We present an approach to identify duplicate bug reports expressed in free-form text. Duplicate reports needs to be identified to avoid a situation where duplicate reports get assigned to multiple developers. Also, duplicate reports can contain complementary information which can be useful for bug fixing. Automatic identification of duplicate reports (from thousands of existing reports in a bug repository) can increase the productivity of a Triager by reducing the amount of time a Triager spends in searching for duplicate bug reports of any incoming report. The proposed method uses character N-gram-based model for the task of duplicate bug report detection. Previous approaches are word-based whereas this study investigates the usefulness of low-level features based on characters which have certain inherent advantages (such as natural-language independence, robustness towards noisy data and effective handling of domain specific term variations) over word-based features for the problem of duplicate bug report detection. The proposed solution is evaluated on a publicly-available dataset consisting of more than 200 thousand bug reports from the open-source Eclipse project. The dataset consists of ground-truth (pre-annotated dataset having bug reports tagged as duplicate by the Triager). Empirical results and evaluation metrics quantifying retrieval performance indicate that the approach is effective.

One pillar of Model-Driven Development of real-time software is the separation of concerns between application model and target platform. This requires the definition of model transformations realizing the mapping of the application model onto the target platform. However, target platforms APIs and implementation patterns vary largely from one to the other. This requires the development of several dedicated model transformations which actually embed a given computing target platform model. Dedicated model transformations must be modified as soon as we want to modify target platform. In this context, a good compromise could be to extract implementation patterns from model transformation and encapsulate them in a platform model. Therefore, we propose some modeling heuristics that permits to build detailed descriptions of the target execution platform, where all platform-specific implementation choices are made explicit using a small set of variation points specific to real-time multi-tasking applications. The expected benefit is a true separation of concerns enabling reusable and portable transformation processes.

Many companies use Global software Development (GSD) to access skilled people, reduce costs and utilize around the clock development. GSD has numerous social and technical difficulties, but most literature only examines social difficulties. Few studies concern technical difficulties or address software Configuration Management (SCM) issues. SCM is widely used, and supports the infrastructure and practices that enable change management and version control. SCM has potential to support more effective GSD, but is more difficult in GSD, because coordination and synchronization are more complex. This paper presents our findings of a systematic mapping study of SCM in GSD. Systematic mapping is a methodology to discover and categorize research on a topic, and can be used to identify common themes and areas requiring further study. We find most research on SCM in GSD has used case studies, and there has been little empirical validation. The lack of coordination and group awareness causes difficulties for SCM in GSD, but no SCM process has been proposed to address this. More research is required on software Configuration Control for GSD.

Combinatorial testing is an important approach to detecting interaction errors for a system with several parameters. Existing research in this area assumes that all parameters of the system under test are always effective. However, in many realistic applications, there may exist some parameters that can disable other parameters in certain conditions. These parameters are called shielding parameters. Shielding parameters make test cases generated by the existing test model, which uses the Mixed Covering Array (MCA), fail in exposing some potential errors that should be detected. In this paper, the Mixed Covering Array with Shielding parameters (MCAS) is proposed to describe such problems. Then test cases can be generated by constructing MCAS's in three different approaches. According to the experimental results, our test model can generate satisfactory test cases for combinatorial testing with shielding parameters.

This paper establishes a model for the design proposal of the combined generating system of the pressurized tube-type solid oxide fuel cell and the micro-gas turbine based on the simulation software of the Aspen Plus chemical process, and puts forward the best hybrid system proposal, conducting the thermal cycle parameters and the efficiency of the various combined system proposals. The analysis shows that: as high as 72% of the generating efficiency can be obtained by the design of the combined system, which displays that the combined system is in a superior position in the distributed power generation system.

The coherence of software operating and monitoring ( OM) interface in main control room of nuclear power industry with user subjective expectation is an important matter which influences operators' work efficiency and system security. The subjective expectation evaluation method for software OM interface design was proposed. The radial basis functions neural network based subjective expectation evaluation model for software OM interface design was established. The evaluation indexes of software OM interface are extracted based on human-system interface design review guideline document of NUREG-0700. The subjective expectation evaluation model is used to evaluate the software OM interface of nuclear power plant. A case of software OM interface of nuclear power plant evaluation was provided to prove the effectiveness of the mentioned method.

Model Driven DeVelopment views application deVelopment as a continuous transformation of models of the target system. However, non-funcdonal requirements which are impot taut for buikling user-satisfied software systems and haxe impacts on the software design, are not sufficiently considered in current MDD methods. This paper proposes an approach to modeling non-functional requirements, analyzing their impacts to the design all d making a complement to the original design models for the NIDD methods. First, existing -CIVIL models of the application's functional properties are taken as an input of the NFR modeling process, and with a NFR repository, the NFRs are refined and operationalized. Then based on the analysis result, modeling constructs are created to implement them, and the original LAIL models are reversely augmented by the result of NFR modeling. In particular, a metamodel is proposed to model the new constructs and facilitate the integration process. With this approach, we can finally get an integrated design model considering both functional requirements and non-functional requirements. The feasibility of the proposed approach is illustrated with an example of the design of a simplified credit card system.

Nowadays with develop molecular genetics techniques,beings identification and parentage testing is possible using a lot of molecular *** are simple sequences of DNA consisting of short tandem repeats have a high polymorphism,and for this reason,they are used as powerful tools for recognizing the *** sequences the total 20% of constitute in *** aim of this study is examine the fourteen genetic markers AHT5,AHT4 ASB23,ASB17,ASB2,VHL20,CA425,HMS7,HMS6,HMS3,HMS1,HTG4,HTG10 and LEX3 of Arabian horses and use they in identity testing it species in Chaharmahal-vabakhtiari *** samples collected from 13 families of Arabian strain in Chaharmahal-va-bakhtiari province area and DNA was *** Multiplex polymerase chain reaction was used for amplification of fourteen markers with the specific primers and the PCR products were resolved on a non-denaturing 10% polyacrylamide gel by electrophoresis,then the PCR products remaining obtainable with formamide and electrophoresis was carried out on an ABI PRISM 3100 Genetic Analyzer using the recommended *** fragments separated were performed with genotype software *** number of alleles per locus varied from 3 to 9 (average 6.36) in arabian *** means of observed polymorphism at population was *** average of heterozygocity at this study was *** expected of heterozygocity at this population was *** Polymorphic information contents average 6.41 in population *** that those markers in all of the studying horse strain,have various kinds of DNA *** it seems that these fourteen markers can be used as an applicable marker for identifying Arabian horse.

The Sequence Diagram (SD) with time properties is frequently used in the preliminary developing phase of embedded real time system, however, it is not easy to verify due to its informal semantics. An extended time Petri net (TPN) with weak semantics-TLOPNforSD-is defined and proved to be decidable as far as reachability, boundedness and coverability are concerned. A method for progressively refining the SD is also offered in the transformation phase. The SD with time properties are made to be more reliable in two aspects: (1) an enabled transitions generating algorithm based on weak semantics is designed. Based on this algorithm, the verification of SD with time properties in qualitative aspect can be realized by dint of ROMEO;(2) using the state-class diagram obtained in qualitative analysis phase, a scheduling strategy satisfying all the time constraints specified in the SD is worked out. The strategy is used to get compelling time intervals which are more accurate than the static intervals predefined on the SD for every event.
