As a cloud platform, massive data storage is a key technology. In the research, we mainly studied how to build a MPI cloud platform that supports massive data storage, and implement a distributed cluster constructed by MySQL. This paper introduces the feature of MPI cloud platform, how to build the cloud platform database and the implementation of related SQL operations on the database. The scientific planning and reasonable layout of the community library has important practical significance for the realization of the nationwide reading. From the point of view of quantitative analysis, we propose community library location model based on the subsection utility function, which not only takes the traffic factors into account, but also considers the environmental factors. We obtain exact solution of the problem with LINGO software, and discuss the relationship between the number of constraints and the value of the objective function, as well as the coverage radius. Mobile shopping is defined as "the use of the wireless Internet service for shopping activities via a mobile device." Based on TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and CRT (Cognitive Resource Theory), this study investigated how time pressure influenced consumers' mobile shopping intention. It was found that (1) time pressure positively affects mobile shopping intention, (2) access convenience, search convenience and transaction convenience mediates the influence of time pressure on mobile shopping intention, (3) the mediating effect of post-purchase convenience on the relationship between time pressure and mobile shopping intention is not significant. Several theoretical and managerial implications are derived from these findings.

Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) are widely used in dimension reduction, feature extraction, low-rank matrix approximation and so on. In large-scale applications, a common alternative is to use cluster which have multiple nodes and multiple cores to accelerate the time of solving problem. Most of the existing distributed PCA algorithm focus on reducing the communication, and there is little attention to the frequent waiting phenomenon caused by the synchronization mechanism. Meanwhile, most of these works are based on either the distributed memory of the processes-level parallelism or the shared memory of threads-level parallelism. In this paper, we propose a fast distributed PCA algorithm with variance reduced, which based on stochastic sampling and Stale Synchronous Parallel. Our algorithm contains the processes-level and threads-level parallelism. Experiments on the "Tianhe-2" super computer demonstrate that our algorithm has a good performance, speedup, and scalability.

In order to improve the anti-submarine warfare capability, an anti-submarine UUV swarm system based on distributed operation theory is proposed. This paper describes the basic concept of the distributed operation theory and the anti-submarine operational mode of the UUV swarm, designs the system architecture, basic composition and control structure of the UUV swarm, and finally describes the operational workflow of the UUV swarm in detail. The proposed system integrates artificial intelligence technology, distributed operation concept and swarm tactics, which can effectively promote the diversification of the underwater battlefield awareness and the systematization of anti-submarine warfare so as to improve the naval cooperative anti-submarine warfare effectiveness and undersea control capability.
