the optimization of reconnaissance constellation is an important step in the construction of space-based information system, and the coverage performance is the key index of the optimization of reconnaissance constellation. However, the coverage performance of the current constellation is mostly obtained through the simulation system, which has high time complexity and low efficiency, seriously slowing down the speed of constellation optimization. In order to improve the efficiency of constellation optimization, a two-stage optimization scheme of reconnaissance constellation based on machine learning is proposed. First, the trained machine learning prediction model is combined with the evolutionary algorithm to carry out rough optimization of the reconnaissance constellation, and the decision variable space after the scope is reduced is obtained. then, in the reduced decision variable space, the simulation system and evolutionary algorithm are used to further optimize the problem, and the final result is obtained. the scheme proposed in this paper speeds up the convergence of population by reducing the search space of decision variables, thus improving the optimization efficiency. By comparing the optimization results of this scheme with those of the traditional scheme, it is found that the proposed scheme is 78.21% shorter than that of the traditional scheme under the premise that the quality gap between the optimization results of the traditional scheme and the traditional scheme is acceptable, which greatly improves the optimization speed of the reconnaissance constellation, and verifies the effectiveness and advancement of the proposed scheme. © 2023 SPIE.

With the rapid growth of multimedia data, multimodal retrieval has become an important research field. Multimodal retrieval is a retrieval task involving multiple media types (such as text, image, audio, etc.). With the explosion of data in various fields into the Internet, data is presented in various forms such as video, pictures, etc., the single module of data retrieval can no longer meet the needs of information development, and the demand for multi-modal data retrieval is increasing. In order to resolve the problem, by searching and reading literature, this paper analyzes different research methods such as shared representation learning, deep learning multimodal fusion, and hash method, which are needed in the process of multi-modal retrieval, and sorts out and sums up the basic ideas of researchers to solve these problems. Finally, the future development direction and application prospect of multimodal retrieval are prospected. this paper hopes to provide reference and inspiration for the subsequent research and application of multimodal retrieval and promote the development of multimodal retrieval technology. © 2024 SPIE.

Women die worldwide frequency rate from breast cancer also called breast carcinoma is very high in today's era. In this research, machine learning (ML) methods for a breast cancer prediction model are studied and their performances are compared. Breast cancer is a serious and prevalent disease, and early detection of breast carcinoma is critical task that may help health professionals for successful treatment. ML algorithms have been applied to medical imaging data to assist in the early detection of breast cancer. the study analyzes the performance in terms of the accuracy, precision, and Fl-score of four machine learning algorithms (MLA) which include SVC, Naive Bayes, Random Forest and KNN (K-Nearest Neighbor). the study uses a publicly available dataset of breast cancer patients, which includes various clinical and demographic variables. the study provides insights into the performance of Random Forest, Naive Bayes, SVC, and KNN different MLA for detecting breast carcinoma and can assist in the development of more accurate and reliable breast cancer detection models. According to the findings, the SVC performs more accurately than the other algorithms. © 2023 IEEE.

With the rapid development of drones. the traditional 'manual feature extraction + classifier-based' object detection algorithm can no longer meet the accuracy requirements. Aiming at the problem that the reasoning speed is slowed down due to the complex background of UAV aerial images, we propose a target detection model based on a multi-head attention mechanism: Swim-Transformer. this model introduces a multi-head attention mechanism based on the YOLOv5, and introduces a decoupling head method in the head to improve detection accuracy and speed up network convergence. Experiments show that the new target detection framework is superior to the traditional target detection algorithm on the UAV aerial photography data set VisDrone, and increasing mAP by about 0.0067%. © 2023 IEEE.

Management Information Systems stands to gain from the application of a framework that allows for the classification of previous and ongoing re-search as well as the generation of potential research hypotheses. Since the beginning of the era of global informatization, advances in computer com-munication technology have been making steady progress toward maturity. these advancements are now utilized extensively in information manage-ment systems and play an extremely significant part in the overall domain of information management. Processing of data, making predictions, and decid-ing between options are all significantly aided by advancements in computer communication technology. the information management system is significantly improved as a result of its incorporation. the information manage-ment system will involve data communication, making it susceptible to harmful assaults and tampering on the part of unauthorized parties. this re-search primarily employs the Random Forest(RF) algorithm in order to de-termine whether or not the data is attacked when it is being transferred from one computer to another over the course of the computer communication process. the findings indicate that our algorithm is able to accurately deter-mine whether or not the data are subjected to an attack during the computer communication process of the information management system. © 2024 the Authors.

this paper shows how two microphones in an endfire array configuration was used to perform beamforming. the setup uses two condenser microphones and a sound card to allow multiple sources to be input to the computer at the same time. A cross-correlation calculation was used to determine the time shift between the two mics. Using the Delay and Sum algorithm, the time shift can be corrected, and the mic signals can be added to a superposition.

Recently, machine learning (ML) has become very successful, which has triggered significant developments in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and significant improvements in the predictive performance of ML algorithms. As improved performance models have emerged, the complexity of these models has increased, and this has been at the expense of human explainability of these systems, often referred to as black boxes. As a result, a new and active research field called explainable artificial intelligence (xAI) has emerged with the aim of building models with methods that are explainable and understandable to users. In this study, we focus on the explainability of the LightGBM regressor used for effort estimation by considering size attributes. We apply the SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) method, a post-hoc model agnostic method, on the ISBSG dataset to shed light on the local and global explainability of the LGBM regressor. According to the results, the outputs of the SHAP method guide the user in understanding and interpreting the LGBM model on effort estimation. We concluded that there is a consistency with the results of local and global explainability. © 2023 IEEE.
