With the development of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things, the requirements for data applications of various types of services are constantly increasing in terms of breadth and depth. However, current power systems.are difficult to carry the performance requirements of the above-mentioned services. The research and application methods of micro-service platform based on the ubiquitous power Internet of Things can effectively solve the above problems. First of all, based on the micro-service platform, this paper implements the nearest processing of newly collected data, and provides high-value data to the upper-level platform to realize the overall regulation of business applications. Subsequently, performance evaluation is used as feedback data to improve the rationality of the deployment of new acquisition equipment, and further solve the problems of insufficient on-site deployment of ubiquitous power IoT equipment and no target for verification. The experimental results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.

Massive amount of IoT data poses unique challenges in centralized data management systems. Specifically, IoT data can originate from heterogeneous and distributed sources, and commonly regulations forbid data from different IoT stakeholders to be managed via central governance. To serve for IoT applications, recent proposals leverage distributed ledgers (e.g., blockchains) to function on top of distributed data storage with improved data interoperability. Unfortunately, most of them do not consider data security and privacy in the first place. Along with this transformative paradigm, in this paper, we propose a ledger-assisted architecture for secure distributed IoT data management. This architecture adapts searchable encryption to decentralized storage network to enable encrypted query processing. Meanwhile, it is designed to leverage the distributed ledger to harden both data and query integrity. To deal with continuously generated IoT data, we further devise an efficient secure data insertion protocol, and employ a recent variant of blockchain for users to validate updated query results in a scalable manner. Evaluations on Azure blockchain service confirm the practicality of our proposed architecture.

Present study on recommender systems.mainly focuses on the logical nature of the existence or non-existence of a priority relationship between the user and data item, regardless of the ratio or implicative relationship based on statistics between users and data items in a particular context. Therefore, this report proposes a new approach to recommender systems.based on data variation trends;such method will help form a new approach to recommender systems.on basis of knowledge available in the form of implicity by computation of partial derivatives for interestingness measurements. In addition, experiments aim at evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed model with traditional models based on using MSWeb dataset as empirical data, comparing and discussing the results obtained from the proposed model.

An important problem of designing distributed systems.is to provide a high level of data safety. To solve this problem, two main methods could be considered. The first method is to place the replicas of data files into computer network nodes. The second method is based on using a redundancy of data files' replicas (copies and prehistory's of replicas) in the network nodes. The paper considers formal models of these two methods that are followed by a brief description of the decision -making process to ensure the preservation of data safety. This process is supported by means of an automated complex consisting of two software modules. These modules solve the problem of the optimal use of the two presented methods, ensuring the data safety in distributed systems. Finally, the application of the proposed approach in the design of logistics and transportation systems.is discussed. (C) 2019 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

As a popular research topic in the area of distributed artificial intelligence, the multi-robot pursuit problem is widely used as a testbed for evaluating coordinated and cooperative strategies in multi-robot systems. This study the problem of multi-robot pursuit game using reinforcement learning (RL) techniques is studied. Unlike most existing studies that apply fully centralised deep RL methods based on the centralised-learning and decentralised-execution scheme, the authors propose a fully decentralised multi-agent deep RL approach by modelling each agent as an individual deep RL agent that has its own individual learning system (i.e. individual action-value function, individual leaning update process, and individual action output). To realise coordination among agents, the limited information of other environmental agents is used as input of the learning process. Experimental results show that both distributed and centralised approaches can ultimately solve the pursuit-evasion problem in different dimensions, but the learning efficiency and coordination performance of the proposed distributed approach are much better than the traditional centralised approach.

This paper deals with a stability analysis of general nonlinear systems.managed by a distributed model predictive control using a dual decomposition approach. The design of the DNMPC is done using an analytical solution with an approximation of the output using Taylor series. In order to test the stability of the closed-loop system, a relation between the order of the nonlinear system and the Taylor order is evaluated. The theoretical results are illustrated through a three tank system example. © 2019 IEEE.

In digital video communication systems. it is vital that a video is to be compressed for the reason that of storing capacities along with bit-rate constrictions. Video processing is completed by means of sum of absolute differences and with the assistance of image processing block set. Branching particle filtering is basically one which is used for background extraction that is further detracted from motion frames for object detection. The distance traveled by vehicle is calculated using movement of centroid over frames. In this paper, we developed object tracing for actual time video which demonstrates motion-compensated video dealing out by means of key point descriptor. Simulation outcomes verify that proposed method can trace objects underneath several circumstances like noisy and low-contrast situation, and it may also trace object of interest with partial obstruction and byzantine contextual.

With the massive growth of big data applications, the requirement for data processing speed is getting higher and higher in stream computing systems. The Storm, as one of the most popular distributed stream computing systems. has received more attention. However, the Storm's traditional scheduling strategy is not ideal for processing a large volume of streaming data. The resource scheduling in a distributed stream computing system should consider not only node allocation status but also fluctuating input rates of data stream. To address this problem, this paper has completed the following work: (1) A performance model La-Stream (latency-sensitive elastic adaptive scheduling) is proposed and built by adopting a quantitative method for calculating the amount of computation required between task map nodes and node communication. (2) A La-Stream based algorithm is proposed. The algorithm dynamically plans a resource allocation scheme with minimal data processing latency among available resources to achieve optimal allocation. (3) Three functional modules of La-steam are proposed and implemented: module Monitor, module Optimizer and module Scheduler. The three modules are integrated into the Storm platform with minimal overhead. Several sets of experiments are conducted, verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of La-Stream. © 2019 IEEE.

The dynamic performance of the conventional phaselocked loop (PLL) leads to frequency divergence and oscillations in the converter's power output. Thus, this paper implements improved third-order filter (ITOF) frequency-locked loop as an efficient grid converter control and theta (?) extraction method for utility synchronization (US). This manages the renewable energy sources (RES) based microgrid in both standalone and utility tied mode, while feeding loads with green and uninterrupted power. This control also provides a fast and accurate assessment of the harmonics component of load currents with their respective phases of synchronization to execute microgrid in its generic utility conditions. ITOF control is implemented with a frequency-locked loop (FLL), making the control frequency adaptive. Therefore, in comparison to the PLL approach, the implemented ITOF-FLL control has reduced complexity, faster, precise in frequency tracking and easier parameter tuning. This control algorithm eliminates harmonics of load current thereby reducing the total harmonic distortion (THD) of the PCC current. Accordingly reducing the THD within acceptable IEEE 519 limits. The behavior of the ITOF-FLL control under load and generation perturbation is validated by simulation results, which demonstrates its excellent performance. © 2020 IEEE.
