Accurate spectrum measurement is one of the most important measurement tasks in the electric power grids. knowledge of the complex spectrum allows to indirectly measure the vast majority of signal parameters. These include the parameters of electric power: active, apparent and reactive. The prevailing source of methodological error is the so-called “spectrum leakage” effect. The most common approach to suppress the spectrum leakage effect is the window function application. This approach allows using computationally efficient fast Fourier transform algorithms to obtain the signal spectrum. In this paper, we consider the application of the window function method to measure frequency, amplitude, initial phase and power parameters for the case of using rectangular and Hanning window. Interpolations of the spectrum for different numbers of spectrum samples are considered: one, two, three and five. By using MATLAB and Simulink, simulation models are proposed that allow evaluation of the effectiveness of the presented techniques.

With the success of 2D diffusion models, 2D AIGC content has already transformed our lives. Recently, this success has been extended to 3D AIGC, with state-of-the-art methods generating textured 3D models from single images or text. However, we argue that current 3D AIGC methods still don't fully unleash human creativity. We often imagine 3D content made from multimodal inputs, such as what it would look like if my pet bunny were eating a doughnut on the table. In this paper, we explore a novel 3D AIGC approach: generating 3D content from IDEAs. An IDEA is a multimodal input composed of text, image, and 3D models. To our knowledge, this challenging and exciting 3D AIGC setting has not been studied before. We propose the new framework Idea23D, which combines three agents based on large multimodal models (LMMs) and existing algorithmic tools. These three LMM-based agents are tasked with prompt generation, model selection, and feedback reflection. They collaborate and critique each other in a fully automated loop, without human intervention. The framework then generates a text prompt to create 3D models that align closely with the input IDEAs. We demonstrate impressive 3D AIGC results that surpass previous methods. To comprehensively assess the 3D AIGC capabilities of Idea23D, we introduce the Eval3DAIGC-198 dataset, containing 198 multimodal inputs for 3D generation tasks. This dataset evaluates the alignment between generated 3D content and input IDEAs. Our user study and quantitative results show that Idea23D significantly improves the success rate and accuracy of 3D generation, with excellent compatibility across various LMM, Text-to-Image, and Image-to-3D models. The growing interest in energy efficiency points the research for hydraulic systems to electro-hydraulic drives, specifically hydraulic actuators directly coupled to pumps driven by electric motors. This design eliminates functional energy dissipations and enables energy recovery but leads to inherently low damping. The consequence is that harmful payload oscillations deteriorate the position control's accuracy of the actuator. Therefore, raising the drive damping via pressure feedback is crucial and requires knowledge of the pressure in both actuator chambers. This paper investigates using pressure observation to that end (i.e., a virtual pressure sensor implemented via software replaces two physical pressure transducers). High-passed pressure feedback is introduced using a model-based design for setting up closed-loop position control. This approach is simulated numerically on a heavy-duty robotic manipulator. The results confirm that the payload oscillations are significantly reduced without affecting position tracking.

The identification of real and fake news has become difficult task in the recent years due to more similar feature between them. As the issues of fake news are leading the miscommunication to the reads, various automated software has been introduced for the detection of fake news. The existing models tried to advance the identification of the fake new but failed to reach the expected outcomes due to overfitting issues and limited feature handling abilities. To overcome the existing issues the Latent Dirichlet Allocation based Term Frequency and Inverse Document Frequency with Brown-bear Optimization Algorithm-Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (LDA based TF-IDF with BOA-BiLSTM) is developed for the detection of fake news. The news data is collected and get cleaned by tokenization and normalization techniques. Then the LDA based TF-IDF model is used for the extraction of significant details of the news text data. Further the BOA-BiLSTM algorithm is used for the detection of fake news. The developed LDA based TF-IDF with BOA-BiLSTM algorithm has exhibited the better result having accuracy of 0.9489 and recall of 0.9012 for ISOT fake news dataset compared to the existing knowledge Graphs for multi-domain fake news detection (KG-MFEND) model.

The development of digital computers, coupled with the communication technology has created the modern Digital India, or in a wider sense, the Cyber world, speeding up the information exchange as well as commerce. As we all know, the Stored-program Electronic Digital Computer is an “Algorithmic” machine. It is the ‘Stored-program’ or the software part of this digital computer system that is based on the machine-oriented encoding of the corresponding set of suitably arranged algorithms. Often a systematic Developer follows the standard design cycle viz. Algorithm=> Flowchart => Coding=> App=> Testing, to create an optimal program (or an App) for a given task. Thus, a User in the cyber world indirectly invokes some ‘algorithm’ in the backend, while tapping various services via Apps! This paper depicts certain basic numerical Algorithms and explores their original equivalents appearing through classical Sanskrit texts. After indicating the following Classical Sanskrit words, that connote the (modern acronym) word “Algorithm”, viz. The paper tabulates a few classical numerical Sanskrit-algorithms with their corresponding contemporary English languages equivalents. This research work has been undertaken as a follow up of the NEP-2020 of the Education Ministry of the Government of India, relating the scientific developments to classical Indian knowledge System (IKS). Being written from a teaching point of view, the students, researchers, faculty members from any branch find this general/popular presentation interesting & useful. Considering the page and time limits, the discussions of large number of classical numerical Sanskrit Algorithms (which essentially form the backend of modern cyber world) are presently bypassed here, and the paper is focused on certain algorithmic Iterative Functions appearing through related classical Sanskrit texts.
