Ant colony optimization algorithm is a typical meta-heuristic algorithm, which is widely used in various combinatorial optimization problems, but its high space complexity, which has become one of the main constraints affecting the application of ACO algorithm. The pheromone matrix is one of the major storage overheads. This paper based on the analysis of typical ant colony optimization algorithms, it is observed that the pheromone matrix of ACS has very strong sparseness. Therefore, SACS is proposed, whose pheromone matrix uses triplet sparse storage. In order to solve the problem of how to deal with the number of items of the initial allocated pheromone triplet and the new non-default pheromone update, this paper proposed the method based on the small fixed storage space with different replacement policies, those are, SACS-Max, SACS-Min, SACS-Rand. Many experiments show that this method basically eliminating the storage bottleneck of the pheromone matrix.

We use the Multiple-Relaxation-Time Lattice Boltzmann model to simulate the flow field and particle motion in a 2D porous media configured with various fiber cross-section shapes. Four sets of experiments are conducted to investigate the particle interception efficiency of four fiber structures with the same porosity. We find that: (1) with the same porosity, the filtration efficiency of hexagonal fibers is higher than that of fibers in other tested shapes; (2) sparse structures as shown in the ellipse and rectangular cases yield low filtration efficiencies even with a low porosity number.

The well-known Dark Channel Prior (DCP) dehazing algorithm does not work well in the sky area, thus, we propose an image dehazing method for segmented sky regions based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). First, we apply PSO to the Otsu segmentation method to accurately segment sky and non-sky regions in the hazy image. Second, the transmission of non-sky regions is derived by DCP. A transmission compensation method is proposed to obtain the transmission for the sky regions. The transmission is then refined by gradient-domain guided filtering. Finally, the restored haze-free image is obtained through the Atmospheric Scattering Model (ASM). Quantitative and qualitative experiments show that the proposed method has a better dehazing effect, especially for hazy images with the sky areas.

The digitization process in the medical field continues to advance in depth and gradually enters the stage of smart medical treatment. Starting from the construction of the medical big data of health platform, this paper aims at the current problems of massive medical heterogeneous data resources and sharing, the difficulty of effective fusion of multi-source heterogeneous information in intelligent health services, and the real-time early warning of diseases, combined with the necessity of Hadoop platform and clinical medical data sharing, the HDFS distributed file system is used to manage metadata to improve the efficiency of integrated management of massive data; the data sharing mode of HBase is adopted to improve the degree of data sharing, with the HBase engine, Hive engine, SQLServer engine, etc., to meet the intelligence of different business data between heterogeneous, establish a data center with storage and management of patient health records and disease early warning as the core, and propose a big data management platform based on Hadoop to promote the scientific, professional, digital and refined operation and management of hospitals.

Video analytics services are extensively employed in various real-time applications, including crime monitoring, business intelligence, and traffic flow control. These applications typically depend on cloud data centers to aggregate video stream tasks using Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). However, the conventional approach of employing limited-term leased virtual machines (VMs) often leads to leads to high costs and idle time. Serverless computing or Function as a Service (FaaS) offers a more adaptable, pay-as-you-go solution but at a higher price, introducing latency challenges. Edge servers can reduce latency and costs, but limited physical resources affect accuracy. Opting for high-quality analytic services with better frame rates and resolutions can maintain accuracy but may not control costs. Therefore, the key challenge in video analytics is choosing the right configuration and computing methods for high accuracy, low cost, and low latency in edge, IaaS and FaaS environments. To address the challenge, we consider a scenario where the video analytics task is offloaded by combining the above three placements (i.e., VM, serverless, and edge node) to optimize the cost and latency while keeping the accuracy. The optimization problem can be formulated as an Integer Programming (IP) problem of which the NP-hardness is proved. To further deal with it, we propose an efficient online algorithm, which can optimize cost and latency using the Lyapunov optimization analysis while ensuring accuracy over long periods. Finally, the multi-angle simulation experiment results show that OCPA can effectively reduce the cost and delay compared with the benchmarks. At the same time, the achieved accuracy is close to the set long-term time-averaged value. © 2023 IEEE.

The primary problem solved in rotating machinery fault diagnosis is how to effectively extract fault features from the vibration signals with noise. To extract fault features accurately, this study proposes a multi-scale parallel convolutional neural network fault recognition algorithm, which can carry out feature fusion. The above method combines empirical feature extraction (e.g., fast Fourier transform) to enrich feature information, which can effectively implement deep learning. The effectiveness and reliability of the method are verified through example studies on JNU, SEU and PU rolling bearing experimental data sets. The algorithm has the higher classification capability and diagnostic accuracy compared with four common deep learning algorithms.

A variety of issues, including classification, link prediction, and graph clustering, have been solved using graph neural network (GNN), an efficient method for handling non-Euclidean structural data. Another effective and reliable mathematical tool for classification and regression applications is support vector machine (SVM). We hope that this paper will help readers gain a better knowledge of the latest developments in graph neural networks and how they are used in a variety of fields. We also describe current research on using support vector machines for prediction and classification problems. Following that, a comparison between SVM and GNN is made, and the results are discussed.

Aiming at the lack of multi-fragment collision detection for complex targets in damage assessment simulation, a technical solution is proposed to use open source scene graphics OSG and Bullet physics engine to combine distributed computing to solve collision detection of different fragments. A self-developed bounding box technology is proposed to construct the bounding box of multi-fragment damage elements, and the axial bounding box technology is selected to construct the bounding box of complex targets. Based on the traditional collision algorithm, a collision detection algorithm relying on distributed computing is proposed, which realizes the collision detection between tens of thousands of fragments and the target, and visualizes the damage effect after the fragments collide with the target. The simulation results show that the optimized solution can successfully achieve the target collision detection and damage assessment under the action of multiple fragments, which effectively improves the calculation efficiency and has a good rendering effect.

In order to clarify the current situation of rural revitalization assisted by farmers' cooperatives, dig out the research hotspot of rural revitalization assisted by farmers' cooperatives, and explore the trend of rural revitalization assisted by farmers' cooperatives, the paper carries out visual analysis of the literature in this field, in order to provide reference for further research. CiteSpacevisualization software was used to analyze the literatures collected by CNKI from 2000 to 2022. The results showed that the authors showed the characteristics of “large dispersion and smallconcentration”. The research strength of “cooperatives and rural revitalization” is not evenly distributed, and the overall trend is biased towards the central and southern regions of China. The backbone of research is mainly research institutes and universities, and the degree of cooperation between institutions needs to be improved. Through the keywords co-occurrence network visualization map, four research hotspots are obtained, namely, rural revitalization, farmer cooperatives, rural finance, agricultural and rural modernization. Industrial integration and industrial poverty alleviation have become new emerging directions.

The optimal design of FIR filter is very important, and using artificial bee colony algorithm can optimize fir parameters, but it also has the disadvantages of slow convergence speed and easy to fall into local optimum. Therefore, an improved artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed in the paper, which introduced the random disturbance term of chi-square distribution and convergence operator. The improved algorithm is applied to the parameter optimization design of low-pass and band-pass FIR filters, and the design effect is remarkable, especially the filter has small ripple in the passband and stopband, flat amplitude, and good attenuation characteristics.
