cloud-based data access control security systems (CSDA) are the most versatile and elegant choice for SMEs and mid-sized enterprises. Storage, The idea of 'the cloud' refers to the use of remote servers and data centers maintained by a third party, in this example, an internet service provider. There is no longer a need to invest in specialized data storage facilities due to the availability of on-demand data storage infrastructure with elastic storage capacity and variable storage prices. Authentication of Internet of Things devices is crucial for establishing that linked gadgets are what they claim to be. To reduce the likelihood of malicious behavior, access control regulates the access to the resources under the conditions. For cloud storage to function, at least one data server must be connected to the internet. Data supplied over the internet to a data server might be stored in 'the cloud,' where a copy of the data is kept. When necessary, the user may access this information through a web-based interface. The major issues with cloud computing are related to people's expectations of privacy and data security. Cryptography and other security methods may help keep personal information safe and secure. The data is separated into smaller bits by using a cloud storage service that relies on blockchain technology (BT). Then, it disperses this additional security over the network. Blockchain features such as hashing, private key encryption, and transaction ledgers make this possible. CSDA-BT cloud storage is a new approach to archiving data and other digital artifacts in the cloud. Files may be accessed and viewed from any location with an internet connection. The cloud has several benefits, including easy accessibility, backups, and high availability. To stay competitive while becoming closer to their customers, cloud storage businesses must work on lowering pricing and making storage faster. Cheap data storage enables novel forms of expression. © 2024 IEEE.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is a rapidly evolving technology that has the potential to revolutionize the way we interact with the world around us. IoT refers to the interconnection of physical devices, vehicles, buildings, and other objects (including cloud) that are embedded with sensors, software, and network connectivity, allowing them to collect and exchange data. The data collected by these devices can be analyzed to provide insights that can be used to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experiences. IoT architecture provides a systematic way of interaction between different components within the ecosystem. However each IoT architecture has its advantages and shortcomings. Also with respect to different industry requirements we need to look for different IoT architectures and designs. This literature review focuses on the recent developments in some well-known IoT architectures such as Three Layered Architecture, Four Layered Architecture, SDN Docker Based Architecture, and cloud and Fog Architecture, emphasizing the basic fundamentals, key layers - Perception/Sensing, Network, Processing, and Application layers - and their roles in enhancing system efficiency and user experience. © 2024 IEEE.

The research focuses on how augmented reality (AR) and the Internet of Things (IoT) might work together to create a novel retail environment. This integrated system revolutionizes how customers engage with products by fusing the digital and real worlds. Smartphones and other devices with AR capabilities allow customers to virtually try on products before purchasing. Smart mirrors and sensor-enabled shelving are just two examples of the IoT-powered interactive displays available today. These fusions of AR and the IoT improve the retail experience and facilitate choice. Capturing data from the physical environment, sensors allow for customized experiences. The extensive product data stored by cloud services paves the way for rapid data processing. However, there are obstacles, such as ensuring data privacy and security and coordinating AR-IoT smoothly. Finding a happy medium between technological complexity and ease of use is essential for a satisfying buying experience. The combination of AR and the IoT broadens the retail experience and has the potential to revolutionize the way people purchase. © 2024 IEEE.

In the past few years, fog computing (FC) has emerged as a promising complement to cloud computing. It offers reduced latency, minimal bandwidth consumption, and real-time data transfer. In healthcare, particularly in IoT-enabled systems, FC integration has become pivotal for real-time monitoring and immediate data transfer to health experts. The researchers all around the world proposed and developed various communication frameworks and come up with certain outputs in terms of quality-of-service parameters (QoS). However, these QoS parameters are not always appropriate for effective execution of the application. Following that, this study explores the integration of FC with multi-objective Optimization Algorithms (such as FFLY and GWO) to optimize crucial quality of service (QoS) metrics using a proposed linear function to optimize multi objectives, essential for sustained communication. The research focuses on optimizing multi objectives in healthcare monitoring systems. Experimental results reveal the superiority of the Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) over the Firefly Algorithm (FFLY). This study emphasizes the crucial significance of multi-objective optimisation algorithms in optimizing critical parameters for successful healthcare communication frameworks, which can lead to improvements in healthcare monitoring efficiency. © 2024 Bharati Vidyapeeth, New Delhi.

The streaming characteristics of the data, which are observed to be highly dynamic, induce more research challenges. The resource consumption in terms of computation complexity, storage, energy and security of data centers are under intense research focus. This article intends to review the methods to enhance the operational efficiency of data centers by the deployment of field programmable gate arrays (FPGA Device). Since high-performance computation in data centers is in huge demand, this article addresses the issues in handling the data despite challenges persisting in the conventional schemes. The key enabling technologies such as big data and cloud computing that support the positive outgrowth of FPGAs in data centers are also reviewed with their challenges involved. The novel architectures put forward by researchers are compiled and presented with the detailed analysis on FPGA based data management in data centers with more promising research directions on the horizon for the researchers. © 2024 IEEE.

With the widely application of cloud, a series of privacy challenges arise. Generally, encryption methods are used to ensure privacy, which may result in high computation and communication overheads. Access control is another fundamental and important measure to protect resources. Usually cloud computing systems are managed through RESTful web services and users can conduct access control measures like role-based access control (RBAC) to manage the permissions to RESTful resources. By running integration test, test cases and the corresponding RESTful permissions can be parsed out automatically. We are the first to define the role engineering problem based on integration test and summarize three metrics for role engineering. Then we propose a novel role engineering method based on spectral clustering analysis which supporting more feature set such as permission weight, role hierarchy and customized number of roles. Finally, we conduct experiments using real integration test on three cloud computing systems to demonstrate the effectiveness and performance, outperforming prior works. © 2023 IEEE.

The information is finally obtained by involving cryptography in the encryption stage and can be simply acquired by the client and server. The health of bearings in mechanical equipment is crucial for production safety and stable operation. The vibration signal of a bearing contains abundant fault information, accurately reflecting its health condition. In this paper, the feature extraction algorithm for vibration signals is being studied and optimized for various bearing fault characteristics. In the time domain, statistical methods are applied to extract the peak value, root-mean-square (RMS), and other indicators reflecting the signal amplitude and energy. In the frequency domain analysis, Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is used to find the characteristic frequency, and the operating quality of the bearing is determined through harmonic analysis[1]. In the time-frequency domain analysis, Wavelet Transform (WT) and Wigner-Ville distribution are utilized to extract the features of the non-stationary signals[2]. Combining these methods optimizes the feature selection logic further. Dimensionality reduction techniques, such as Principal Component Analysis (PCA), are utilized along with adaptive filtering and other methods for reducing noise in the original signal[3]. For the extracted features, a support vector machine (SVM)-based classifier design and optimization are conducted[4]. Simulation experiments are carried out using MATLAB to validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm for identifying fault types such as outer ring, inner ring, rolling body, and cage. The experimental results show that the algorithm exhibits high precision and recall in fault diagnosis, especially in complex noisy environments, while still maintaining good performance. This performance is superior to that of traditional methods. The optimization process and analysis method proposed in this study significantly enhance the accuracy of bearing fault diagnosis, offer reliable technical support for condition monitoring and maintenance of mechanical equipment, and hold significant application value for intelligent manufacturi

In the cloud, data security issues such as data leakage and maliciously access frequently occurs. Deploying strict security controls on the information flows in the cloud can effectively prevent such problems from happening. How to accurately control the information flows in the cloud and provide an intuitive way of auditing has become an indispensable need to enhance data security. This paper proposes an auditable and secure information flow control (ASIFC) module for PaaS cloud. By using decentralized information flow control model, ASIFC strictly controls the inter-process communication such as pipes, shared memory, and message queues, accurately and intuitively controlling the information flows in the cloud. Moreover, based on NetworkX, a log-driven visualization interface which can display flow direction of information in PaaS cloud is offered, providing understandable content for auditing. The performance evaluation results show that the module outperforms FlowK and Flume in micro-benchmark. © 2023 IEEE.

cloud-edge collaboration has emerged as a promising architecture for executing Internet of Things (IoT) tasks with different requirements. Currently, the cloud-edge collaboration architecture assumes the cloud layer is not directly visible to terminals. The quality of service (QoS) evaluation metrics for cloud-edge task offloading studies mainly focus on latency, energy consumption, and cost. In this paper, a cloud-edge collaboration architecture including an offloading agent is presented, in which cloud-edge heterogeneous resources are treated as a logical resource pool. The agent assigns appropriate cloud or edge nodes to the tasks based on their characteristics. The task offloading problem is modeled as a multi-objective optimization problem with respect to energy consumption, computation time, and throughput rate. A genetic Algorithm based on the elite retention strategy is used to solve the problem. The results show that the algorithm improves the overall optimization performance compared to the baseline algorithm. © 2023 IEEE.
