To continue our research on systems biology of mitogenesis,we have developed and fitted according to the experimental data a highly-branched network model of ERK activation in response to EGF *** produce a network with full number of possible complexes and reactions that may emerge during signal propagation,we used the rule-based software tool in systems biology,BioNetGen *** our network model contains more than 650 complexes and 5500 reactions,we showed the ability the handle this complexity,even using the manual parameter *** the results of model fitting,we discuss possible details of protein-protein interaction,such as preferable sites/domains for binding one another,sequestration of active enzymes via binding to huge protein complexes *** for experimental validation of modeling results are also considered.

The interlocking simulation system is an important part of the simulation and testing platform of CTCS-3 train control system, which adopts a mechanism of separating the software from the application data in order to guarantee the flexibility of the software. At present the preparation of the application data, including station track topology data, route displaying data, and interlocking table data and so on are all prepared manually, which is timeconsuming and cumbersome, is also prone to error due to the high demand for the expertise of the person preparing the data. To address this problem, a method for the automatic generation of application data for interlocking simulation system based on GIS infrastructure data is proposed, and the design of the complementary software tool is described in this paper. Firstly, the features of graphic elements and their relative position are extracted from the GIS infrastructure database, and the graphic elements are connected to build the station track topology. Secondly, more information related with the position of the graphic elements can be obtained by searching the track topology. Finally, formatted data files and ACCESS table storing the application data of interlocking simulation system can be generated according to the requirements of interlocking simulation system.

Recently, SCORM standard has deeply influenced e-learning area. But high expense and low efficiency sometimes discourage e-learning project's implementation and SCORM standard's application. The paper proposes a cloud service environment framework and its service mode for SCORM compatible content. It attempts to help content operating agency provide SCORM related services in a cheaper but higher quality way to tenants. A prototype platform is introduced. It realizes SCORM content's unified storage and the freely sharing of learning content and record for outside applications, which breaks traditional SCORM compatible LMS's limitations and reduces storage and management cost of SCORM compatible content.

Network addressing is a traditional problem in communications network. IP addressing which can fully reflect the characteristics of Wireless Sensor Network will provide good support for the design of network routing and management protocols. The location information which is important in most of WSN application can be used to simplify routing policy, and is also supported by IPv6. In this paper, we propose a location-based IP addressing protocol. We assume that nodes in Wireless Sensor Network know their current physical location;thus, this location information can be exploited to facilitate the generation of Location-based IP address. Machine Translation has been defined as the process that utilizes computer software to translate text from one natural language to another. This definition involves accounting for the grammatical structure of each language and using rules, examples and grammars to transfer the grammatical structure of the source language (SL) into the target language (TL). This paper presents English to Arabic approach for translating well-structured English sentences into well-structured Arabic sentences, using a Grammar-based and example-translation techniques to handle the problems of ordering and agreement. The proposed methodology is flexible and scalable, the main advantages are: first, a hybrid-based approach combined advantages of rule-based (RBMT) with advantages example-based (EBMT), and second, it can be applied on some other languages with minor modifications. The OAK Parser is used to analyze the input English text to get the part of speech (POS) for each word in the text as a pre-translation process using the C# language, validation rules have been applied in both the database design and the programming code in order to ensure the integrity of data. A major design goal of this system is that it will be used as a stand-alone tool, and can be very well integrated with a general machine translation system for English sentences.

Poultry meat is frequently contaminated with Campylobacter strains and is thought to be the major source of organisms causing human Campylobacter *** study was conducted to determine the prevalence and antimicrobial resistance of Campylobacter *** from retail duck and goose raw meats in *** August 2009 to August 2010,a total of 169 raw duck and goose meat samples were purchased from randomly selected retail outlets in Gilan province,Iran and were evaluated for the presence of *** conventional bacteriological methods,39 of 110 duck meat samples(35.5%) and 13 of 49 goose meat samples(26.5%) were contaminated with Campylobacter,*** most prevalence Campylobacter species isolated from samples was Campylobacter jejuni(88.5%);the remaining isolates were Campylobacter coli(11.5%).All of Campylobacter identified as Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli by using conventional bacteriological method were also positive Using the PCR *** of 52 Campylobacter isolates were determined for ten antimicrobial drugs using the disk diffusion *** to ciprofloxacin was the most common finding(40.4%),followed by resistance to tetracycline(32.7%) and nalidixic acid(30.8%).Significantly higher prevalence rates of Campylobacter spp.(P<0.05) were found in samples taken in spring and *** our knowledge,the present study is the first report of the isolation of Campylobacter *** raw duck and goose meat in Iran.
