The principle and key technology of each module of flight control system of advanced UAV at home and abroad are analyzed and studied. Using Verilog HDL language optimization design completed sensor driver module, navigation control module, the flight control module and Avalon bus control module, such as using Altera corporation's latest SOPC design integrated tools Qsys constructs the IP core of navigation and control, and flight control IP core, the final design implements a dual-IP core navigation and control as the core of the UAV flight control system. Dual-IP core based on Qsys tool development of UAV flight control system not only instruction processing speed and occupy less hardware resources, and has high system integration, low cost, good robustness, refactoring is strong wait for an advantage, its performance is superior to the traditional micro controller and the DSP chip ordinary construction of UAV flight control system, has a certain application value and practical significance. To date, computerscience solves pattern recognition problems by highly task specific algorithms. Searching for a generic, unifying principle of pattern recognition, Benedetto et al. showed that compression is a good candidate: For the domain of text, approximating the mutual information of patterns by the achievable compression factors allows to detect similarity with surprising accuracy. Here we show that this principle is much more general than expected, since the common compressor gzip is able to solve a major computer vision problem, the classification of image categories. This result is remarkable for three reasons: Firstly, the applied compression programs were never designed for pattern recognition tasks of any kind;secondly, hardly any other method is able to deal with patterns as different as text and pixel images alike without any modification;thirdly, compression solves the entire task in a single step, without any data preprocessing, feature extraction or the need for parametrization. We will discuss the theoretical background of this finding and point out the role of compression in a yet to develop general theory of pattern recognition.

Safety is always a top concern in production. It is a critical issue for a country to guarantee the safety its citizen's lives and property, its social stability and reputation in the world. Thus, safety has become one of the great economical and social problems plaguing governments at all levels. In the past 30 years, the methods and applications of fault diagnosis has been very well researched in mathematical and physical approaches;however, the study on incident prevention has been very limited. This paper will report upon the INTEMOR intelligent real-time monitoring and incident prevention system. INTEMOR is a system that combines such advanced and diverse technologies as integrated distributed intelligent system, Internet, wireless communication, real-time control, database and computer vision, in order to address the need for real-time monitoring and control for process operation, fault diagnosis, incident prediction and prevention. The successful implementation of INTEMOR has brought significant results for industrial sectors and government agencies.
