Blockchain is one of the most promising technologies which supports the concepts of decentralization and provides secure solutions across the fields. However, implementing reliable and efficient security and data consistency in real-time, high-risk domains is still an active research issue due to the ever-growing number of cyber threats and complex characteristics of large-scale distributed systems. Some of the problems that are prevalent in current blockchain environment include; fault tolerance, scalability and anomaly detection. Encouraged by these gaps, this research presents PhyBb-WBS: Physics-Infused Framework for Enhancing Decentralized Security and Data Credibility of Blockchain-Based distributed Apps. This framework implements the Fault Tolerant Consensus via Weighted Byzantine Strategy to achieve resilient and robust consensus, the Physics Infused Deep Neural Networks for anomaly detection and the Multimodal Bowerbird Optimization for dynamic parameters optimization providing a security solution robust in the face of such challenges. Specifically, the principal goal is the development of a reliable and, at the same time, practically oriented blockchain structure capable of meeting real-time requirements for data protection and storage. Originally, the framework is tailored for the applications like energy trading and transactions that require high quality of network. Performance evaluations demonstrate significant advancements, achieving over 99.8% anomaly detection accuracy and fault tolerance rates surpassing 99.5%. Additionally, it enhances throughput by 99.25% compared to traditional optimization methods. In conclusion, this paper presents the PhyBb-WBS framework that helps to improve the security and viability of blockchain. Solving important problems by leveraging sophisticated consensus protocols, effective anomaly detection, and adaptive optimization, this research proposes a significant advancement in utilizing decentralized systems in high-stake

For real-time systems we need time-predictable processors. This paper presents a method cache as a time-predictable solution for instruction caching. The method cache caches whole methods (or functions) and simplifies worst-case execution time analysis. We have integrated the method cache in the time-predictable processor Patmos. We evaluate the method cache with a large set of embedded benchmarks. Most benchmarks show a good hit rate for a method cache size in the range between 4 and 16 KB.

real-time databases are different from conventional databases in that they have timing constraints on data and on transactions upon the data. The timing constraints of data require that the current status of the real world must be close enough to the state represented by the contents of the database. The timing constraints of transactions are typically expressed in the form of deadline which indicates a certain time in the future by which a transaction must be completed. Conventional data models can not be directly applied to describe the conceptual data model of a real-time database, since there is no mechanism to deal with the representation of timing constraints. A real-time data model should simultaneously satisfy many goals. It should clearly and concisely provide support for specifying timing constraints on data and transactions, semantics of real-time data and real-time transactions, concurrency control mechanisms, and transactions scheduling policies to meet the timing constraints defined by the real-time applications. This paper presents a real-time object-oriented data model and its use in designing real-time extensions to the DB4O database management system. This data model supports expression of time-constrained data, time-constrained transactions, concurrency control mechanisms, and transactions scheduling policies. It also can be integrated easily in existing object-oriented method and permits automatic code generation of all the real-time code of an application.

object-oriented programming languages are extensively used in real-time systems. When calculating the worst case execution time for object-oriented programs one needs flow information, such as loop bounds and information on infeasible paths. In most cases, the programmer is expected to supply these as manual annotations. This paper presents a prototype tool which calculates this information automatically for realtimeTalk (RTT) programs. RTT is a real-time version of the object-oriented language Smalltalk. We also show the analysis of a number of example programs.

Active diagnosis aims at significantly improving system reliability by computing diagnostic information at run-time for fault isolation and online error recovery. The presented work extends semantic techniques, usually used in large-scale IT systems, for active diagnosis in open embedded real time systems. Open embedded systems (e.g., ambient assisted living for elderly care, critical infrastructures, health management and medical systems) exhibit real-time and reliability requirements, while the constituent components are unknown at design time. time-triggered diagnostic inference supports the incremental generation of symptoms, which result from the temporal and spatial decomposition of the diagnostic analysis process. The methods and algorithms are prototypically implemented, as well as experimentally evaluated. The paper demonstrates that dynamic semantic web services in combination with time-triggered scheduling techniques are suitable to enable active diagnosis in open embedded systems with reliability and real-time requirements.

The distributed time-triggered simulation scheme: Core principles and supporting execution engine

distributed real-time simulation is a young technology field but its practice is under increasing demands. In recent years the author and his collaborators have been establishing a new approach called the distributed time-triggered simulation (DTS) scheme which is conceptually simple and easy to use but widely applicable. The concept was initiated in the course of developing a new-generation object-oriented real-time programming scheme called the time-triggered message-triggered object (TMO) programming scheme. Some fundamental issues inherent in distributed real-time simulation that were learned during recent experimental studies are discussed along with some approaches for resolving the issues. An execution engine developed to support both the TMOs engaged in control computation and the TMOs engaged in DTS is also discussed along with its possible extensions that will enable significantly larger-scale DTSs.
