In order to improve the efficiency of flexible job workshop scheduling and production with the goal of maximum completion time, this paper analyzes the encoding and decoding methods of genetic algorithm, the method of population initialization, and sets the corresponding genetic operator parameters. Use prohibited search algorithm which rely on the initial solution to eliminate repetitive work and jump out of the local optimal solution. Firstly, the initial population uses genetic algorithm to search in the global solution space quickly and parallelly. After the iteration ends, prohibited conditions are set in the local region to search again. the hybrid genetic prohibited search algorithm is used to test benchmark sample data, and the results show that the algorithm can reduce the shop completion time within the specified number of iterations, which verifies the feasibility of the algorithm. © 2022 IEEE.

With the rapid development of computer technology and the expansion of the Internet, intrusions on the Internet have become more frequent. With the development of machine learning technology, people apply machine learning technology to the anomaly detection of network traffic. However, traditional traffic classification not only relies on complex features, but also extracts users' private content, which has a negative impact on users. It is already difficult to meet the current increasingly large-scale network. Due to the rapid development of deep learning recently, it has very good applications in many fields. In this article, on the basis of it, we use Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and long-and short-term memory networks, and comprehensively put forward corresponding intrusion detection models based on the actual classification characteristics of the data set and model, optimization is performed. © 2022 IEEE.

It has become a trend to obtain news information through network media, but everyone has different tendencies. People are more willing to browse the news they are interested in, so news recommendation becomes very important. the recommendation algorithm can screen out the news that the user is interested in from the massive information, so as to alleviate the problem of information overload in the era of big data. Deep learning model, this paper used to mining the characteristics of the users and news, to learn and build the model, the traditional recommendation algorithm of sparse matrix and the disadvantage of cold start, the experimental results show that this model adopted by the run on Adressa 1G data set is good, at the same time, accuracy and recall rate compared with the traditional collaborative filtering algorithm is improved, so this recommendation works well. © 2022 IEEE.

Semantic segmentation technology based on deep learning has played an important role for doctors in identifying brain tumor regions and formulating treatment plans. Popular automated segmentation methods for brain tumors include 2D and 3D convolution networks. the 3D networks give better results but lead to a significant increase in parameters and computational cost. In this paper, we propose a lightweight brain tumor segmentation network composed of 3D inverted residual modules, which can significantly reduce the computational complexity of 3D models. Based on a lightweight depthwise separable convolution, our 3D inverted residual module extracts high-dimensional brain tumor features through an intermediate expansion layer, thus improving performance. On the brain tumor dataset BraTS 2018, our network achieves dice scores of 80.8%, 90.7%, and 84.3% (for ET, WT, and TC, respectively) with only 0.68M parameters and 51.46G FLOPs. the results show that our method can significantly reduce the complexity of the 3D model and achieve very competitive performance. © 2022 ACM.

this paper deals with allocating resources for virtual network requests in the underlying substrate of an infrastructure provider (INP). this is called the virtual network embedding problem. A client's virtual network request (VNR) is accepted if the INP's Virtual Network Embedding (VNE) agent successfully maps all the virtual nodes and links to suitable substrate nodes and links satisfying the CPU and bandwidth requirements of nodes and links. We consider a scenario where multiple INPs exist, catering to the VNR requests of their respective clients. In this paper, we have used a Federated Deep Reinforcement Learning (Federated DRL) approach, where the INPs individually train their agents based on DRL. During the training, the DRL agent learns to map the virtual nodes to substrate nodes. Subsequently, the INPs operators learn collaboratively by sharing only the respective trained model information, without revealing any detailed vital information to each other. the federated reinforcement learning model is implemented using TensorFlow;the VNRs arrival is modeled using SimPy package, and the network graphs for virtual and substrate networks are created using the NetworkX package. the proposed solution accepts around 5% more VNRs, accumulates around 7% more revenue, and performs around 10% better in terms of the revenue to embedding cost ratio compared to existing algorithms.

As wind farms are integrated into power systems, synchronous condensers (SCs) could play an important role in support of reactive power, inertia, short-circuit current, and working as a voltage source. In practical projects and various places, the deployment of SC has verified its functions, and the stability of the power system has been improved. Battery energy storage system (BESS), as a relatively mature energy storage technology, can bring frequency support to the power system. therefore, it also retains the advantages of power electronics, providing reactive power and a fast response to the power system. In this paper, we review the development of both techniques and discuss the future feasibility of hybrid systems. In addition to analyzing the existing hybrid systems of SC and BESS in parallel, we also propose a novel type of hybrid system, which may be one of the development directions of hybrid systems and renewable energy power systems. © IET conference proceedings. In the industrial production process, the rolling bearing failures of huge mechanical equipment such as CNC machine tools frequently occur, which seriously affects the production performance and service life of the machine tools. In order to identify the types of faults in rolling bearings and improve the safety of the equipment, this paper presents a fault diagnosis method on account of an improved Convolution Neural Network (CNN). the improved CNN model is to add a convolutional layer before the fully connected layer, after several convolutional layers and several pooling layers, and use an improved stochastic gradient descent training algorithm with momentum to speed up the training speed to enhance the serviceability of the model. Traditional fault diagnosis methods are time-consuming, high in labor costs and low in work efficiency. the method in this paper improves the intelligence of the rolling bearing of CNC machine tools fault diagnosis process, improves the correctness of fault diagnosis, and adapts to the characteristics of big data fault diagnosis. Finally, the data set of Case Western Reserve University's rolling bearing database is used for experimental verification. the experimental results reveal that this method has a high recognition accuracy rate for various types and severity of rolling bearing faults, and has good practicability and application prospect. © 2022 IEEE.

I/O constitutes a significant portion of most of the application run-time. Spawning many such applications concurrently on an HPC system leads to severe I/O contention. thus, understanding and subsequently reducing I/O contention induced by such multi-tenancy is critical for the efficient and reliable performance of the HPC system. In this study, we demonstrate that an application's performance is influenced by the command line arguments passed to the job submission. We model an application's I/O behavior based on two factors: past I/O behavior within a time window and user-configured I/O settings via command-line arguments. We conclude that I/O patterns for well-known HPC applications like E3SM and LAMMP are predictable, with an average uncertainty below 0.25 (A probability of 80%) and near zero (A probability of 100%) within a day. However, I/O pattern variance increases as the study time window lengthens. Additionally, we show that for 38 users and at least 50 applications constituting approximately 93000 job submissions, there is a high correlation between a submitted command line and the past command lines made within 1 to 10 days submitted by the user. We claim the length of this time window is unique per user. © 2025 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).
