The authenticity and transparency of voting methods must be guaranteed in today's digitally linked society. The power of blockchain technology and sophisticated optimization methods are combined in this research article to suggest a fresh strategy for overcoming these difficulties. The suggested voting system uses blockchain's decentralized structure to provide a safe and impenetrable platform for holding elections. Blockchain's built-in immutability and cryptographic capabilities are used by the proposed system to ensure voting process secrecy and transparency. The whole blockchain acts as an auditable and verifiable ledger, with each vote being recorded as a transaction inside a block. The system optimizes the distribution of resources, such as polling booths and staff, to save costs and maximize efficiency. It does this by using cutting-edge optimization algorithms. On the basis of a test dataset, a thorough simulation study is carried out to assess the efficacy of the suggested solution. The results show the system's capacity to maintain vote integrity while enhancing resource allocation generally and lowering the risk of fraud or manipulation. By offering a safe, open, and effective method, the research's results advance the area of voting systems. The suggested approach might completely alter how elections are run, fostering faith and confidence in the democratic system.

The paper is on technological parameters data processing and analysis for further input signal significance estimation. In the paper the data retrieving from distributed control system software and hardware complex historical database is described and the algorithm of data formatting and processing is presented along with the examples. The problem of input signal impact on thermal power plant technical-and-economic indices is addressed in the research. The chosen data analysis tools are described and the plots and diagrams used to illustrate the data are presented. The novel parameter and group of parameters visualization approach is introduced. The possible ways of automating the database interaction and data analysis are proposed. © 2021 IEEE.

In the world currently networked, web applications play an important role in running businesses and are considered potential favourites for cyber-attacks. This paper incorporates an all-inclusive framework of web application penetration testing towards improving security within web applications. There could be incorporation of some functionalities like sub-domain enumeration, URL discovery, and parameter identification, ultimately proving to be a versatile one-stop-shop solution for identifying probable security weaknesses. Given the benchmark usage of tools such as Sublist3r, Subfinder, and ParamSpider, our framework offers several optimizations such as an enhanced hybrid discovery mechanism, intelligent crawling, and ***-based real-time visualization. Our architecture as designed will, in effect, avoid redundancy by using mechanisms like caching and will make it efficient as well as accurate. The tool improved by up to 20-30 percent as compared to conventional methods in terms of finding more subdomains and better parameter discovery rates. Further, the framework ensures minimum execution time with the multithreaded architecture that makes it several times faster than any of the available tools. Most of these performance metrics are visualized in bar charts and pie charts, which show precisely why our tool is more beneficial than the tools currently used today. This framework is a giant step forward in the automation of penetration testing, as it forms a holistic, efficient, and user-oriented solution for security professionals. Further work will be oriented to the expansion of this tool by the incorporation of machine learning algorithms to further enhance the prediction precision of detected vulnerabilities.

Virtual reality (VR) is transforming how technology benefits society, including the areas of training, socialization, and entertainment. While VR's growth has been substantial, VR hardware and applications are inaccessible in many ways, excluding a large population from experiencing its benefits. Current VR controllers potentially create an accessibility barrier for older adults who may experience confusion with the complexity of buttons, triggers, and joysticks. In the presented work, we recruited ten older adult participants to develop and evaluate 3D printed VR controller prototypes for usability and learnability. A series of participatory design focus groups discussed participants' needs, opinions, and design preferences, while usability scales evaluated the prototypes. Iterations were implemented between sessions based on this feedback to further refine the designs. Findings suggest that a simplified VR controller layout can decrease confusion and increase learnability, potentially improving older adults' ability to interact with virtual environments. © 2022 IEEE.

UML is a graphical language that allows software engineers and developers to design, describe, and represent software systems. While UML cannot be defined as a programming language, it provides graphical representations which help software developers in understanding various results of programs or defects. UML diagrams are essential in software engineering as they offer a standardized approach for visually expressing system design and behavior. A clear and well-defined visual representation of the code's structure and flow allows developers to effectively allocate resources, set work priorities, and improve the overall efficiency of the development process. The interdependence of these diagrams requires their consistency, as any discrepancies may result in problems during software development processes that depend on them. Establishing defined consistency criteria and recognizing, analyzing, and resolving any differences is essential. This research study investigates the enhancement of software design by strategically choosing UML (Unified Modelling Language) diagrams, with a specific focus on Class, Sequence, Use Case, and Activity diagrams. This study aims to determine the advantages and suitable uses of each diagram form to improve the clarity and effectiveness of the design process. The study evaluates the strengths of different diagrams in various settings and contexts. It offers advice to assist in selecting the most appropriate diagram depending on specific design criteria. In our study, we provide a comprehensive analysis of the UML diagram. Also, we provide a decision-making method. The decision-makers will choose a suitable diagram for their project by following the phases.

The existence of the universal fractal spectra was demonstrated in a number of studies. The article considers a general approach demonstrating the occurrence of such spectra for various nature systems. It is based on two extremely general concepts: resonance and roughness of real physical systems. Application of the algorithm developed in the study causes the occurrence of two complementary fractals on the sets of rational and irrational numbers accordingly. Besides, it was shown that the power of equivalence classes of rational numbers is connected with well-known fact that resonance appears more easily for pairs of frequencies, which are small natural numbers. The aim of this study is to design English intelligent translation system based on 3D visualisation technology. B/S architecture is adopted, with the core functions on the server side and users accessing them through web browsers. Intuitive interactive experience is provided through 3D visualisation technology, and the system hierarchy and modular design improve maintainability. Advanced 3D rendering technology is used to display multi-dimensional data, and users perceive the translation process in the virtual environment. Experiments demonstrate that the system makes significant progress in improving user interaction experience and understanding of the translation process. This research provides practical ideas for the innovation of intelligent translation systems.

Swarm Intelligence (SI) algorithms, motivated by the group actions of natural systems. offer robust and efficient solutions to complex optimization problems. This review explores several key SI algorithms, including Cuckoo Search (CS), Firefly Algorithm (FA), Bat Algorithm (BA), and others. Each algorithm uses ideas from nature, like how ants find food and how bees interact with each other, to effectively solve nonlinear and multimodal problems. Comparative analysis focuses on convergence speed, solution quality, robustness, and computational complexity, highlighting the unique strengths and applicability of each algorithm. SI algorithms can be changed and scaled up or down easily, which makes them useful for dynamic and large-scale optimization tasks. This makes them future-proof solutions that can be used in many areas. Future research directions include new algorithms, hybrid approaches, real-world applications, and integration with machine learning techniques, promising continued advances and broader applicability. The development of SI algorithms is driven by their natural inspiration, simplicity, and potential for innovative applications, underscoring their importance in tackling diverse and complex challenges.
