With the rapid development of the Internet, the traditional media market has been integrated with the computer network, resulting in many new applications such as online video on demand, distance education, network television and so on. Streaming media is a technology that can play audio, video and other multimedia files on the Internet in real time without downloading and waiting. This paper builds a streaming media data scheduling model based on the improved random forest algorithm. First, it analyzes some indicators that affect the data flow, and then analyzes the accuracy of the improved random algorithm and its traditional algorithm under different decision tree numbers according to the improved forest algorithm. The gmean value of an improved random forest algorithm proposed in this paper is significantly higher than that of the traditional algorithm, and the fvalue is close to 0.92. It shows that the prediction accuracy of default and non-default samples is improved by this algorithm. It can improve the economic benefit and promote the establishment of an economical, smooth and efficient streaming media communication transmission system.

Real-time monitoring of the performance of civil engineering materials is an important part to ensure the quality and safety of the project. Sensor technology uses various sensors to monitor the properties of materials, such as temperature, humidity, stress, strain and pressure. These sensors can collect data in real time and transmit the data to the monitoring system for engineers to make analysis and decision. In this paper, the real-time monitoring and evaluation algorithm of civil engineering materials based on sensors is studied. Multiple FGS (Fiber Grating Sensor) are laid on the upper and lower surfaces of reinforced concrete structures to form a distributed measuring system to measure the strain changes of reinforced concrete structures during loading. In order to effectively evaluate the seismic resistance of frame structures, an anisotropic damage model of concrete under constant lateral pressure is established based on the actual size and reinforcement of members in China’s current seismic design code. The research results show that the measurement data of FGS has enough accuracy and good reliability. This method can not only quantitatively evaluate the seismic capacity of buildings, but also find the parts with insufficient seismic capacity, which provides a foundation for subsequent reinforcement.

Teaching and learning in engineering courses need to emphasize practicality to acquire integrated knowledge and skills. It is necessary to learn processes controlled by mathematical equations in mechatronic engineering to apply scientific principles to use automation control systems technology to support Industry 4.0, such as automatic control with a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) control device. In addition, they are applying the data of engineering process control to real-time applications with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software and PLC Network. Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), lack of practice face-to-face interaction, so the effectiveness of online learning practice is significantly reduced. This study presents the combination of remote-control technology and multi-material learning to promote engineering students' conceptual and practical experiments during online learning. The finding shows that this multi-material learning can operate and motivate engineering students in the distance learning situation.

In order to change the passive management after the outbreak of diseases and insect pests in the trunk of fruit trees into active prevention before the outbreak, in view of the shortcomings of the early traditional artificial methods, such as the knock identification method, visual method and anatomical observation method, such as poor timeliness, low accuracy and easy to cause irreversible damage to trees, etc., By combining the radar chip module, electromagnetic wave transmitting and receiving module, radar antenna module and software analysis module, this paper designed an accurate detection method and device for the defects of diseases and pests inside the trunk of fruit trees based on electromagnetic wave imaging. The system quantitatively evaluates the location, size and shape of the internal diseases and wormhole defects of the trees, without causing damage to the wood, and realizing the non-destructive inspection of the wood. © 2022 IEEE.

Text recognition technology based on deep learning has achieved great success in recent years. However, these recognition models have poor robustness under the influence of strong light noise. The existing solution to this problem leverages preprocessing methods to remove uneven lighting, which shows just passable effects on noise reduction for strong light. In this paper, we propose a text image recognition algorithm with attention-based strong light region perception module to solve this problem. The model is trained to detect strong light regions and guide the generated feature maps to focus on the clear part of the input image. Experimental results show that this model mitigates the impact of strong light noise pollution and improves the robustness of recognition technology on multiple datasets. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper proposes to use K-means and Apriori to prediction device action based on time in Smart Home System. In the existing methods, the system provides services to human when conditions are met, such as high temperature and low humidity. However, those methods ignoring the correlation between device action and human activity time. In order to solve this problem, we combine K-means and Apriori algorithm to generate association rules with time information. First, calculate the appropriate K-value for K-means. We select consecutive data in weeks. The data contains the time information of device action. Second, run K-means to classify based on device action time information, and run Apriori to mine association rules based on classification. Finally, decode the associate rules and realize device action prediction. In our work, K-means experiments show that clustering according to the difference of working days is an effective way to process user time information;Apriori experiments proved that the association rules mined with the results of K-means can predict device actions in the Smart Home environment. © 2022 IEEE.

During the operation of mechanical equipment, there will be inevitable wear and aging and other problems, and along with the increase of loss, it will lead to various failures, affecting production quality and efficiency. In order to solve this problem, this paper obtains data from the network, synthesizes the six indicators that cause mechanical equipment failure into three more comprehensive indicators - “machine-room temperature difference”, “power” and “work”, and uses the entropy weight method to find the weight of these three indicators for mechanical equipment failure. Then, using the decision tree model, a system is established to judge whether the equipment is faulty. Then, based on the XGBoost algorithm, the failure type of the equipment is further determined, and then through quantitative analysis, it is concluded that torque has an important influence on the mechanical equipment failure. Through the research in this paper, equipment maintenance can be accurately carried out, the overall industrial environment operation can be improved, and the economic benefits can be effectively increased.

ARM TrustZone is a hardware security technology commonly used to implement the Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), which is a hardware-based isolated execution environment in which security-critical software can execute without interference and is widely applied to embedded systems. Isolation of interrupts in the two security domains of TrustZone is an important security mechanism that plays a vital role in protecting the execution of the TEE. This paper introduces a formal modeling and verification approach for the interrupt isolation mechanism of the TEE based on TrustZone. We propose a model formalizing the TrustZone-based TEE system at the instruction level, which focuses on modeling system behaviors of interrupt handling and captures crucial instructions related to interrupt isolation. We formally define three types of properties for the model: correctness, safety, and information flow security. The verification results in the theorem prover Isabelle/HOL show that the model satisfies the above properties, which indicates that the interrupt isolation mechanism of TrustZone correctly enforces the isolation of interrupts and protects the TEE from being interfered with non-secure interrupts.

With the advancement of deep neural networks, machine translation has seen rapid progress in recent years. Individuals often rely on machine translation software to facil-itate various tasks. However, the intricacies of neural networks can lead to translation errors, resulting in misunderstandings or conflicts. The most common method for testing machine translation is metamorphic testing. However, metamorphic testing at the phrase or sentence hierarchy may result in some test cases being incorrectly identified as failures. To mitigate this issue, we added the word hierarchy. We proposed a multi-hierarchy metamorphic testing method, MHT, to test machine translation. Hyphenated words as a specific format prone to translation errors, which are chosen as our research object. Based on the common notion that translations of words within the same sentence should be similar, we extract contents from different hierarchies within sentences containing hyphenated words and compare the similarity of their corresponding translations for these specific words. We conducted the experiments on 881 sentences leveraging Google Translate, Microsoft Bing Translator, and Baidu Translate, which detected 111, 91, and 111 suspicious errors with high precision (78.4 %, 82.4 %, and 81.1 %). Translation errors mainly include mis-translation, under-translation, over-translation, and non-translation.
