Aiming at the increasing data transmission and computation-intensive analysis and decision-making in the construction of the distribution Internet of Things, an Internet of Things system in the distribution station area based on the distributed SDN architecture is constructed. Including distributed control module, data exchange module and adaptive access of IoT devices, different types of IoT devices can be associated with heterogeneous access points, and exchange information with switches by coordinating multiple controllers. In this paper, the controller transforms the mobile device management and access point assignment problem into a joint optimization problem and solves it using adaptive time windows as a tool. Finally, a deep reinforcement learning traffic scheduling algorithm is used to optimize the capacity of the access point and reduce the delay of data transmission. The simulation results show that the method can find the best access point within the tolerable delay time, realize the interconnection technology of the IoT gateway in the distribution station area, and ensure the stable operation of the business in the distribution station area. © 2022 IEEE.

The recent commercial release of persistent main memory by Intel has sparked intense interest in recoverable concurrent objects. Such objects maintain state in persistent memory, and can be recovered directly following a system-wide crash failure, as opposed to being painstakingly rebuilt using recovery state saved in slower secondary storage. Specifying and implementing recoverable objects is technically challenging on current generation hardware precisely because the top layers of the memory hierarchy (CPU registers and cache) remain volatile, which causes application threads to lose critical execution state during a failure. For example, a thread that completes an operation on a shared object and then crashes may have difficulty determining whether this operation took effect, and if so, what response it returned. Friedman, Herlihy, Marathe, and Petrank (DISC’17) recently proposed that this difficulty can be alleviated by making the recoverable objects detectable, meaning that during recovery, they can resolve the status of an operation that was interrupted by a failure. In this paper, we formalize this important concept using a detectable sequential specification (DSS), which augments an object’s interface with auxiliary methods that threads use to first declare their need for detectability, and then perform detection if needed after a failure. Our contribution is closely related to the nesting-safe recoverable linearizability (NRL) framework of Attiya, Ben-Baruch, and Hendler (PODC’18), which follows an orthogonal approach based on ordinary sequential specifications combined with a novel correctness condition. Compared to NRL, our DSS-based approach is more portable across different models of distributed computation, compatible with several existing linearizability-like correctness conditions, less reliant on assumptions regarding the system, and more flexible in the sense that it allows applications to request detectability on demand. The degree of development of today's country is no longer simply judged by the speed of economic growth. Environmental protection issues have begun to attract social attention. To achieve economic growth and coordinated development of environmental protection is the real growth. This paper divides 34 cities in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) into eastern, central and western regions, selects economic growth data and environmental protection data for 2017 to analyze the economic development and environmental protection status of different regions, and at the same time Select representative cities in the region, collect relevant development data of the city for nearly 10 years, build a regression model of economic development, and study the relationship between economic development and environmental protection. Code reuse is widespread in software development for various CPU architectures. It can cause many problems, such as software plagiarism and known vulnerabilities. To tackle these problems, we propose CrossDiff, a cross-architecture binary function searching system. We aim to find similar functions in binaries belonging to different architectures such as x86, ARM, MIPS, and PowerPC. The system has four phases. The pre-processing phase lifts the binaries into LLVM IR codes and optimizes the codes to reduce the impacts of different architectures and other factors. Secondly, it extracts Bytehash, Simhash, and other function semantic features. Then it uses Bytehash to find equal function matches, Simhash to find similar function candidates and semantic features for precise comparison. Finally, it optimizes the result leveraging the structural information in the disassembly code. Results show that CrossDiff is efficient and scalable with high accuracy.

Higher vocational students mainly start up service businesses in line of retail, educational service, and so on. These businesses require small and micro entrepreneurial ability. According to the concept of potentiality-transformation-strength-environment, this paper classifies the factors that influence small and micro entrepreneurial ability into entrepreneurship potentiality factor, entrepreneurship accumulation factor and entrepreneurship environment factor. Through empirical research, it verifies the scientificity and rationality of the division of these factors, and gives the weight to corresponding dimensions and indicators, from which we can find out what influences small and micro entrepreneurship greatly.

The prediction of the time-series data stream in AIOps is an important research field of data mining. However, due to the non-stationary and non-linear characteristics of time series data, many existing methods cannot comprehensively solve the accuracy and reduce time consumption. To solve this problem, we propose a new MWNN (Memory Wavelet Neural Network) algorithm. It can effectively overcome the contradiction between accuracy and time consumption. In MWNN, we designed a new hidden layer structure. By adding a new memory storage unit to the hidden layer, it can be ensured that the hidden layer can make the best use of historical data and greatly improve the prediction accuracy. Moreover, the model does not require any prior information or data distribution assumptions. This paper selects real Ops data for verification. The final experimental results show that, compared with the commonly used prediction models, this model has the highest prediction accuracy and lower time consumption. GPU communication plays a critical role in performance and scalability of multi-GPU accelerated applications. With the ever increasing methods and types of communication, it is often hard for the programmer to know the exact amount and type of communication taking place in an application. Though there are prior works that detect communication in distributed systems for MPI and multi-threaded applications on shared memory systems, to our knowledge, none of these works identify intra-node GPU communication. We propose a tool, ComScribe that identifies and categorizes types of communication among all GPU-GPU and CPU-GPU pairs in a node. Built on top of NVIDIA’s profiler nvprof, ComScribe visualizes data movement as a communication matrix or bar-chart for explicit communication primitives, Unified Memory operations, and Zero-copy Memory transfers. To validate our tool on 16 GPUs, we present communication patterns of 8 micro- and 3 macro-benchmarks from NVIDIA, Comm|Scope, and MGBench benchmark suites. To demonstrate tool’s capabilities in real-life applications, we also present insightful communication matrices of two deep neural network models. All in all, ComScribe can guide the programmer in identifying which groups of GPUs communicate in what volume by using which primitives. Smart Grid is distributed through grid computing programs that focus on the efficient operation of power systems in applications to be used in conjunction with. Involvement in SGS techniques involves threats such as power outages, energy theft, customer privacy behavior, threats to operators' security, etc., therefore, requires serious criticism. Designed to prevent the collapse of potential threats or security issues in existing systems, smart grid systems Analytical security assessment is based on framework-matter. Based on the power overflow phase, the properties of the communication network, and the integration coincidence equation, the Markov decision process (MDP) is used to measure smart grid security. The safety code provided for example appears to be a novel solution to the simultaneous power emergency review and can be defended by taking corrective action to resolve the hole-size sound grid product critical level. The goal of the proposed task is to expand the wide area surveillance system (W AMS) to provide security hole size counterfeit science fiction, and we hope to be able to build a security indicator to suit the W AMS at the top of the case. W AMP AC makes full use of measurement design and models in the cyber-physics system, as well as descriptive case studies based on the detection and mitigation of anomalies in attack and implementation of flexibility algorithms.

Human-machine dialogue is one of the most challenging tasks in the field of natural language processing, and it is also the basis for the realization of a human-machine inclusive society in the future. At present, the generative dialogue model based on deep learning is prone to generate general responses with single content and no meaningful information, and the existing research considers emotional factors relatively little. Aiming at the shortcomings of existing methods, an emotional dialogue generation model based on Transformer and conditional variational autoencoder(CVAE) is proposed, which is intended to improve the diversity of response information and embed emotional factors in the generated response. This model uses Transformer to extract the semantic features of the text sequence to improve the utilization of the semantic information of the text sequence. To increase the diversity of the response information, the latent variable of the conditional variational self-encoder is introduced into the decoder. In addition, in order to enhance the empathy ability of the model, an emotion perception encoder is used to encode user emotion information, and a pre-trained emotion classification model based on BERT is proposed to detect the emotion information implicit in the utterance. Experiments have shown that the proposed model has a stronger generation ability, more diverse information to generate responses, and a stronger empathy ability.

Several research has been conducted on social media application's acceptance, but factors that impact educational purposes are completely ignored in this research. Therefore, the research has been conducted with the purpose of developing a conceptual model, which is derived from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The subjective norm of the study is to find out social media's acceptance in education by students. To find out the exact conclusion, the research follows the questionnaire survey method in which 310 questionnaires were distributed to the students of the United Arab Emirates' well-reputed university. In this questionnaire survey, two famous approaches were used to examine the collected data that is the partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and Machine Learning approach (ML). From the above-stated study, it has been observed that perceived usefulness, subjective norms, and perceived ease of use are proven to be significant measures of student's intention that motivates them to use social media networks for their educational purpose. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
