Pressure-retarded osmosis(PRO) is a feasible process in developing salinity power, which emerges in estuaries in large. Semipermeable membrane mass transfer plays an important role in PRO power generation. However, existing mass transfer models were hard to be validated due to the lack of suitable membranes and membrane modules. This paper presented a comprehensive PRO mass transfer model of semipermeable membrane, which included impacts of both internal and external concentration polarizations, as well as brine dilution and pressure loss. The model was solved by numerical method;and commercial asymmetric flat sheet membrane CA-3000 was taken as the instance. Concentration and hydraulic pressure, as well as brine flux were studied in the paper. Massive concentration gradient was observed in porous layer and effective concentration difference was much lower than expected;moreover, each brine concentration was found to have an optimal pressure for power density. An additional PRO process simulation was done with FLUENT software under the same condition. Two simulation curves approached closely. The paper could be referred for membrane optimization in PRO process.

Seminar was one of the most important means to facilitate undergraduate teaching and improve the students' synthetical capability. In this paper, the teaching effects of seminar were investigated in the teaching specialized courses of biologic and chemical major. According to discuss the status, role, form, process of seminar, the important complementary role of seminar was researched in the teaching specialized courses of biologic and chemical major, especially, the period of specialized courses less than before. The results showed that, owing to the seminar, the professional knowledge was understand deeply, practical ability was improved, team working ability was improved, the presentation skills were cultivated and the teaching fund was saved. But during of the implementation process of seminar, the teachers' direction should be strengthen effectively, the seminar density should be control strictly, the understanding of students should be improve and the quality of manuscript and discussion should be enhanced. After implementation of seminar, the students' professional skills, presentation skills, engineering consciousness, practical ability were increased substantially. The student can adapt the social demanding sooner and better.

This study was implemented to investigate ER-α gene polymorphism in 5' region,in consensus promoter for exon C,A/G transition,and determine its effect on production *** was extracted from 200 dairy Holstein in four farms in Isfahan province and the individuals were genotyped by PCR-RFLP/BglI *** with 245 bp indicated allele A and those with 168 bp and 77 bp represented allele *** SAS software(Proc GLM),the effect of ERα gene polymorphism on production traits was *** relation of this SNP was found with milk production and milk protein,but AG genotype significantly increased milk corrected fat yield and fat percentage(p<0.05).The reason might be the linkage of this polymorphism with other mutations affecting fat yield and fat percentage or maybe ERα gene transcription factors' binding sites is changed and so the gene expression is altered and consequently estrogen may affect other essential hormones in metabolism or also expression of their receptors,in a different way.

Nowadays, as the technology and computer science highly developed, using computer at work, study, living and other aspects to offer assistance and support is not a new topic. No doubt, in the era of the highly developed utility software, the popularity of computers brings our life all aspects of convenience. It does favor to more convenient storage, provides accurate calculations, speeds up the information transmission, which let us more and more synchronized with the pace of the world. Similarly, in the university student's current management, computer's application helps the student affairs practitioners to effectively carry on the student data management and the information issue, obtain feeds back as well as analyze related student affairs. Student affairs practitioners, who become highly effective managers on using computers, benefit from the fruitful results of computer development, and offer more accurate services to university students. A novel faint signal processing method based on phase-lock amplification principle is developed to enhance the sensitivity of pump/probe-based laser generated and laser detected surface acoustic waves(LG/LD SAW) spectroscopy system. This novel method involves a "dead zone" filter located before a common phase-lock amplification unit, which wipes off most of the noise stacked on SAW signal. This paper explored the working principle of this novel signal processing method based on the knowledge of the characteristics of the system noise and the signal. The experiment result shows that the detection system's sensitivity has been dramatically improved by this new signal processing method.

Water resources are considered as one of the main resources of supplying water for different uses including agriculture, drinking and industry. Due to the recent droughts, knowing and giving qualitative priority to the pollutants of these resources is one of the most important tasks in environmental management. The use of new models in water resources has an important role in the management of these resources. With a brief look at the condition of Iranian Taleghan catchment basin, we understand that the increase of population and raising the public welfare result in changing the land use and threat the natural resources and their reserves. This study aims to employ Expert Choice software to give priority to different pollutants based on the type of the land use in the basin. In this research, Expert Choice software was used to identify and classify pollutants in Taleghan catchment. This software works based on Analytical Hierarchy Process. The obtained results showed that sewage, agriculture, outdoor activities, industry, toll services, and restaurants respectively have the highest potential for polluting the basin. The employed model in this study can combine the comments and opinions together in great detail and high precision. The model can also determine the priority of effective variables on the pollution of water resources based on the kind of land use.

Excellent interior designers usually have their own unique idea, by which they could retain their own design style, as well as let the consignor get their intention and the final interior decoration effect in a very intuitive way. The initial manifestation mode of interior decoration is usually the freehand drawing of a designer. This free-hand drawing requires a designer to have a solid art foundation and a preferable aesthetic flavor. They are able to endow actual interior space with a deeper sense of beauty through these free-hand drawings from the perspective of design aesthetics. Although free-hand drawing has a strong nature of expressiveness, it's not good enough in simulating the actual space and inconvenient for local adjustment and modification of the program. Design softwares, such as 3D Studio Max 、Photoshop, have freed designers from complicated and redundant work of free-hand drawing. These softwares have a fairly strong function in simulating the reality, and the design rendering almost can reproduce a real scene. Thus, a designer's idea can be presented with a visual effect closed to the reality.

CPS(Cyber Physical Systems) monitors and collects data by their entities. Therefore, it is important to develop data distribution middleware for effective and useful data exchange in the CPS. Data distribution middleware for CPS should be based on data-centric approach and guarantee real-time performance. In this sense, OMG's DDS which is based on data-centric approach(publish / subscribe) is the most similar middleware. RTPS of DDS has a role of discovery. However, existing discovery protocols of middleware(Including RTPS) approach cannot fully cover the CPS and have problems in the large-scale network(approx. 100,000 entities) like a warship. Thus, the required discovery protocol for CPS must include strengths of RTPS and be useful in the large-scale network. In this paper, we propose a fast and scalable service discovery protocol for CPS-based warships. Since it can distribute discovery messages efficiently using random back-off, our discovery protocol has no down even in a large-scale network when the first discovery is performed at startup.

IEC 61850-6 defines Substation Configuration description Language(SCL) for Intelligent Electronic Devices(IEDs) in a substation. An SCL file containing a large amount of IED data is always too big to be processed by common means, and the standard itself is so complicated that makes IED configuration difficult. To solve this problem, a specially designed configurator should be introduced to improve performance and provide a user-friendly interface. This paper analyzes SCL file's structure, types and object models. It presents IED configuration's design principles and the software architecture, as well as the key technologies and the functions. After introducing an improved XML parser and graphical user interface in the configurator, users can configure IED in a more efficient and effective way. An IED configurator was developed in C#, the test result indicated its resource utilization was confined to a reasonable level and its visual interface helps users to browse and configure SCL files in a convenient way.
