Shooting is one of the most popular Olympic Games in India As for now Shooting contributed 4 out of 35 Olympic medals for the country. thus, the presented paper aims to expose some advanced training methodologies in order to achieve the maximum potential of this kind of sport. this paper also describes an implementation of an AI-based system for shooting posture evaluation and feedback by employing computer vision and sophisticated posture recognition methods in real-time control system. For image acquisition and processing, the system incorporates OpenCV and, for body landmarks detection, it uses MediaPipe's pose estimation models. It therefore computes outstanding angles as well as changes in relation to these postures to allow users to correct their positioning. Refinement of the training process in the usage of weapons is evident by adoption of the proposed solution that has displayed efficient concerning the professional shooters, military personnel, and the target consumers. the ability of the system to give real-time accurate feedback on the participants' posture while at the same time increasing the training quality and performance efficiency minimizes the gap between conventional and contemporary technological approaches in shooting training. this research also discusses the utility of the system in multiple shooting disciplines and situations. through the use of real-time video data and through the utilization of sophisticated machine learning algorithms, the system is able to tailor feedback depending on the shooting position or shooting posture or tactic that the user signifies to the system. thus, the proper combination of real-time posture assessment guarantees that users get necessary feedback instantly and apply it in the process of enhancing their technique. the research therefore establishes the role of the system in enhancing training efficiency and effectiveness;though this study could be relevant to other fields such as security, the application

the foundation of the education systems all around the world were shaken up when Covid-19 started spreading its roots worldwide. India of course was no exception to it. While the education sector in India was already undergoing a transformation with the NEP 2020 policy, all the schools and colleges had to be shut down urgently due to the rapid spread of Covid-19. Almost overnight students and teachers had to switch to online learning. At the onset of lockdown around 250 million students were affected due to closure of educational institutes in India. While there was a massive decline in learning outcomes, the physical and mental well-being of the students was also severely impacted. Students lost touch with being socially physical and alternated to being present on social media. However humans are social animals. With deprivation, came a sense of loneliness and that's when physical and mental wellness issues started taking over leading to psychiatric disorders. Our generation are the leaders of the next and ensuring the wellbeing of young minds is a must. thus there is a need to study and find out just how much Covid-19 is impacting our students and their lives using Artificial Intelligence cum machine learning and furthermore act upon it to find solutions to help them. In this paper, we have approached the above problem using the Binary Classification Predictive Model with different logical neural networks. © 2023 IEEE.

Object detection in road scenes is a crucial component of autonomous driving. Due to the significant variations in target scales, it is prone to false positives, false negatives, and some underperforming devices cannot deploy the state-of-the-art detectors. To address these issues, we propose a lightweight algorithm based on an improved YOLOv8. We simplify the model by using the FasterNet Block from FasterNet to replace the BottleNeck module in YOLOv8's backbone network C2f, reducing parameters and floating-point computations. We also enhance feature extraction by substituting RFCAConv for the downsampling standard convolution in C2f. Additionally, we introduce Wise-IoU to replace the original activation function, directing the network's focus towards anchor boxes of average *** promote effective fusion of original, shallow, and deep features, we introduce the BiFPN structure to replace YOLOv8's PAN structure. Furthermore, a small object detection layer is added to the head to handle the drastic scale variations in road scenes. Experimental results on the SODA10M dataset demonstrate that the improved YOLOv8 model achieves a 55.8% mAP@0.5 and a 35.5% mAP@0.5:0.95. the model's parameter count, size, and floating-point computations decrease by 58.3%, 57.0%, and 21.1%, respectively. Analysis of the experimental results confirms that the proposed model is effective and superior, striking a balance between detection accuracy and model lightweightness. © 2024 SPIE.

the growing demand for sustainable transportation has positioned electric bikes (e-bikes) as a key solution, with lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) critical for their performance and reliability. this review provides a comprehensive examination of recent advancements in optimizing LIBs for e-bikes, focusing on integrating machine learning (ML) into Battery Management Systems (BMS) and developing fast-charging solutions. the review explores state-of-the-art machine learning models used for State of Charge (SOC) and State of Health (SOH) estimation, significantly improving prediction accuracy, adaptability, and battery safety under real-world conditions. Fast-charging technologies, essential for enhancing the user experience of e-bikes, are also evaluated, focusing on balancing rapid charging and minimizing degradation. Despite these advancements, challenges remain in real-time system integration, computational efficiency, and thermal management. the review highlights future research opportunities, including developing lightweight, adaptive AI models and novel materials for improving energy density and safety. this work aims to advance the design and application of LIBs in e-bikes, contributing to the broader adoption of sustainable, electric transportation. © 2024 IEEE.
