to complicated image transformations. In this paper, we formulate feature matching into a mathematical problem, which is simple and does not rely on any specific model. Specifically, we construct an objective function based on two constraints (i.e., geometric constraint and consistency constraint). Different from the previous work, we exploit the interaction of these two constraints to reject outliers. Besides, we adopt an iterative strategy to boost the number of inliers. To accelerate the matching process, we use the parallel computing to obtain the information of K nearest neighbors for each feature point. Experimental results on ten image pairs (undergo different image transformations) compared with other state-of-the-arts demonstrate our superiority both in accuracy and efficiency.

business process management is concerned with the design execution, improvement, and monitoring of business processes. Systems that support the enactment and execution of processes have extensively been used by companies to streamline and automate intra-organizational processes. However, today's business enterprises must deal with global competition, heterogeneity, and rapidly develop new services and products. To address these requirements, the services reuse-based approach allowed enterprises to reconsider and optimize the way they do business, and change their information systems and applications to support collaborative business processes. Service choreographies support the reuse-based service-oriented philosophy in that they represent a powerful and flexible approach to realize systems by (possibly) reusing services and composing them in a fully distributed way. Nevertheless, for inter-organizational processes, challenges of collaborative design and lack of mutual trust have hampered a broader uptake. In this paper, we show an early stage approach to address the problem of trust in services choreography by using Blockchain technologies, in order to support the decentralized and peer-to-peer collaboration in a trustworthy manner, even in a network without any mutual trust between nodes.

This article presents a new methodology using distributed algorithms to identify and prevent errors in production and service. A sequential production/service line is selected to challenge the analysis, and reveal if the distributed algorithms can outperform centralized algorithms in automating error prevention. Agent-based error prevention algorithms (AEPAs) are developed for distributed agents to identify and prevent errors with decision rules. Analytical studies and simulation experiments are conducted to compare AEPAs with traditional centralized error prediction and detection algorithms. The results show that the AEPAs employing nominal and optimistic rules perform better than the centralized algorithms in terms of preventability and reliability. Collaboration among agents improves AEPAs' performance. It is recommended to prevent errors by two agents simultaneously executing the AEPA employing the integrated nominal rule.
