In the process of human social development, the coupling and coordinated development between ecological environment (E), production (P), and living functions (L) are of great significance for sustainable development. (1) In this study, a more objective weight was obtained to minimize the analysis error caused by subjective judgment weights. In the quantitative analysis of the weights of various influencing factors, improved backpropagation neural networks (BPNN), grey model neural networks (GMNN), and generalized regression neural networks (GRNN) were developed to identify the nonlinear relationship between influencing factors and the "P-L-E space", then, the Average Influence Algorithm (MIV) algorithm is used to calculate the weights of each influencing factor.(2) Using an improved coupling coordination analysis method, the coupling degree (DOC) values of E, P, and L were higher, but the coupling coordination degree (CCD) of the three was lower, especially the DOC values of E and L decreased the most. © 2023 ACM.

To achieve timely identification and prevention of potential construction risks, this paper presents an intelligent classification approach based on deep learning. Given that such texts abound with technical terms and have a complex engineering background, traditional classification techniques struggle to effectively capture their profound features, thereby leading to limited classification accuracy. First, the ALBERT model is employed to extract the dynamic semantic representation of the text, and subsequently, the complex semantic associations between the text are deeply captured through the multi-layer Long Short-Term Memory network (LSTM) coding layer. In the decoding stage, multi-layer LSTM integrated with the attention mechanism is introduced to enhance the inter-label dependency and optimize the multi-label sequence prediction. the experiment was carried out based on a disaster text dataset of a hydropower station, and the results indicated that the F1 score was as high as 90.64%, significantly enhancing the classification efficiency and safety management efficiency, and offering robust support for the formulation of precise preventive measures. © 2025 SPIE.

the objective of this work is to propose the use of FarmO'Cart, a cutting-edge online marketing platform, as an effective solution to modernize conventional agricultural trading practices by facilitating an electronic exchange that links farmers, retailers, and consumers. the platform provides an option to directly sell or buy agricultural products without the involvement of any middlemen, thus allowing farmers to benefit from their crop production by generating 15-20% returns and reducing the debt ratio among farmers and their suicide rate. this proposed solution, FarmO'Cart, integrates a range of innovative features designed like a multilingual voice assistant, powered by advanced ALAN AI (Actionable Artificial Intelligence) technology, enabling farmers to interact with the platform in their native language and revolutionize traditional agricultural trading practices. Farmers can put their queries or ask for assistance by simply speaking out in their native languages. the platform is also accessible in 130+ languages through the integration of the Google Translate API (application Programming Interface), ensuring a truly global reach. these features make the proposed solution more usable for the farmer community who may not be able to understand international languages or English in general. the Bcrypt's hashing algorithm was leveraged to provide enhanced security for user data and passwords and the incorporation of salted hashing and a variable cost factor adds robustness to thwart brute-force attacks and password-cracking attempts. By employing these cryptographic techniques, the platform ensures effective protection of sensitive information. the FarmO'Cart also offers a community platform for farmers to connect and collaborate with Agri-experts & fellow farmers to improve productivity and profitability. © 2023 IEEE.

At present, the YOLO algorithm has become an indispensable core real-time object detection technology in aspects such as unmanned driving, face detection, and robot applications, and its versions are constantly being updated and upgraded. Herein, we deeply analyze the evolution process of the YOLO algorithm and carefully investigate the innovations and contributions arising from the algorithm iterations from YOLOv1 to YOLOv5. We make vivid and inspiring prospects for the future development direction and point out the feasibility and necessity of the research on the YOLO algorithm. © 2025 SPIE.

An effective fraud detection system must protect millions of clients for a secure banking system, which can be achieved using machine learning and AI. In this article, authors have applied four supervised machine learning models: k-nearest neighbors (KNN), random forest (RF), decision tree, and logistic regression (LR) algorithm to detect bank fraud for a synthetic dataset having 1,00,000 rows and 32 columns. Adequate preprocessing, decoding, rigorous feature engineering, validation, performance evaluation, and explanation have allowed the readers to understand the whole study. the algorithms' accuracy is similar for label encoding, which is not prescribed. Still, a significant AUC of 98% has been achieved in Gradient Boosting Models. Further application of this study can be done in real-life cases of banks, insurance, and finance institutions. © 2023 IEEE.

this study distrubuted learning and machine learning to diagnose lung illnesses, is described in this research report. the experimental design examines four different healthcare customers and six different kinds of lung disorders. the main reason for implementing FL is the pressing necessity to protect patient data privacy. FL is unique because it enables training on decentralized data without explicit sharing. the suggested technique is used to show strong performance in identifying different lung illnesses. To prevent learning from being skewed toward anyone dataset, the local datasets of each client were fed into the model, resulting in a global model with more broad and nuanced learning. For each client and type of condition, the findings were astonishingly constant, with precision, memory, and F1 scores ranging from around 95% to 98% and an unchanging accuracy of 0.99 across all courses and customers. the model was assessed by three distinct averaging techniques-Macro, Weighted, and Micro. Results for the macro-Average varied from 89.08% to 91.36%, showing the model's effectiveness across several classes. Results ranged from 90.38% to 91.89%, indicating the model's capacity to adjust to unbalanced datasets using weighted averages. Results ranged from 90.34% to 91.59% for the micro-Average, representing the model's global accuracy and recall skills. the robustness of the strategy is shown by the consistently strong performance across a vast clientele and several classifications of lung disorders. this study advances healthcare analytics by showing how sophisticated machine learning models can accurately identify lung ailments while maintaining data privacy. these models are trained via federated learning approaches. © 2023 IEEE.

Pneumonia is a severe and deadly lung disease, that kills millions of people around the world annually. If detected early, these death cases can be avoided by appropriate medical care. Yet, the regions with poor access to healthcare might find it difficult for early detection. the application with a pre-programmed chest X-ray pneumonia detection method is proper which can easily meet these issues and give reliable, accurate diagnosis. Automated pneumonia detection using chest X-rays is an active field of study. Taking together, the results collected from the experiments in this study underscore the effective combination of traditional machine learning(ML) with quantum machine learning(QML) for chest X-ray pneumonia diagnosis. Initially, few transfer learning approaches like ResNet-18, AlexNet, Inception-v3 and VGG-16 were taken to create the classical binary image classification models. Secondly, the aggregated classification model architecture was implemented based on the union of classical and quantum networks engineered utilizing the same blueprint based entirely on traditional transfer learning techniques. Compared to classical models of similar designs, the hybrid models trained and tested in this experiment display greater classification proficiency. the AlexNet model, when incorporated with the hybrid transfer learning classifier achieved an effective classification accuracy of 97.79 %, yielding a total improvement of 2.37 % over the models based solely on the classical approach of similar architecture. Optimal results were achieved by this hybrid model where AUC is 0.99 and other performance metrics like F1-score, recall and precision generated a value of 0.97. © 2024 IEEE.

Monitoring fetal health and classifying it into different classes is crucial to prevent adverse situations. Healthy fetus leads to healthy new generations. Early detection and treatment of any medical condition is supreme for the well-being and safety of both mother and newborn. this work presents a novel approach to fetal health classification using machine learning models. three classes-Normal, Suspect, and Pathological-are created by selecting pertinent features from the Cardiotocography (CTG) dataset. Predictive models are created using machine learning (ML) techniques, such as XGBoost, Voting Classifier, Random Forest (RF), Decision Tree (DT), Support Vector machine (SVM), and Logistic Regression (LR). XGBoost model has performed well and attained an accuracy-94%. RF model gave the highest precision and recall for classifying normal and suspect classes. Furthermore, this work also uses Explainable AI (XAI) tool called SHAP (SHapley Additive exPlanations) to know/interpret how RF model produces the outcome for test data. ML embedded with XAI supports healthcare providers to trust the model as well as timely intervention of doctors leads to better pregnancy outcomes and maternal-infant health. © 2023 IEEE.
