The theoretical approach was employed to a oil-fired supercharged boiler in order to derive universal significant conclusions, thereby guidance can be offered for performance design and operation activity. the correlative knowledge concerning the theory and property of fluid molecule, engineering thermodynamics, heat transfer, boiler principle and higher mathematics were therefore primary employed to agure the effects of flue gas pressure on the needful parameters and computing formulae of heat transfer, together with the regular patterns of heat transfer, the principle for the enhancement and its effects on the structure and the flue gas resistance of a oil-fired supercharged boiler. By the arguments, the following conclusions can be derived: Besides the consideration of the convection heat transfer in furnace, the needful parameters and computing formulae for the heat transfer of a oil-fired supercharged boiler is uniform with that of an atmospheric boiler. the regular patterns with the increase of flue gas pressure for the total furnace heat transfer, the interrelationships between furnace radiation heat transfer and furnace convection heat transfer, and between the total furnace heat transfer respectively and the heat transfer in the evaporation process of feedwater and the convection heat transfer behind furnace, together with the temperature variations of furnace exit and the exhaust gas of a oil-fired supercharged boiler. The adoption of a compressor can help the enhancement of heat transfer, the decreases of the volume and the flue gas resistance of a oil-fired supercharged boiler, the convection heat transfer in the evaporation process of feed-water to recruit the shortage of the total furnace heat transfer with the increase of flue gas pressure.

This paper emphasizes the role of contextual information and legal rules in publishing services, formulating contracts, discovering services, and their impact on ranking and adaptability. We use Configured Service concept, which is a package that bundles together service functionality, service contract, and service provision context. Service providers only publish Configured Services in a service registry. Service requesters query the registry to discover available services that can match their requirements. Often there is a semantic gap between the service query and the services in the registry. To deal with this, we discuss three query types. The discovery processes, employing different matching processes that are appropriate for the query types, will rank the services in order to enable the requester choose the most relevant service(s). Ranking is also essential when the number of matching's is large. We identify the different situations that call for rediscovery and re-ranking of service queries. We include a brief account of formalism, within which all these activities are precisely described.

In this paper, an accelerated post deblocking filter algorithm based on CUDA (Computer unifiled device architecture) technology is proposed. The algorithm is used to remove block artifacts and improves the visual quality. It is computationally intensive and usually requires high speed processors to run in real time. A commonly efficient way can be obtained using the DSP (Digital Signal Processing) or other hardware resources. Here, we put forward a software solution method. Using NVIDIA's CUDA technology, we save more hardware resources and make up the low programmability of hardware. CUDA technology assists GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) to work for CPU for large computation. In the experiment, a frame was picked up from JM (Joint Model) decoder stream and filtered by the improved algorithm. Without changing subjective quality, the result shows that the processing time saved 5.69 times than CPU.

In modern SoC design flow, verification and validation are key components to reduce time-to-market and enhance product quality. To avoid trade-offs between timing accuracy and simulation speed in RTL simulation and C++/SystemC virtual prototyping, FPGA prototyping has become a better choice in the design flow. However, the time-consuming bring-up procedure and insufficient debugging visibility has impaired its potential strengths in verification and validation. In this paper, we present the technology from InPA Systems in which four different modes of operations, RTL-FPGA co-simulation, SystemC-FPGA co-emulation, vector prototyping, and in-circuit prototyping, are supported. With these different modes of FPGA operations, users can develop and verify their SoCs in different stages of the design flow with different abstraction levels. This methodology efficiently and robustly completes the SoC HW/SW verification and validation flow.

The Yangtze River Bridge studied in this paper is a three-tower steel concrete structure cable stayed bridge with two sides steel cable, composite girder cable stayed bridge and the largest span between towers in the world. The lightning density at the bridge site is much higher than the average value of Wuhan city, so it is important to access the lightning safety. This paper analyzes the lightning activity and the soil geological condition of the region where the bridge is located. Lightning current distributions in various branches of the bridge are calculated using CDEGS software, and the lightning ground potential distribution, touch voltage and step voltage around the bridge branch at two kinds of lightning current waveforms when different towers of the bridge are struck by lightning. Lightning safety measures are put forward in detail based on the calculation results of safety voltage limitations for human.

This paper demonstrates a novel technique to obtain coupling variation for a wideband structure. A 5-element multisection broadside-coupled stripline coupler has been used to obtain a bandwidth of 2-8 GHz. Chambers have been cut in the dielectric between the middle pair of strips. The variable coupling has been achieved by pumping a liquid metal called Galinstan into the chambers of the middle section. The Galinstan essentially thickens the strips changing the spacing and thereby changing the coupling. The chambers are isolated from each other by the use of Kapton membranes. A coupling variation from around 20 dB to 10 dB has been achieved. Return loss is also better than 8 dB for all situations. A lubricant called DialaBX has been used to control the isolation. This lubricant has a similar dielectric constant as the Rogers substrate material, so it has been used to maintain the homogeneity of the structure. SONNET EM simulation software and ADS circuit simulation have been used to produce the results presented.
