To solve the grouping reviewer problem of social examination, a nonlinear 0-1 integer programming with multi-objectives optimization is presented. Its two objectives are to minimize the total error rate and to maximize the total reviewing speed. A weighted sum method based on fuzzy satisfactory levels of objectives is proposed to treat the multiple objectives. Then, a genetic algorithm with sequence encoding and PMX crossover is developed to solve this kind of problems. The computation on a large number of examples with practical data shows the satisfactory results of the methods in practical applications.

With the application of genetic algorithms'(GA) chromosome codes, constraint condition and rehabilitation operator, this paper resolved multi-objectiveoptimization of bridge construction resources, and studied the object function's mathematical model. The models of resources optimization in the practical bridge construction was presented with Vc languages. The optimization results show that this method is feasible.
