Multiplex types of disciplines and complex stages are the characteristics of management of scientific research suppliers in Colleges and Universities. therefore, the enterprise supplier management ideas can not be copied completely by it. All processes of scientific research supplier management in Colleges and Universities are mentioned in the article. It focuses on analysis of Characteristics and difficulties of scientific research supplier management in Colleges and Universities, and studies the application advantages of big data technology in the management and maintenance of University suppliers. Based on the research above, a software platform design of university scientific research supplier management system is proposed by applying big data technology in this article. this design not only establishes supplier database, but introduces big data technology to process Internet information in a direction to assist in updating the directory. Moreover, the management process of university scientific research suppliers is standardized, and the reliability of supplier list update is improved in the article. In the context of the era of big data, data, as a new factor of production, is being valued by more and more enterprises. Enterprises have used big data technology to tap the potential value behind the data, and it has been widely used in the fields of financial analysis and decision-making. In particular, the advantages of data processing tools in enterprise financial data processing are the direction of data processing, analysis and decision-making for enterprises now and in the future. this paper mainly analyzes the financial indicators of QY industrial software companies by using the Python data processing function, and analyzes the reasons for the financial problems of QY industrial software companies by establishing a DuPont analysis system. development to provide relevant advice. this paper adopts three methods: literature research method, interdisciplinary research method and case analysis method to deeply study the application process of big data technology in corporate financial decision-making. the study finds that the application of big data technology in corporate financial decision-making process is mainly reflected in Four aspects, one is data collection;the other is data storage;the third is financial analysis;the fourth is decision support. Introduce big data technology into the financial decision-making process of enterprises, broaden the channels of data collection, enrich financial analysis and decision-making methods, and provide strong support for enterprises to formulate more accurate and effective financial decision-making plans. © 2022 IEEE.

Automated segmentation of brain tissues from Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scans is critical for scientific picture evaluation. It enhances the accuracy of anatomical segmentation, which in turn can be used to diagnose diverse neurological conditions. the segmentation procedure involves extracting gray remember, white count, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) from MRI photos. Automatic segmentation strategies use artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to pick and segment distinctive mind tissues appropriately. Such techniques have the potential to significantly reduce the reliance on manual annotation, further rushing up the photo segmentation system. In this paper, we talk about numerous automatic segmentation strategies that employ machine getting-to-know and different AI paradigms, consisting of deep mastering, for the reason of brain tissue segmentation. In order to achieve portfolios optimization in the capital market, a set of algorithms based on big data was applied. But the mainstream to solve this problem is either to only forecast the prices of assets composing the portfolios or only focus on portfolios optimization. In this paper, a series of improved models were combined to predict the price of assets firstly and then try to achieve the optimization of portfolios. And gold, bitcoin, and cash were chosen as the portfolios. the daily price of gold and bitcoin from Sep 11th, 2016 to Sep 11th, 2021 was collected and was divided into three groups by the request of different predicting algorithms. To predict their price, the Grey models, triple exponential smoothing prediction model, and an improved BP neuron network model enhanced through Lvevenberg-Marquardt algorithm were utilized. With the prediction results, an improved NSGA-2 algorithm called multi-objective coevolutionary algorithm based on population density was used to program the portfolios with fixed budget. Using these models, a simulation with an initial 1000 was done. In this simulation, some important impact factors such as bank interest and risk were considered. Especially, the risk income was measured by the Sharp ratio. the results of simulation show that the accuracy of the predictive rise and fall of these assets are highly consistent with the collected real value and the result of portfolios optimization is reasonable too. © 2022 IEEE.

the complexity of the additive medications in today's clinical practice demands sincere methods in determining the probable drug-drug interactions (DDIs) to ensure the safety of the patients. this research proposal focuses on an assessment of the use of AI models in forecasting DDIs to reduce the impact of adverse effects on patients' results. By using supervised machine learning (ML) techniques, we process large pharmacological datasets to find patterns that are associated with DDIs. the study uses the deep learning method, NLP property, and reinforcement learning processes to analyze complex dependency patterns in drug characteristics and interaction possibilities. Outcome analysis has shown that the AI models have better sensitivity and specificity scores, which confirms the models' superiority over the traditional rule-based systems in predicting DDIs. In addition, with the help of AI algorithms applied to EHR, it is possible to make predictions and obtain the alerts integrated into EHR helping healthcare professionals to make decisions. therefore, this paper discusses how by developing a firmer groundwork for AI in pharmacovigilance, it is possible to improve patient safety and minimize the number of severe adverse consequences elicited by DDIs in a cost-effective manner. Future work will be mainly on fine-tuning the model for improving the accuracy of the models and further collection of data set to include all possible drug interactions. this is true due to the discovery of the capabilities of AI as shown in the respective fields of medicine with more secure and distinct medical informatics on the horizon. © 2024 IEEE.

the paper in illustration will emphasize the necessity for an IoT big data and analytics on time fusion as a futuristic smart city management approach. the framework deals with the main problems observed in data assimilation, analytics, security and scalability. As a result, cities will enjoy the services and operations utilization of the urban data with the precision. Our approach is based upon the data collection with the use of the edge technologies, preprocessing, integration, and analysis of the data resulting in the creation of the tools of machine learning and the adoption of interoperability standards. the results have especially brought to the limelight the fantastic performance of the live analytics pipeline when considered as a whole, and the impressive throughput of 5,000 events per second alongside the very low latency of 50 milliseconds, indicating how the urban information flow is processed in the blink of an eye. With AI therein creating the precision rate of 88.7%-95.2%, which therefore means this level of an urban situation can pronounce a traffic congestion and air quality fluctuations. the situation where security systems that involve encryption, access controls, and privacy-preserving protocols, among other mechanisms, have been used for the management of urban data in a safe manner, away from any unauthorized people and hackers, is factual. For the sake of achieving scalability, the replacement of certain bottlenecks is applied in the system by means of horizontal scaling and optimal performance procedures assisting smart cities handle their increasing quantity of data. Usually the results are factorized to bring out the fact that the particular methodology is strong and thus can be used in real practice to transform and enhance urban resilience level. © 2024 IEEE.
