However, as these products grow more complex, the areas requiring regression testing expand, increasing testing costs and often compromising release speed. This paper proposes a methodology to achieve both rapid release velocity and high reliability by optimizing the regression test suite through defect severity analysis. Furthermore, a test architecture is proposed to balance unit, integration, and system testing. This approach reduces regression testing costs, shortens testing duration, and accelerates release cycles.

This study explores the core technology behind many contemporary virtual singers, specifically AI singing technology, from the perspective of the Xiaoice framework. The paper compares AI singing with human singing in terms of resonance, breathing, head-chest voice transition, and articulation. Using Praat software, the study analyzes pitch, timbre, and transitions between vowels and consonants. The results reveal significant differences between AI and human singing in terms of pitch processing and articulation, which in turn affect the emotional expression and performance of songs. While certain features of AI singing are difficult for the human ear to distinguish, other features are easily identifiable. The study concludes that AI singing technology needs further refinement to surpass the expressive capabilities of the human voice. Additionally, the paper discusses the future prospects of AI singing technology, emphasizing that AI with singing capabilities, unlike AI that merely provides knowledge storage, is less likely to become obsolete and has considerable potential for development.

This article describes a new suite of simulation plugins for the Gazebo 3D simulator to facilitate realistic simulation of time-varying 3D wind fields and gusts. The plugins integrate with ROS and Pixhawk PX4 software-In-The-Loop (SITL) firmware to aid in the development of robust UAS control systems. Our approach features two main components: (1) real-time plugins for simulating environmental and sensed versions of complex, spatially varying wind velocity fields, using a Fourier-based compression of large CFD datasets, and (2) real-time plugins for modeling environmental and sensed versions of short-duration windblasts. By building on opensource Gazebo and ROS software, the developed framework provides high-accuracy physics simulation with support for multiple vehicles, fostering improved flight controller design and testing in cluttered or challenging atmospheric conditions.

As an important branch in the field of computer vision, object detection plays an increasingly important role in fields such as autonomous driving, security monitoring, and medical image analysis. YOLOv7, as one of the current advanced object detection models, has received extensive attention due to its characteristics of high efficiency and accuracy. However, when YOLOv7 is adapted to the MindSpore framework, there are performance bottlenecks. Aiming at the real-time object detection requirements of edge devices, this paper proposes an improved YOLOv7 model based on the MindSpore framework. By staticizing the shape of dynamic tensors, reconstructing the backbone network with Depthwise Separable Convolution, and fusing the hybrid attention mechanism, the inference efficiency of the model on the Ascend chip is optimized. Experiments show that the mAP@0.5 of the improved model on the COCO dataset is increased by 3.2%, the inference speed reaches 142 FPS (an increase of 23% compared with the original model), and the number of parameters is reduced by 28%. This research contributes to the development of efficient object detection within the MindSpore ecosystem.

UGVs have enormous potential in industries such as defense, agriculture, and autonomous transportation. Efficiency and effectiveness can be achieved by UGVs through the sophistication of their control systems, mainly with regard to navigation and decision-making. In this study, a new IoT -based smart direction control system is proposed for UGVs. The system presented herein integrates state-of-the-art sensor fusion techniques against the backdrop of a robust and adaptive communication framework for enhanced navigation accuracy and reduced latency, with the overall goal of improving system efficiency. Equipped with GPS, IMU, and LiDAR sensors, our system provides accurate environmental perception and real-time adaptability to various terrains. The heart of this device is a high-performance, military-grade microcontroller, which ensures the reliability and handling of numerous data streams simultaneously with minimal latency. On the software side, modular design makes use of edge computing and machine learning algorithms to facilitate adaptive control and real-time decision-making. The performance was verified by rigorous testing in simulated environments and real-world field trials. The results show an improvement in the navigation accuracy and system responsiveness compared to previous solutions. A comparative deep analysis shows the superiority of our approach to hardware design, software integration, and prototype testing.

In order to solve the safety problems of non-contact operation and personnel transfer between operation and maintenance vessels and offshore wind turbines, a boom structure of the jib type offshore transmission device with a lift and sink compensation function is proposed. This paper takes the offshore transmission device and the six-degree-of-freedom motion platform as the research object, bases on the method of software co-simulation, uses Simcenter 3D motion to build its dynamics modelling, simulates the lifting and sinking motion caused by the waves in MATLAB, and then transfers it to the hydraulic system established by AMESim through the interface module to carry out the solution, so as to complete the virtual prototype design and simulation of the offshore transmission device. The simulation results show that the transmission device can substantially reduce the influence of waves on its motion under the effect of rise and sink compensation, which provides a theoretical basis for its physical model and an idea for the simulation of other complex electromechanical-hydraulic systems.
