knowledge is a primary resource,no less important than land,labor or capital for improving the lives of *** the recent years,one of the best tools for delivering information in Iran is Information and Communication Technology(ICT).Hardware and software used to generate,prepare,transmit and store data,such as computers,radio,TV,computer programmes/tools;etc has been defined as *** have this potential to offer new opportunities for a creation of innovative solutions to move towards the sustainable development ***,ICT might be considered as luxury and is often given low priority in Iran,but it can accelerate development by facilitating access to *** can serve as effective tool to promote sustainable development in Iran by raising awareness and sharing knowledge,environmental monitoring,resources management,improving preparedness,enabling reliable early warnings and increasing situational *** methodology of this research is descriptive-analytical and its main purpose is determination role and place of ICT in improving of sustainable development in Iran.

We develop a recognition-oriented SAR image formation framework from a Bayesian perspective. In our framework, the prior knowledge of the targets and scene will be treated as restriction to the expected image based on Bayesian inference within an inverse problem frame. As a result, an image beneficial for recognition with background suppression and the important feature enhancement can be achieved. Results on both simulated and MSTAR data validate the performance of our proposed approach.

The problems of persons with developmental disorders or with difficulties adapting to society have recently been recognized in *** of these persons,who often suffer from depression or dizziness,take medicines, either prescribed by a physician or on their own,if they recognize their problem ***,a Nonprofit Organization in Fukui Prefecture that supports such persons and encourages them to communicate with and adapt gradually to their local society,has observed that several kinds of herbal tea improved patients' morbid *** sp.(mint) leaves,Chrysanthemum ***,Coix lacryma -jobi(adlay) fruits and seeds,Houttynia cordata leaves, Geranium thunbergii leaves,Eucommia ulmoides bark and leaves have been given to reduce dyssomnia and dizziness in *** help assess the relationship between herbal tea consumption and its benefits,we gathered patients' experiences on the Internet and developed a system that should be helpful for gathering together such knowledge for the benefit of both patients and supporters and of keeping track of patients' *** of such collected experiences by data mining may lead to new *** also report some preliminary results of using this system in this way.

The function of WinCC Monitoring System is important.

Register pressure aware scheduling for high level synthesis 11

Variations of list scheduling became the de-facto standard of scheduling straight line code in software compilers, a trend faithfully inherited by high-level synthesis solutions. Due to its nature, list scheduling is oblivious of the tightly coupled register pressure; a dangling fundamental problem that has been attacked by the compiler community for decades, and which results, in case of highlevel synthesis, in excessive instantiations of registers and accompanying steering logic. To alleviate this problem, we propose a synthesis framework called soft scheduling, which acts as a resource unconstrained pre-scheduling stage that restricts subsequent scheduling to minimize register pressure. This optimization objective is formulated as a live range minimization problem, a measure shown to be proportional to register pressure, and optimally solved in polynomial time using minimum cost network flow formulation. Unlike past solutions in the compiler community, which try to reduce register pressure by local serialization of subject instructions, the proposed solution operates on the entire basic block or hyperblock and systematically handles instruction chaining subject to the same objective. The application of the proposed solution to a set of real-life benchmarks results in a register pressure reduction ranging, on average, between 11% and 41% depending on the compilation and synthesis configurations with minor 2% to 4% increase in schedule latency.

An efficient and practicable MIMO transceiver in which transmitter antenna selection is applied to geometric mean decomposition (GMD) which is combined with Tomlinson-Harashima Precoder (THP) in TDD system is implemented. The proposed work can save more than 60% computational complexity at the handset compared with that of the GMD scheme is comparable to the conventional linear transceiver schemes. From the simulation results, the proposed transceiver can achieve about 7 dB SNR improvement over the open-loop VBLAST counterparts under i.i.d. channel. Finally, a MIMO joint transceiver is implemented on a SoC platform which is realized to do the hardware/software (HW/SW) co-verification strategy to debug the proposed architecture. In this paper, which introduces the figure file to be the transmission media. Designer could verify the decoded results in various environment by liquid crystal display (LCD) panel.
