Additionally, in order to circumvent the impossibility of solving mutual exclusion in asynchronous message passing systems.where processes can crash, some solutions include the use of (T+Sigma(l)) [3], which is the weakest failure detector to solve mutual exclusion in known static distributedsystems. In this paper, we define a new failure detector T Sigma(lr) which is equivalent to (T+Sigma(l)) in known static systems. and prove that T Sigma(lr) is the weakest failure detector to solve mutual exclusion in unknown dynamic systems.with partial memory losses. Recently, to cope with resource and environment problems, quantities of new energy sources have been exploited. Many of them are connected to the power distribution network in the form of distributed generation (DG). With the promotion of permeability of DGs, the direction and amplitude of fault currents arc dramatically influenced, making traditional protection unable to detect faults. Besides, with the development of cyber-physical systems.CPS), it is possible to gather more information to make comprehensive decisions to help detect a fault in power distribution network. This paper proposes a distributed fault-detecting mechanism in a CPS. Depending on the designed CPS structure, information of current and voltage from all nodes can be gathered in a subsystem. Furthermore, such information will be edge-computed, using the proposed algorithm and process of fault identification and location. Thus, varieties of fault can he effectively discovered and accurately located, in power distribution network with DGs.

The considerable development of electronic document management system in these last years has led to a large increase in the number of documents must be controlled and archived, etc. Therefore, this is important in forensic investigations, because identifying the writer could assist in solving a crime. However, there is a lack of works done in the case of online Arabic writer identification. In this paper, we propose a novel system to text independent writer identification from online Arabic handwriting. Our proposed system is based on the use of Beta-elliptic model in feature extraction. Moreover, we explore the potential utility of Deep Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory in classification. Experimental results admitted that the proposed system has a very good performance compared to the existing online Arabic writer identification systems.
