This study presents the meticulous construction of a robust experimental system framework based on a hybrid blockchain network, designed to meet the experimental needs of federated learning research. The framework leverages TensorFlow Federated (TFF) to facilitate the optimization and substitution of federated learning aggregation algorithms and the development of reputation and contribution systems. The hybrid blockchain network architecture within this framework combines the advantages of public and private blockchains, capable of processing public transactions and managing private data. An innovative data encryption and access control mechanism has been implemented, ensuring data privacy and security. Performance optimizations, including the acceleration of block production speed and database query optimization, have been carried out to enhance system efficiency. This article provides a comprehensive deployment of the framework and an analysis of its components, offering a foundation for further research. Macular diseases are the main cause of legal blindness worldwide. The macula is a small zone of the retina responsible for central vision. The elderly are the most impacted, though anyone is susceptible. However, the efficacy of the new treatments is still unclear. Clinicians depend on their experience and knowledge to treat the patients with the best medication. Consequently, many resources are wasted, and the patient's vision may get worse. In addition, many of them do not have proper software tools that help them manage and analyze their population of patients. To fight the lack of knowledge, it is essential to get a great amount of data efficiently, which implies using a well-defined Information System (IS). With this knowledge, creating profile patients and personalizing treatments would be possible. In this work, we present AGC-MAC, a Conceptual Model-based platform that overcomes these challenges and provides a user-friendly tool for managing and analyzing patients who suffer from retina-macula diseases.

The Periodic Table of Elements (PTE) is a manifestation of the periodic system of elements, containing a large number of physical and chemical laws of elements, which can be used to PTE and guide the design of compounds. However, the existing softwaresystems for PTE generally lack intelligent characteristics and require familiarity with element properties and relationships in order to effectively utilize them. We design Structure-Function-Behavior-based Agent (FBS-Agent) model for chemical element in this article. The intelligent PTE software system was implemented based on FBS-Agent, which can conveniently retrieval the atomic structure, chemical properties, and physical properties of different elements in the periodic system of elements. On the basis of the periodic law of elements, the software system adopts artificial intelligence and chemical big data to achieve the retrieval, comparison, and analysis of different properties of elements and element groups; By utilizing the compound knowledge and rules of known elements, the software system can intelligently recommend and discover potential compound information. The intelligent retrieval and automatic recommendation functions of this system are active attempts of AI4R (Artificial Intelligence for Research) in exploration of chemical mechanisms. The design of the software system has important teaching and guidance significance for learning, mastering, and utilizing the properties of chemical elements, which will further promote the interdisciplinary integration of ChemAI (Chemistry and Artificial Intelligence).
