With the recent development in silicon photonics, researchers have developed optical network-on-chip (NoC) architectures that achieve both low latency and low power, which are beneficial for future large scale chip-multiprocessors (CMPs). However, none of the existing optical NoC architectures has quality-of-service (QoS) support, which is a desired feature of an efficient interconnection network. QoS support provides contending flows with differentiated bandwidths according to their priorities (or weights), which is crucial to account for application-specific communication patterns and provides bandwidth guarantees for real-time applications. In this paper, we propose a quality-of-service framework for optical network-on-chip based on frame-based arbitration. We show that the proposed approach achieves excellent differentiated bandwidth allocation with only simple hardware additions and low performance overheads. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work that provides QoS support for optical network-on-chip.

This paper presents a dual band Sierpinski carpet patch antenna with improved performance at frequency bands of 2.7 and 7GHz. The improvement has been achieved using a dual band EBG structure. The whole antenna structured has been modeled and simulated in HFSS software environment demonstrating notable enhancements not only in antenna radiation patterns at both frequency bands, but also in antenna reflection coefficient response. Simulation results show 10.9dB reduction in back radiation at the design frequency of 2.7 GHz while there is 2.7dB and 8.6dB improvement in both back and front radiation pattern respectively at design frequency of 7GHz.

The performance deterioration of the local subgrade of high speed railway in service period under the dynamic load and natural forces leads to subgrade settlement after acceptance, which poses a great threat to the long-term operation safety. The purpose of this paper is to improve the security technology of high speed railway. Based on field investigation and numerical analysis, the mechanism and patterns of subgrade settlement and the influence law of high speed driving safety affected by subgrade settlement were briefly studied. Taking into account the different patterns of subgrade settlement, the key parameters of ballastless tracksubgrade structure, settlement safety limit value and three levels of the critical risk value were proposed to high speed railway subgrade, based on the train-track-subgrade system dynamics theory. The RAMS real-time monitoring and early warning systems for subgrade settlement have been discussed to set up with fiber optic sensing technology, distributed information processing and wireless transmission technology, and multi-module application software, based on the safety limit value and three levels of the critical risk value. Moreover, innovative real-time monitoring equipments have been developed. This research can provide technology and equipment for administrative departments of railways to take charge of subgrade state.

Reverse engineering (RE) was invented primarily when the process of software engineering (SE) gained less interest because of difficulty. It was mainly used when software is developed, and the developer is no longer available. Therefore the only communication method was available is reverse engineering. However this amazing process has drifted to a different direction where reverse engineers or hackers have found their way to break into any closed source code, and been able to edit it and resell it again which cost the original author a big loss. Anti-reverse engineering techniques have appeared to stop this illegal process, some were successful and some are not. This research will discuss the level of success of these techniques. Present and customize the proposed technique base on a critical formularized and normalized analysis that is done on data collected globally involving software engineers and reverse. To support the analysis an experiment is conducted to see the ability to reverse engineer small and medium systems.

Image processing in digital computer systems usually considers the visual information as a sequence of frames. These frames are from cameras that capture reality for a short period of time. They are renewed and transmitted at a rate of 25-30 fps (typical real-time scenario). Digital video processing has to process each frame in order to obtain a result or detect a feature. In stereo vision, existing algorithms used for distance estimation use frames from two digital cameras and process them pixel by pixel to obtain similarities and differences from both frames;after that, depending on the scene and the features extracted, an estimate of the distance of the different objects of the scene is calculated. Spike-based processing is a relatively new approach that implements the processing by manipulating spikes one by one at the time they are transmitted, like a human brain. The mammal nervous system is able to solve much more complex problems, such as visual recognition by manipulating neuron spikes. The spike-based philosophy for visual information processing based on the neuro-inspired Address-Event-Representation (AER) is achieving nowadays very high performances. In this work we propose a two-DVS-retina system, composed of other elements in a chain, which allow us to obtain a distance estimation of the moving objects in a close environment. We will analyze each element of this chain and propose a Multi Hold&Fire algorithm that obtains the differences between both retinas.

The problem of interoperability in multi agent system is studied for many years,but still there are a lot of problems due to security,efficiency and *** there is a significant need for secure information sharing and in order to implement information sharing between agents, we need to have a system that can keep privacy among *** the other hand,understanding and communicating in MAS is a big challenge since when some autonomous and independent agents meet and want to communicate with each other,they have only little opportunity to understand each other if they do not share the same content language and *** one way of understanding and sharing knowledge is by using ontologies. In heterogeneous ontologies,agents have to find the correspondences between these ontologies in order to start understanding each other,so they need to match and map their *** paper proposes the new method of ontology based knowledge management in multi agent system which can share the knowledge of each agent in manufacturing domains such as car industry by using ontology matching and also can keep privacy for each ontology if one agent do not to share some of their private knowledge and information with another *** proposes system will improve the efficiency and accuracy of ontology matching in multi agent environment and system. In addition to it considers the optimal ontology matching techniques based on size factor for each ontology.

In current,global industrial market environment, it is important issue that manufacturers produce more reliable quality products in order to occupy priority position. Therefore,manufacturers require systematizing and standardizing the basic concepts and vocabulary of industrial sites,expressing and processing techniques for knowledge of experts or skilled ***,they require quality prediction framework to produce reliable product,reduce manufacturing time and cost which referring manufacturing process *** this paper,we present the manufacturing ontology-based quality prediction framework to represent knowledge of industrial environment and the product quality prediction using ontology and rule-based *** is one of the best methodologies for expressing and processing domain ***-based system can be easily classified and predicted product quality. In additional,we propose the ontology-based quality prediction system architecture which used the proposed *** adapt our framework in injection molding *** framework can be used as a model for future systems.

Web services are the element based in SOA (i.e., Service Oriented Architecture) applications that are commonly used in software systems. However the validation problem on quality of web services via testing has to be improved. This paper presents two tools for conformance testing of web services. One tool for unit testing that is implemented by an on-line approach. This tool can be used to test a web service-based and/or an orchestration by simulating its partners. The other focuses on verification of a timed trace with respect to a set of constraints. Specially, we can use this tool to verify on-line or off-line a timed trace. Finally, we show our experiments on a real-life case study, Product Retriever, by combining the two tools.

Embedded system for speed measurement and time is designed by adopting sensor and computer control technology to monitor operation condition of vehicles in real time, measuring and recording the speed while running in the examining locale. According to the function target, the design scheme is put forward to carry out the design of photoelectric receiving, single chip system, wireless communications circuit, and software realization. The mechanism is designed rationally, achieving the aim that unchanging vehicles and installing expediently.

Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access (TD-SCDMA) has several attractive characteristics that made it capable of meeting the requirements of G4 systems when applied as a platform directly. Joint detections, the unpaired spectrums with flexible sharing of resources, and some other advanced properties leads TD-SCDMA to achieve high data rate services. In this paper a comprehensive analysis is presented that involve accurate Joint Channel Estimation (JCE) for traditional and enhanced estimators based on two criterions: Least square (LS) & Minimum Mean Square Error (MMSE) at two scenarios of users' movements. In addition to a comprehensive Multi-Users Joint Detection (MUJD) is improved to mitigate Multiple Access Interference (MAI) and Inter-Symbol Interference (ISI) using the following detectors: Matched Filter (MF), Zero Forcing Block Linear Equalizer (ZF-BLE), and Minimum Mean Square Error Block Linear Equalizer (MMSE-BLE) for traditional and enhanced channel estimation criterions. Simulation results showed that equalizers fed by Channel Impulse Response (CIR) optimized according to enhanced LS or MMSE give a better performance to that ones when CIR obtained from traditional LS or MMSE criterion. The using of MMSE give the opportunity to implement adaptive equalizes to cope with fast fading and/or non stationary interference environments.
