In the current scenario the demand for high performance computing system increases day by day to achieve maximum computation in minimum time. Rapid growth of Internet or Internet based services, increased the interest in network based computing or on-demand computing systems like cloud computing system. High computing servers are being deployed in large quantity for cloud computing in form of data Centers through which many different services on internet are provide to the cloud users in a very smooth and efficient manner. A large distributed system is described as a data center that includes a huge quantity of computing servers connected by an efficient network. So the consumption of energy in such data centers is enormously very high. Not only the maintenance of the data centers are too exorbitant, but also socially very harmful. High vitality costs and immense carbon footprints are brought in these data centers because the servers needed a substantial amount of electricity for their computation as well as for their cooling. As cost of energy increases and availability decreases, focus should be shifted towards the optimization of data centre servers for best performance alone with the policies of less energy consumption to justify the level of service performance with social impact. So in this paper we proposed energy aware consolidation technique for cloud data centers based on prediction of future client's requests to increase the utilization of computing servers as per request of users/clients which associated some demand of cloud resources for maintain the power consumption in cloud.

Understanding the mechanisms of interaction between antigen-antibody systems is one of the most relevant problems in the field of Immunology, since, supported by computational tools and data mining techniques, it would be possible to implement new antibody design tools. As a first approach and taking advantage of microarray techniques, a biological pattern recognition pipeline is presented from multiple ProtoArray chips, based on data mining techniques and bioinformatic analysis. this new approach, proposes 3 key stages in data processing: cleaning, statistical-frequency clustering of antigens and characterization by bioinformatic methods. this methodology was tested in a set of 370,000 interactions (45 antibodies, 8,000 antigens), achieving an effective filtering and grouping, in addition, a group obtained is characterized, in order to test the proposed bioinformatic methods. It is expected that this new method allows the identification of patterns in a simple and efficient way from multidimensional sets generated by protein microarrays.

Choosing a career is an important objective for students and graduates, since the choice is done at a relatively early age, and based on several criteria. the right decision for choosing a career will affects positively on the academic level of students and professional life of the graduates, and vice versa. As a result the importance of career guidance increases. Career guidance services include three main components: career information, career counseling and career education. the main services models for cloud computing includes: software, platform and infrastructure (as a service), to satisfy the needs of different kinds of organizations. By using cloud computing concepts, we will open some important area that is likely to have positive implications for career guidance. From cloud computing point of view, we introduce the proposed application as Career-as-a-Service (CAAS) model. the identification of system inputs, outputs, and rules are controlled by fuzzy logic operations. the main objectives of the proposed system model includes: (1) help students to choose appropriate colleges that suitable to their academic ability;(2) help and support graduates to choose the appropriate job (or career) to their ability, scientific skills, and practical experiences;(3) provide graduates with the required training courses to accept them in a specific career;(4) to contribute for implementing an applied software product that can be used in relevant organization and companies in KSA and Egypt. this research study presents a prototype development of a career guidance system that provides a career guidance services to students and graduates automatically using fuzzy logic and cloud computing concepts.

Convolutional neural network, a best implementation of deep learning in the field of image recognition, attracts more and more attention of researchers with its excellent performance and great potential. Generally, in the case of a sufficient number of samples, in order to achieve higher recognition accuracy, increasing the depth of the network is an effective method. However, as the depth of the network increases, it will also bring some problems. Choosing the right depth is important for the design of the network. In this paper, we mainly study the performance difference of neural networks with the same total convolution kernels but different depths. We designed six networks with a total of 720 convolution kernels. the number of convolutional layers in each network is 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 layers, respectively. On the LZU leaf dataset, we found that the network with 5 layers of convolutions achieved the highest recognition accuracy of 94.36%. As the depth of the network deepens, the accuracy shows a tendency to rise first and then decrease. this research provides a reference for the depth selection when we design the network.

Vibration-based structural health monitoring (VSHM) employs vibration signals as observables from which inferences are made concerning the integrity of structural systems. More specifically, the premise of this work is to detect damage through changes in a set of features extracted from the vibration signals. A major challenge in this regard is that false positives may arise due to the influence of environmental and operational variabilities (EOVs). Environmental variabilities, e.g. shifts in temperature and humidity, introduce changes in mechanical properties. these changes are reflected in the vibration response and can reduce the probability of detecting damage in a structure. this paper conducts a comparative study between a novel semi-supervised damage detection approach and a well known cointegration-based scheme to deal with EOVs. the novel approach uses the pattern recognition capability of an artificial neural network (ANN) to learn how EOVs affect a Mahalanobis distance-based damage index in a reference state. the cointegration-based scheme seeks to mitigate the EOVs by computing stationary linear combinations of non-stationary output response signals. the merits of the damage detection methods are examined in the context of a mass-spring system, which is exposed to a simulated temperature field that renders the output response non-stationary. the system is analysed in a reference state and a perturbed state in which damage is emulated by reducing a single spring stiffness by 2%. Both methods are evaluated with the area under the curve (AUC) for receiver operating characteristic (ROC) and the false alarm rate. the results show that the ANN-based damage detection approach outperforms the cointegration-based one in this particular example. © 2020 European Association for Structural Dynamics. this paper presents a `Unified Side Channel Attack Model' (USCA-M). the USCA-M model is compiled by the research undertaken of side-channel attacks (SCAs) from published journal articles and conference papers between 2015-2019. the research found that SCAs can be categorised into three main areas: SCA types, SCA methods and SCA techniques. By using this categorisation as a foundation, the USCA-M was compiled. USCA-M has three main contributions to the research field:1.A unified model that can categorize present and future SCA vulnerabilities and exploit techniques found.2.A reference point for organisations to be able to identify and place a found SCA within a common or unified *** decomposition of SCA methods and techniques into identifiable components to assist in the defence of SCAs, such as code pattern recognition.

this paper addresses the problem of continuously finding highly correlated pairs of time series over the most recent time window. the solution builds upon the ParCorr parallel method for online correlation discovery and is designed to run continuously on top of the UPM-CEP data streaming engine through efficient streaming operators. the implementation takes advantage of the flexible API of the streaming engine that provides low level primitives for developing custom operators. thus, each operator is implemented to process incoming tuples on-the-fly and hence emit resulting tuples as early as possible. this guarantees a real pipelined flow of data that allows for outputting early results, as the experimental evaluation shows.
