Within the framework of a workshop held to present the DUXAIT-NG platform, a heuristic evaluation with the approach proposed by Granollers was carried out as a case study, with the participation of 20 participants with different profiles and experience in usability and user experience. In this case study, the Municipality's website was evaluated, specifically the Transportation section of Metropolitan Lima. This experience allowed the participants to get in touch with the DUXAIT-NG tool to carry out the entire evaluation, from planning to execution and reporting but also allowed to deepen the usability levels of the website in question. Thanks to the qualitative and quantitative nature of Granollers' proposal, the results showed a 48.39% usability percentage, which implies a medium-low level of usability. The heuristics with the lowest levels were HG10 (Help and documentation), HG11 (Save the state and protect the work), and HG14 (Defaults). The heuristics with the highest levels were HG02 (Connection between the system and the real world, metaphor usage, and human objects), HG05 (Recognition rather than memory, learning, and anticipation), and HG04 (Consistency and standards). Likewise, the participants could leave their most relevant observations and comments during the evaluation, which allowed for a qualitative deepening of the results. In this sense, it was concluded that the Transport section's website of the Municipality of Lima has many points for improvement, especially in the heuristics mentioned above. This information is essential as a starting point for redesign or continuous improvement processes and for improving the User Experience in general websites of other municipalities and the public sector. Finally, the participants' positive reception of the DUXAIT-NG tool is worth mentioning.

This paper presents an experimental methodology of procedural content generation (PCG) for natural environments with a focus on game design and visualization. This approach allows us to define a set of instructions to shape the content generation to meet the requirements of game design and level design teams. For the validation process, we have discussed and analyzed a playtesting session.

In the context of Covid-19 pandemic, conducting a user experience evaluation has become more. For example, Heuristic Evaluation, is manual task-dependent, does not have a standardized way, and data processing costs valuable time. This context made heuristic evaluations even more difficult. Without specialized software, the tasks of a heuristic evaluation were manual and processing the final results was a burden to the researchers. There were attempts to standardize this method, for example, the software proposed by Lecaros, A. Another method is Tree Testing, for which Tapia A. proposed software to support the evaluation process. However, both the Tapia, A. software and Lecaros, A. software, were designed specifically for the evaluations they support. These studies served as a base so the authors could propose a software that aids UX enthusiasts conduct Heuristic Evaluations, and other types of usability evaluations, more efficiently. This software, named DUXAIT-NG, supports various evaluations and reduces the time for processing the final results, even when having a large group of participants. The article describes how to conduct a workshop, and what was learned by analyzing the results and experiences of all the participants. This article is organized as follows: the first section, tells the motivations of the study. The second section seeks to clarify theoretical concepts used throughout the article. The third section describes in detail the workshop. The fourth section describes the results of the participant's experience. Finally, the article ends with the conclusions and future work that the authors have planned for DUXAIT-NG.

Electroencephalography (EEG) signals provide us with direct insights into brain function and play a vital role in fields such as neuroscience and medicine. The integration with wearable EEG devices has enabled long-term monitoring of specific EEG indicators, offering new methods for human-computer interaction. This not only holds significant potential for improving the quality of human life but also promotes the advancement of scientific research and has the potential to transform the landscape of medical and health services. This paper proposes and develops a wearable EEG signal acquisition system for brain-computer interfaces, with the following specific details: The system uses a main controller STM32F411CEU6, an EEG chip KS1092, a power supply chip IP5306, and protective circuits to build the peripheral circuits. The device dimensions are 7.5 x 5.0 x 3.5 mm, and the total weight is 132.2 g. The embedded software can collect EEG signals in real-time at a high sampling rate of 1 kHz and achieve information transmission through Bluetooth. In practical applications such as physiological response testing and focused task assessment, the system can accurately determine the state of the test subjects, demonstrating its potential for application in areas such as educational assessment, medical health, human-computer interaction, and cognitive research.
