In densely populated areas, managing traffic laws has become more difficult due to the rising number of cars on the road. One of the most critical components of effective traffic management and improved mobility is real-time traffic monitoring systems. Consequently, precise and dependable real-time traffic information has always been essential for cars and drivers. Many other approaches have been suggested as potential answers to the issues plaguing traffic conditions recently. A different approach is VCC or vehicle cloud computing. In addition, an advanced model called an Iot-aided robotic (IoRT), which uses cameras and Internet of Things (IoT) detector nodes to gather actual traffic information, has been created. Two deep learning methods, one based on improved LeNet-5 for real-time signs for traffic identification and the other on the Inception-V3 model for detecting and identifying traffic lights, are the critical contributions provided by this research effort. Additionally, to decrease road accidents, the ideal distance between barriers and ultrasonic sensors was determined by analyzing the timing and speed of ultrasonic waves. Data acquired by cameras and sensors is analyzed using a variety of image processing algorithms before being uploaded to the cloud and made accessible to commuters and drivers via a mobile app. According to the test findings, the suggested models are far more accurate. The expanded GTSRB (EGTSRB) dataset achieved 98.89% accuracy while the German Traffic Sign Recognition Benchmark (GTSRB) dataset achieved 98.23% accuracy using the modified LeNet-5. The second model achieved a precision of 99.7 percent using data from the Laboratory for the Intelligent and Safe Automobiles (LISA). The results of this study beat previous research on comparable traffic monitoring systems by 2.13% for traffic light recognition and detection and by 4.89% for traffic sign identification. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG

robotics technology in the modern world is currently being implemented in medical fields to improve the quality of care and patient outcomes. In the proposed system, the robotics technology is used for physiotherapy. In the existing physiotherapy robot devices, there is no feature that provides exercise for every joint of the fingers and the wrist. Therefore, in this system, we used forward kinematics technologies to address each joint of the fingers and wrist thatcan access by the physiotherapist. We have designed the robot hand using the solid work and implemented 3D model then assembled system was tested again using different scenarios. Most existing robotic systems provide finger and wrist exercises separately, but our system can provide all exercises simultaneously. In here, we can predict the next exercises that are given for the patient and the progress of the rehabilitation of the patient. For the prediction, we developed the models using the FB prophet algorithm. When using this device, the patient's hand exercises are monitored in real-time and the physiotherapist can see the angles of the hand movement while controlling the robot device. To control this robot device, we used a mobile application. © 2020 IEEE.

Scratches are a common phenomenon in the production of the PET bottle preform, and traditional inspection by human eyes bring troubles to the automatic production process. In this paper, deep learning algorithm was used to detect PET bottle preform scratches. The detection algorithm based on YOLOv4 neural network was proposed. The detection effect was tested under different scratch degrees, which provide accurate information for automatic production picking of the PET bottle preform. The average detection time of a single image was 0.154s, and the shortest detection time was 0.133s. © 2020 IEEE.

According to the recommendation algorithm based on deep learning, this article will verify the validity of the recommendation model through Item2vec and DeepFM models. To analyze the relationship between historical user behavior data and the users of the product are interested in, the Spark SQL scripts can be run according to statistical analysis methods, and generate the training set and test set, which is needed by train the model, and build predictive models, and get the collection of products that each user is interested in and improve the prediction effect through model optimization. Experimental verification and analysis show that the recommendation system can handle massive amounts of user and product data. It can also extract features from these data for training automatically, which is conducive to improving the quality and efficiency of users' shopping decisions. we first complete feature extraction based on the processed data set. At present, the most used feature extraction method is feature extraction based on artificial experience and statistical methods. However, because the actual application scenarios of the recommendation system are often more complicated, we used Spark SQL scripts to extract features in experiments. First, extract the experimental data from the distributed database, and use the workflow scheduling script to generate the data set required for model training and testing. © 2021 IEEE.

The implementation comprises of the Motor schema for the navigation of robot and Gale Shapley (GS) algorithm for stable match of seed and yield combination. How can users use search to make sense of Smart City offers? On the one hand, of course much information is available on the Web and is supposedly easily accessible to search. On the other hand, Smart Cities aim for data-driven urban transformation, and build a variety of new systems and data sources. Yet it is not yet fully clear which (new) approaches are needed to make these accessible to search. In the attempt to break up silos and make information more open, new types of silos or inaccessible systems can come up. It is of course rather easy to find restaurants or the list of city services. But that cannot be all we want from our cities. We need support in dealing with the higher complexity of information and services, and ideally more integrated ways of accessing them. © 2021 CEUR-WS. A causal approach to the description of the decision-making problem is considered in the work from a systemic perspective. A methodology and a model for assessing the effectiveness of activities to implement the adopted decisions are proposed. Causal representations were used as a theoretical basis for evaluating the effectiveness. In accordance with this, the Markov chain was used as a mathematical basis for assessing the effectiveness of a sequence of actions aimed at implementing the adopted decision. An operator form for representing transformations is proposed. © 2020 IEEE.
