Visually impaired people find it difficult to study from educational websites, even though they have a lot of knowledge to provide. they are unable to feel confident about using online tools to learn because of their lack of independence. this becomes a problem for almost every student when they have to search through different websites for answers to their doubts. A chatbot is a conversational AI technology that simulates human interaction. It is more comfortable for users to interact with a chatbot if it is voice-enabled. Our proposed solution is a chatbot that is voice-enabled as well as multilingual. It can interact with more than 180 global languages, although, in this paper, we have focused on the Hindi language. It can help visually impaired people as well as normal students, as they can learn by just having a conversation with the voice bot. Our voice bot can teach students many concepts regarding data structures and algorithms. It gives the user a speech-based response received from a ***3 file. For the voice-bot system, which has been trained with more than 70 intents, we have utilized the RASA NLU principle. It has been deployed onto our e-learning web application. the chatbot is compatible with all the languages mentioned in the python translate module. this chatbot recognizes and converts the speech received from the microphone into text and matches with the trained intents information, and accordingly gives the most appropriate answer and converts text-to-speech and presents the text and speaks in the language selected along with multi-intent classifications. We have made a custom pipeline and also applied various policies to it to improve pipeline performance. Nearly all of the queries are correctly answered by the voice bot, which makes communication more effective. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to improve the humidity control effect of finished grain storage environment, a study on the drying technology of finished grain storage based on precise environmental humidity control is proposed. Monitoring the humidity data of finished grain storage environment based on multiple sensors, and processing the humidity data of finished grain storage environment based on Kalman filtering;Design a parallel transmission structure for humidity monitoring data from multiple sensors in the finished grain storage environment;Based on PLC for precise humidity control, achieving the drying of finished grain in the warehouse. the experimental results demonstrate that this method can control the speed difference of the drying air inlet in the warehouse between 0.1m/s-0.5m/s. Under the control of the method in this article, the relative humidity of the two warehouses changes smoothly, and the drying requirements are met first in the fifth control, which overall improves the humidity control effect of the finished grain storage environment. © 2023 ACM.

Deep neural networks have achieved significant success across multiple domains. Nonetheless, owing to their "black box"nature, the internal mechanisms and inference outcomes of deep neural networks frequently face scrutiny. Consequently, prior to deploying deep learning models, assessing their security is essential, particularly in specific domains with stringent security requirements. In recent years, black-box attacks based on adversarial sample transferability have garnered increasing attention due to their relevance to real-world situations. Attackers must generate adversarial samples on local substitute white-box models and input them into other unknown black-box models for attack. However, adversarial samples tend to fall into local optima and overfit the substitute models, resulting in limited transfer attack capabilities. We compute attention weights to reflect the significance of feature maps and guide the generated perturbations to disrupt the shared salient features utilized for decision-making in different models, thereby enhancing transferability. By incorporating these eigenvectors with the original features in the loss function, we optimize perturbations to improve the generalization capability of adversarial samples. Lastly, in contrast to the conventional multi-step iterative approaches, we utilize a generator framework for perturbation generation. After training, numerous adversarial samples can be swiftly produced within a minimal timeframe. Our method's effectiveness and efficiency are validated through extensive experiments. © 2023 IEEE.

Sensory substitution devices (SSDs) provide visually impaired users with a 'visual' perception of the environment by transmitting information about the field of view of the head-mounted camera. To increase the effectiveness of SSDs, the visual data should be pre-processed to convey the spatial information about the object in simple and understandable way. In this work, the authors supposed that the use of the stereo approach would give the user more information about the environment and increase the accuracy in spatial localization task. the experiment involved 30 sighted participants, who were blindfolded during the experiment. 15 participants were tested in mono mode and 15 participants were tested in stereo mode. For both modes, positive dynamics in spatial localization accuracy was observed during the experiment. the absolute deviation and the X-axis deviation (in width) were significantly higher in stereo mode. No significant difference was found in Y-axis deviation (in depth). the authors suggest that the accuracy in the stereo mode may be improved by increasing the time of training with the SSD. © 2023 IEEE.

Football player substitution is extremely significant in situations where the team is down by goals or attempting to retain a lead that can add value to the team's performance. However, substituting players based on their prior performance would not assist the squad in making good decisions. In one of the papers, they used an inverse gaussian hazard model to determine the survival rate of players. However, the main issue arises when players do not give their all due to their mental state, which plays a critical role during the game. Furthermore, most of the research papers relied solely on past performance of players and various analyses, which was insufficient. this study discovered that the player's mindset should be mentally stable and competitive which is also very crucial during the match by reading various research articles. Hence, this study proposes a framework which comprises of two models, namely Survival Analysis (Kaplan-Meier Fitter) and Natural Language Processing (Sentimental Analysis). Sentimental Analysis would hel p in determining a player's mindset before the match and Kaplan-Meier Fitter is used to find out the survival rate of player's performance based on several factors like goal scored, passing accuracy etc. which would allow the team to make better informed decisions. Comparison of these two models would yield the best results for substitute players on the bench on the basis of their past performance and their mental health which will allow them to make team management to make better judgments. © 2023 IEEE.

Pine wilt disease is a destructive forest disease caused by the parasitism of pine wood nematodes inside pine trees. Once infected, pine trees quickly wither and die due to the inability to drain water, hence it is also known as pine tree withering disease. It is mainly spread by pine sawyer beetles, with the characteristics of fast dissemination, rapid onset, and high mortality rate, making it a significant global plant disease. Failure to effectively control the pine wilt disease in a timely manner will result in the massive death of pine trees in a short period of time in forest areas. With the continuous development and popularization of artificial intelligence and UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) technology, combining various methods can timely detect diseased trees, and performing timely treatment and protection can greatly save the time and personnel costs of biological pest control. While it is also conducive to promoting the work of multiple related disciplines, such as bioengineering and greening engineering. In this paper, we first conducted a large number of aerial surveys on the forest area through UAV, collected relevant data, and preprocessed the obtained data, including data augmentation, cleaning, filtering, deduplication, formatting, etc., to ensure data quality and accuracy. then, we labeled the data, and made certain improvements to the original YOLOv5. We added a new RRAM (Recurrent Residual Attention Module) to the original network model, which enables the network to timely focus on important information in redundant data, thus improving the network's performance. Compared with the original YOLOv5, our network has a stronger performance. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

this research paper introduces 'DementAid,' a user-friendly web application designed specifically for individuals with Dementia disease. the primary objective of DementAid is to provide mental engagement and support throughout the treatment process. the application offers various features to assist both patients and caretakers in navigating the challenges associated with memory loss. DementAid encompasses sections such as News, My Circle, Identify, Games, Entertainment, and Reminders. the News section keeps patients informed by delivering succinct news updates sourced from an API. In later stages of the disease, the My Circle feature enables caretakers to upload photos of family and friends, aiding patients in recognizing and remembering loved ones. To stimulate cognitive function, DementAid includes memory games like the classic memory cards game and a personalized quiz called 'Guess Who,' where patients match photos of family members. the Detection feature allows caretakers and sufferers to detect whether they are suffering from dementia or not. Detection can be done using a clinical dataset which includes MMSe, CTR eDIV etc or through MRI scans of the brain. the results of this study demonstrate the feasibility of utilizing clinical data and machine learning techniques for accurate dementia stage detection. the proposed approach has the potential to assist healthcare professionals in making informed decisions, improving patient care, and promoting early interventions for individuals at risk of dementia. © 2023 IEEE.
