cloud computing is predominantly regarded as a unique energy-efficient way of resource consumption for the IOT. The cloud computing technology offers businesses and users of cloud applications with remote computational resources. Both technologies extend a broad range of new opportunities for applications that are adaptable when combined with the Internet of Things. Modern weather forecasting methods focus heavily on anticipating cloud expansion predicting the load on cloud computing services becomes a research focus to arrange the resources strategically and economically for software and hardware of cloud computing. These often consume less energy than conventional on-premises systems because of dedicated servers for cloud platforms, better capacity utilization, and scale economies due to the use of bigger, more energy-efficient datacenters. Misleading cloud forecasts can result in a significant amount of ambiguity in meteorological data considering the essential function that clouds play in the planet's climate system and Insufficient high-resolution datasets with extensive historical records internationally, few studies have attempted to use machine learning to address this difficult challenge and hence this article is written based on the forecasting methods and techniques that are used in previous references and the techniques. © 2023 IEEE.

cloud computing stores consumer data on third-party servers and provides high-quality, high-performance services. Innovative cloud computing offers flexible infrastructure and simple access, but security challenges persist. Blockchain design uses distributed ledgers to store transaction information across network nodes. Consensus processes verify all system transactions and prevent data changes. Literature study and bibliometric assessment are used to evaluate blockchain-based authentication methods from 2018 to 2023. We evaluate the amount and quality of empirical evidence on blockchain-based authentication and access control solutions. The experts believed that this study topic is vital and may assist future scholars in connecting information and technology. This research may interest blockchain technology researchers and practitioners interested in notable people, subjects, and historical events. Journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters have a worldwide impact on research communities, according to this bibliometric analysis. R bibliometric studies and their methods are described in this article. Visualization clarifies many cloud authentication research topics. © 2023 IEEE.

A new technology called Mobile cloud computing (MCC) support in raising the quality of mobile services. The rise of computational offloading in MCC is a result of its rapid developments. There is a wide range of application types, including mobile games with online access, internet browsing, audio and video calls, and healthcare applications. Utilizing a mobile cloud system to distribute and store these applications could save batteries and memory by avoiding large computations. This paper presents Dynamic Load Balancing Framework for Context Sensitive Offloading Scheme in Mobile cloud computing, In this paper, they propose a new framework that makes dynamic load balancer to efficiently in allocating resources. U sing context-aware offloading decision algorithms, code can be offloaded at runtime depending on the device context, wireless medium, and potential cloud resources to offload code. The described resource allocation approach effectively distributes resources to increase application processing speed for data and cloud resources stored depending on various mobile device contexts, and produce significant performance improvement. © 2023 IEEE.

The increasing reliance on e-healthcare systems, especially within cloud environments, has prompted concerns regarding the susceptibility of patient health records to insider attacks. These attacks pose a substantial risk, potentially resulting in the manipulation of health records, unauthorized data usage, and significant financial losses stemming from data breaches. Furthermore, healthcare institutions face legal and reputational repercussions, underscoring the crucial need for effective detection methods. Here it aims to address the pressing requirement for securing e-healthcare systems by introducing an innovative framework for identifying insider attacks. The proposed approach integrates watermarking extraction and logging detection techniques to distinguish between lawful and unlawful intrusions into the system. An audit trail is implemented to monitor user activities, creating a comprehensive record for subsequent analysis. The evaluation of the framework demonstrates outstanding precision, recall, and accuracy, establishing it as a robust solution for mitigating insider threats in cloud-based Healthcare systems. The implementation employs practical software tools such as HeidSQL and NetBeans IDE 7.4, showcasing its feasibility and accessibility for adoption in real-world scenarios. The suggested framework signifies a notable advancement in securing e-healthcare systems, addressing the potential ramifications of misinformation in patient health records and its subsequent impact on individual treatments and outcomes. By bolstering detection capabilities, this research contributes to the overall resilience of healthcare systems operating in cloud environments. © 2024 IEEE.

Most power companies are undergoing a critical period of digital transformation, and information systems are an important carrier of digital transformation. The success of digitalization depends on whether the support of information systems is comprehensive and reliable. The operation modes of information systems are diverse, and the functions of information systems are also closely related to power applications. The scheduling of data applications and computing resources in various aspects of power varies greatly, making it difficult to unify scheduling. There are also various types of computing power, such as traditional processors and graphics processors. In response to this issue, this article proposes a heterogeneous computing resource scheduling method for the operation of power information systems. Firstly, analyze the computing resources and arrange the tasks of the computing resources in a unified manner according to the requirements of computing power invocation and task requirements. Secondly, based on the classification of computing resource types in the process of power production and construction, a secondary compilation of widely distributed computing resources is carried out, with a focus on meeting the computing needs of important power nodes. Simultaneously considering the inclusion of cloud computing resources in the computing power resource scheduling system, cloud computing resources are allocated for decentralized small-scale computing power requests to improve computing power scheduling planning. To promote the efficient operation, management, and maintenance of information systems, provide strong support for the development of power production work, and standardize and improve the operation mode of information systems, so that the power information system has high timeliness and reliability. © COPYRIGHT 2024 SPIE. This paper, addressing the lack of interaction between context and modalities and the deficiency in speaker dependency in dialogue sentiment analysis, proposes a multimodal fusion method based on cross-modal attention. This method leverages cross-modal attention to facilitate pairwise interaction of textual, audio, and visual modality information. Additionally, it introduces a Speaker Dependency Encoder (SDE) network that divides historical dialogues and speaker features according to the identity of the speakers. This network divides historical conversations and speaker features according to speaker identity, and uses attention mechanism to explore inter-speaker and intra-speaker dependence from the divided conversations and speaker features respectively. The above dependencies are then spliced to obtain the speaker dependencies at the current moment. A multimodal dialogue sentiment analysis network, Speaker Guide Emotion Network (SGEN), is proposed, which combines the modal fusion network CMA and speaker feature generation network SDE proposed in this paper to undertake the task of multimodal dialogue sentiment analysis. © 2024 SPIE.

The environment of cloud computing (CC) offer, its users a platform to exchange resources, services, and information. With an increased demand for data, the cloud faces security threats and vulnerabilities. Organizations are more vulnerable to Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks and hackers are focusing on the application layer. Due to low resource consumption, it is hard to detect such attacks caused by low and slow DDoS. Slow read HTTP DDoS is one among them, it is a tricky attack that interrupts regular network activities in the application layer through abnormal traffic. Linear Discriminant Algorithm (LDA)is a conventional technique for detecting attacks in the cloud. Random Forest, Naive Bayes, and Decision tree classifiers are applied for comparison. The proposed algorithm shows a high accuracy rate of 98.7% for detecting DDoS attacks in the cloud. © 2023 IEEE.

cloud computing is a well-established paradigm that is gaining popularity due to its high performance, elastic, and scalable computing resources over the internet. These features make it an it an appropriate platform to schedule complex scientific workflows over it. Workflow scheduling is considered NP-hard in nature. Scientists face a challenge when scheduling scientific workflow in a cloud due to its security, heterogeneity, and dynamic nature. Although there have been many studies on workflow scheduling in relation to grid and cluster computing throughout the years, not many of them have been specifically designed for the cloud. Furthermore, the earlier research did not take into account the fundamentals of cloud infrastructure, like varying performance of Virtual Machine (VM), acquire delay, virtual machine (VM) startup and shutdown times, bandwidth of channel, communication delay, and other QoS parameters. To fulfill the deadline and minimize the total computation cost, this research suggests a hybrid model based on Genetic Algorithms (GA) with appropriate heurist techniques. Heuristic techniques aid in producing high-quality seed to improve the performance of GA in its convergence rate. For this, we have applied Predict Earliest Finish Time (PEFT) and Heterogeneous Earliest Finish Time using Task Duplication (HEFT-TD) during the initialization of the population. We have used cutting-edge techniques in the genetic algorithm's crossover and mutation operators. Our hybrid paradigm considered varying performance of virtual machine, acquisition delay, booting time, and shutdown time of VMs. We performed our experiment on the simulator WorkflowSim on four types of scientific workflows. The outcomes show that the recommended approach performs workflow scheduling with the lowest costs and makespan when compared to other algorithms, demonstrating its exceptional superiority. © 2024 IEEE.
