Udaipur has faced water scarcity from its inception, due to its geographical location. The Hindu monarchs who ruled the city built an array of artificial lakes to ensure regular water supply for their subjects. They were taken care of not only by the administration but also the local people. In the British regime, Udaipur came to be known as the city of lakes, and the four large water bodies, Pichhola, Swaroop Sagar, Fateh Sagar and Badi, remained its lifelines. But the condition of the lakes deteriorated sharply in the post independence era. While, unregulated and rapid commercialisation escalated the inflow of pollutants, indifferent government machinery that paid scant attention to proper cleaning up operations, only intensified the problem. As many as twelve government agencies were assigned the task of working as caretakers of these water bodies. But they merely passed on the responsibility to one another. The health of the lakes grew shakier very year. The paradox is that tourism in Udaipur can grow immeasurably, especially with improved communication and infrastructure, but Udaipur tourism can dry up completely if lakes are not saved. The present paper is an attempt to outline the chief causes of degradation of Fateh Sagar Lake and aims to suggest methods for the regeneration of this world famous artificial lake.

This paper describes how scrum method was customized for outsourced e-commerce software projects. While the waterfall process was used in the past, outsourced projects experienced more delays and failures than the ones conducted in-house. To overcome such limitations, we decided to tailor the scrum method on three aspects: First, we produced a table that explains roles and responsibilities of project team members for every phase of the Scrum methodology. Second, we divided sprint planning into two phases, a master sprint plan and individual sprint plans. Finally, we monitored project progress based on the number of completed web pages. Application of the modified scrum method on two projects not only improved product quality but also reduced time necessary to complete the project. More than 80% of the software engineers also expressed satisfaction of the proposed approach.

Plants play an important role in the daily life, which are essential not only for food, shelter and clothing but also for recreation world is colorful because of diversified flora of dye yielding plants. Plants are one of the most important resources of human foods and medicines. Rapidly increasing knowledge on nutrition, medicine, and plant biotechnology has dramatically changed the concepts about food, health and agriculture, and brought in a revolution on them. Nutritional therapy and phytotherapy have emerged as new concepts and healing systems have quickly and widely spread in recent years. Strong recommendations for consumption of nutraceuticals, natural plant foods, and the use of nutritional therapy and phytotherapy have become progressively popular to improve health, and to prevent and treat diseases. With these trends, improving the dietary nutritional values of fruits, vegetables and other crops or even bioactive components in folk herbals has become targets of the blooming plant biotechnology industry. This review attempts to display and remark on these aspects. It summarizes the progress made on nutraceuticals, nutritional therapy, phytonutrients, phytotherapy, and their related epidemiological investigations and clinical studies. It also covers markets of these health-promoting products and disease-preventing or healing systems, as well as regulations behind them that direct the development of biotechnology study and application. Finally, related patents are listed and briefly analyzed, regarding of plant biotechnological research and progress on transgenic crops to improve nutritional value, phytotherapy efficiency, or to produce pharmaceutically important secondary metabolites or high-valued protein medicines such as vaccines and antibodies. In the case of plant foods, phenolics and polyphenolics constitute a main group of compounds that render beneficial effects, in part, due to their antioxidant potential, among other mechanisms of action.

Aims: Soybean is a member of (Fabaceae),it is a species of legume native to east asia .It is an annual plant that has been used in china for 5000 years as a food and a component of drugs .Soy contains significant amount of all the essential amino acids for humans ,and so is a good source of protein .Soy has an important role in improvement & treatment of some cancers such as Colon ,Prostate & breast .Methods: In this research a total of male mice with 30-35 gram weight were bought from Razi Institute in Iran .At first samples were kept under adaptation condition for tow weeks & then randomly grouped in to 4 experimental sections.1Control group were feed with soy-free basic diet.2-Nutrition containing 20% soy diet.3-Nutrition containing 30%soy diet.4Nutrition containing 50% soy *** the end of 8 weeks of treatment blood collected & serum was stored for hormonal analysis .Result: Result were consider with SPSS software & results compared with control *** 20% group the level of testosterone have meaningful decrease in comparison with control group,but in 50% group the level of testosterone have meaningful increase .level of LH in 30% & 50% group have a meaningful increase but no significant differences were observed in FSH & weight of testicles .The number of sperms in all of the treatments have a meaningful *** result of this research indicated that the 20 ,30 & 50 percent soy diet had negative effect on male reproductive system in mice.

Background and objective: This study was conducting aimed at comparing adiponectin serum levels in obese male adults with their peer normal weight subjects as well as determining the relationship between anthropometrical and lipid profile indices and serum adiponectin in obese *** and methods: Body mass index and other anthropometrical variables as well as concentrations of glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol and low and high density lipoprotein were measured in 45 obese male adults after 12 to 14 hours overnight fasting and their correlation with serum adiponectin levels were ***,fasting serum adiponectin levels were measured in 35 male adults with normal weight.T statistical method was used to compare adiponectin levels of obese group with normal weight group and regression analysis was used in SPSS software version 15 environment to determine the relationship of adiponectin with each anthropometrical and biochemical variables in obese subjects (P ≤ 0.05).Results: adiponectin Serum level in obese subjects were significantly lower than those with normal weight (P = 0.021).Adiponectin level had a significant correlation with total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,glucose,and systolic and diastolic blood pressure and age of subjects (P ≤ 0.05).Conclusion: The significant relationship between adiponectin and some cardiovascular risk factors in this study supports the hypothesis that reduction of systemic levels of this hormone is associated with some cardiovascular risk factors.

Resolvers are extensively used in applications that demand instantaneous, accurate and high-resolution information angular position or speed. A resolver's analog outputs have been modulated by angular position and an R/D converter is always adopted to recover the angular position in digital form. With the rapid growth of micro-processor technology, more and more attention has been focused on software based R/D conversion methods because of their merits, such as saving in cost, weight and size. In practical applications, noise is often unavoidable and might cause severely negative effect on results of software based R/D conversion schemes. To tackle the problem, a new R/D conversion method designed in frequency domain is presented in the paper. Firstly, a new complex signal is constructed by taking the cosine output as the real part and the sine output as the imaginary part. After transforming the complex signal into frequency domain, only the components at the carrier frequency are utilized to calculate the angular position. Thus, the negative effect of noise, whose energy is located out of the band of the carrier frequency, can be removed. In the simulation experiments, dc drift, white noise and pulse disturbance are utilized to evaluate the performance of R/D conversion algorithms, and the experimental results show the frequency domain based method is favorably robust to all the three types of noise.
