The omission and false alarm of partial discharge insulation defect of gas insulated switchgear (GIS) seriously affect the safe and stable operation of GIS. Considering that GIS may be affected by various vibration factors in actual operation, this paper builds an intermittent discharge test platform for shock and vibration superimposed multi-source detection, and carries out experimental research on the characteristics of intermittent discharge under different vibration conditions for common internal typical insulation defects in GIS. The study found: The vibration state has a certain influence on the intermittent discharge of defects in GIS equipment, and the intermittent discharge law in the non-vibration state is consistent with that in the normal operation vibration. However, the insulation strength of metal particle defects decreases greatly under shock vibration, and with the continuous discharge process, the discharge interval develops from seconds to milliseconds, from intermittent discharge to continuous discharge. The research results are of great significance for broadening the understanding of intermittent discharge characteristics and promoting the field GIS discharge defect detection.

With the rapid development of new power systems, abnormal problems in electric energy metering devices are becoming increasingly complex. Especially in the environment of multi-source information interaction, higher accuracy and real-time requirements are put forward for the evaluation of abnormal handling. To solve this problem, this paper proposes an abnormal handling evaluation model for electric energy metering devices based on multi-source information fusion. Firstly, data preprocessing and feature selection techniques are used to ensure the integrity and consistency of multidimensional information data. Secondly, a comprehensive evaluation index system based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and dynamic optimization of weights is designed to quantify the treatment effect. Then, based on the Transformer network, the temporal dynamic characteristics of the abnormal treatment process are deeply modeled to capture the complex dependencies and interactive characteristics of multidimensional data. Finally, through multimodal data fusion technology, the equipment operating status, environmental parameters and historical records are integrated to achieve a highly robust and adaptable evaluation model. Experimental results show that the prediction accuracy of the Transformer-based model reaches 94.7%, which is significantly better than random forest (89.3%) and support vector machine (SVM) (85.6%);in terms of time response performance, the processing efficiency is more than 50% higher than that of random forest;in the robustness evaluation under noise interference conditions, the accuracy decrease is the smallest and significantly better than the comparison model. The research results have verified the application value of the model proposed in this paper in complex power grid scenarios, which can provide efficient and scientific support for new power systems.

The detection hardware system mainly consists of connection units, loading and unloading units, pallet conveying units, accuracy and multifunctional calibration units, PLC control systems, and calibration software. We need to use the MES production execution system to manage tasks, perform calibration, and process data processing and services, complete information exchange between control software and calibration software, coordinate the actions between the calibration conveyor system and the calibration device, perform calibration and testing, and meet the requirements of each functional unit. In this paper, the trajectory tracking problem for underactuated Autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) is investigated. First, a nonlinear 4-DOF AUV model is adopted, considering the unknown parameters and external distances. Two control objectives and corresponding error dynamics are established according to different tracking errors. To achieve accurate AUV tracking control, an adaptive robust control strategy is proposed, combining the backstepping control ideology. This controller could adaptively estimate uncertain model parameters and disturbances recursively and compensate for the estimation errors robustly. Theoretical analysis demonstrates that the proposed control scheme can ensure system stability, enhance the transient response, and give great trajectory tracking performance, which is validated again by the numerical simulations.
